The property was quite clean, well maintained and clutter free. I liked the set up with the projector on ground floor which invariably became the common room for the group and really added to the fun and activity plan of our group. The pool in the property is quite small, however it did the job of beating the heat for all of us.. Jacuzzi on the roof top was another amenity that the kids thoroughly enjoyed. Another thing that added a lot of charm to the property were the seating arrangements with fairy lights on patio and on the terrace. This pushed us to take our late night gatherings and games to the outdoor setting.. Location of the property is quite easy to find and it is in a gated society which added to the security and peace of mind. The staff arrangement by the host was very helpful. Barka who is the host of this property, was very friendly and understanding. she was always reachable and ensured that we had a great stay all through our booking.

This was my 2nd time visiting this beautiful and luxurious apartment. This time I went with my family and we enjoyed a lot. Stuff was just one bell away, Peaceful location 😌 can't wait to will visit again. The price Worth it!!! Thank-you for the service service

Wonderful stay! The villa was spotless, well appointed and beautifully designed. The pool was perfect, and the caretaker Kamal was extremely helpful, ensuring a comfortable experience. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!

Poulomi is a super host, very responsive and took care the moment you book from Air BNB, always available on the phone and shares clear instructions. the food is good and reasonable, it's a fully stocked kitchen making it convenient for elders and kids. Monica is the house maid and she is super helpful and her food quality is great and very accommodating to what you ask. Rupali takes care of the cleanliness and does a good job. The electricity may fluctuate but Poulomi is very responsive and caters quickly.

Had the most amazing stay at this beautiful villa! Shweta is an exceptional host — super helpful, kind, and always available if you need anything. The villa is absolutely stunning — clean, well-maintained, and designed with such beautiful taste. The private pool, peaceful vibe, and overall experience made it feel like a perfect getaway. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Goa — you won’t regret staying here. Will definitely be coming back!

The Property is mind blowing with all the amenities and the Host and the Care taker is very Responsive, they use to call and check is there any issue to find the place, Property has the swimming pool which is the main attraction, the Rooms was kept very clean, If anyone wants to visit Lonavla, then this place is highly recommended, will definitely book this Property if again we plan for Lonavla, Overall the stay was Awesome, Thank You For Hosting.

Our stay at this StayVista villa was amazing! The villa was spacious, beautifully designed, and packed with ultra-luxury features that made our stay truly special. The caretakers were extremely polite and helpful. The private pool and massive jacuzzi were absolute highlight of our stay. The private bar and karaoke setup were good for our personal vacation time. The villa had everything we needed and more. Would highly recommend to people looking for a place to relax, celebrate, or just enjoy time with your group in style.

Rubina is a fantastic host! We had such an incredible trip. Right from booking until check-out and beyond, she was communicative, friendly, and helpful! The property is absolutely lovely - super beautifully decorated and very well maintained with a lot of thoughtful additions - for example, if you go into the pool, the caretakers will give you additional pool towels without even asking. In the night, in the outdoor area, the caretakers turned on some really nice colourful lights for us too. The attention to detail, the food, the host - everything was perfect. Thank you so much!

We stayed at Villa 3 of this spendid four villa community for my Wife’s Birthday. The property is drop dead gorgeous and oozes luxury from every nook and corner. The craftsmanship is top notch. What you see is what you get is entirely true in case of this property and more. What made the stay even more special was the hospitality of the staff; Chef Tarif who meticulously planned and put together delightful meals for us, Rama didi always kept the villa spick and span with a smile on her face and our caretaker Yongna who went out of his way to provide us everything that we wanted and also shared a fun rapport with our 9 month old toddler. The team thoughtfully put together a lovely birthday surprise for my wife with a cake and a beautiful gift. Looking forward to come back again and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious getaway to Goa. Only con was that the comforts of the Villa made us too lazy to go out!!

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The property was exactly as shown in the pictures, beautiful and well maintained. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well equipped, making it the perfect place for our trip. The highlights for us were the spacious hall, the pool, and the games room. Whether we were lounging, swimming, or playing, there was always something to do, and we couldn’t have asked for a better setup. A big shoutout to Kedar, Amit and his team for their incredible hospitality. They were always quick to respond and made sure we had everything we needed without any hassle. Their attention to detail really made the stay even better. Overall, this was one of the best Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed at, and we’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Neo retro is a such a fantastic find that it’s definitely making it to our repeat list. I have proactively told anyone I care to talk to about using this property as a getaway from Bombay. Accurate description, extremely clean and well maintained. Very thoughtfully laid out spaces for multiple groups of people to hang out together or do their own thing. The caretaking staff is respectful, ever present but very non intrusive. Ruchi is such a gracious and accommodating host, very responsive and mindful. The whole operation is run like a very tight ship, from check in, check out to food service. The food service from Ruchi’s home kitchen is exactly what the doctor ordered, simple home cooked style food, but very tasty. I have to say I was very impressed and pleasantly surprised with this find. Definitely got a lot of brownie points from my family for finding this space. Do not miss this one!!

I recently enjoyed a wonderful weekend at a stunning villa that exceeded all my expectations. The villa itself was impeccably maintained, offering a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. The surrounding landscapes were breathtaking, providing a serene and picturesque setting. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals, making dining a delightful experience, and the spa offered a range of rejuvenating treatments, adding to the overall relaxation. Our host was incredibly friendly and attentive, providing us with all the information we needed to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable. It was truly a perfect getaway, and I can't wait to return!

First of all the host was very responsive and helped out clear any doubts we had!! House was beautiful and comfortable, the caretakers were very helpful and friendly and the pool was clean and big. Had fun during the barbecue session. As described by the host, the road leading to the house is not in good condition but the house is really worth the effort. I do recommend to eat the home cooked meal prepared by the caretaker Usha tai!! The only nitpick is that there is network issue inside the house and the wifi was not working but other than that we had a very fun time during our stay. Most importantly our stay felt very safe. I do recommend checking out this villa!!

Amazing stay and an energetic staff who is so hospital and warm that it makes you feel at home. Lovely time spent with friends and family. Kids absolutely loved it.

The property is at the prime location, touch highway, clean & spacious rooms, very responsive host and full Value for Money! I personally stayed here for the second time and highly recommend for solo travellers as well as family.

Great place for big families. Property is well maintained and clean. Basement swimming pool was awesome and clean. The property is as shown in the pictures. But keep in mind that it is out of the city and nothing there near by at walking distance. So get your supplies when you check in. The care taker Om was wonderful and available through our and just one call away. Considering there were no restaurants near by, we ordered lunch and dinner. Great taste and amazing service. Maharashtrian taste. we all had great fun and made wonderful memories.

The place is good and on a quite street. We reached at around 2:00 Pm as the main access road railway line crossing to the property was closed. The food was nice and we had overordered. The cook was responsive and food was tasty and delicious. The rooms were very clean. The bathroom in the room on the ground floor has a foul smell which maybe looked into. We opened the bathroom window as the exhaust though working was not able to do the job. Besides this , the pictures and the location matched. On the day of the visit , Sri Kapadia had informed through message that part of the lawn was being relayed. The property manager Mohsin however said that the entire grass area was out of bounds. The ladies in the group went to take few photographs near the pool and happened to step on the grass near the pool which had not been relayed, this led Sri Mohsin to ask for them to leave the place. It was a bad experience and sore note. No outdoors was possible as a result.
