Wow!!! What an amazing place to stay in Cavtat. Jelicas husband picked us up from the airport which seems to be less than 10 minutes away and even insisted on taking our bags to our apartment.Thankyou The apartment is exactly how it looks in the photos but even better when you’re there. We arrived at night so what a sight when we opened the balcony doors in the morning to see our view! Breathtaking! Do not hesitate to book this absolute jem! It’s about a 20 minute walk to the main strip where all the restaurants are but we usually got an Uber back up the hill as I have a bad leg but if you’re fit you can walk it. Not far from Dubrovnik-30 mins on the bus or you can take a boat from the harbour which is lovely. We will def be returning as soon as possible!

John's villa is beautiful. The views are stunning. The units are well equipped (both with washers and one with a combo washer/dryer). John prepared a delicious meal for us one night, with Sea Bream, Sea Bass and his world-famous spaghetti with lobster. We had two children, ages four and eleven in our group and they especially enjoyed the pool, even in late September. A highlight was swimming with the grandkids at the villa after returning from a full-day outing (Dubrovnik, Elaphiti Island Boat Trip and a journey by our van into Montenegro). The beaches are beautiful, but quite a journey to them, which given our time at the villa, was not as much of a plus, as I had imagined. The pizza restaurant and local market are extremely walkable (uphill), but everything else needs to be driven to. There are a lot of hills, but this is part of the beauty of this coastline! John is a very connected, responsive, kind, and helpful host. He will help with all sorts of arrangements.

We had a fantastic stay here. Yes it’s at the top of a steep hill but for us worth it for the amazing views - morning and sunset, and for the pool which was a major bonus for the kids. Pero was a fantastic host who went over and above to ensure we had a great time, would highly recommend this place to others

Great Host , great house great view. Thomas helped us from the beginning to organise our holiday and his suggestions were really helpful. A beautiful house with an extraordinary terrace with view on Cavtat sea . It seemed to touch it, and the moon and stars at night were fantastic. We had amazing dinners and breakfasts. We didn’t have cars but we could easily move by bus and taxi . Cavtat is a typical sea village very nice and quiet only 20 minutes by bus far from Dubrovnik

Super Wohnung, bestens ausgestattet und eine super freundliche Vermieterin. Die Lage ist Perfekt man kann alles schnell erreichen und Nachts ist es sehr ruhig. Kann und möchte ich nur empfehlen. Vielen Dank wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!!!

Absolutely stunning villa, the garden is just so pretty with plenty of seating and loungers to relax on. The pool is lovely and clean, though a little chilly still at Easter! The views are stunning over trees and out to the sea. Inside, the villa is modern and spotlessly clean. Marina and her husband were wonderful hosts, and easy to get hold of, even offering to drive us to the doctors when my daughter was ill. We had a great time exploring the area, from the villa, you can just follow the road though the allotments to join lovely walking routes, and of course day trips out to Dubrovnik and nearby Montenegro. Really enjoyed our stay and can whole heartedly recommend Sunny Villa.

WOW! Fantastic holiday for our family (six adults and two children)! Villa Joe has EVERYTHING you could possibly need/want in a holiday and the pictures really don’t do it justice. Bedrooms and en-suites were all spotless including all the cot bedding making it a home from home! The main attribute to this stay was Amila.. she was responsive to all queries and provided everything from welcome cakes and wine, facilities for my baby ( cot,high chair and bath!), advice on restaurants and goodbye gifts. Nothing was too much trouble and made us feel so welcome! Tips - villa really is walking distance from the airport taking us only 15 minutes to walk with three cases and two children! With this said planes takeoff in opposite direction so no noise! Ubers into local cavtat 10ish EURO and 25ish EURO to Dubrovnik.. both worth a visit! Is a lovely local restaurant in walking distance (domestico) and small shop.. we did a bigger shop via Uber no problem too! We shall be back!

Bonjour, Nous sommes heureux d'avoir passé notre première nuit chez Mladen car le logement est à proximité de l'aéroport de Dubrovnik. Les hôtes habitent sur place et nous ont conseillés un excellent restaurant où nous avons pu dégusté des spécialités . Notre GPS ne nous a pas permis de trouver facilement de logement, mais, une croate très sympathique nous a accompagné.

Izvrstan smještaj. Izvrsni domačini. Odličan parking (u hladu!). Apartman je opremljen sa svime što je potrebno za ugodan boravak. Prva trgovina je na 100 m udaljenosti. Balkon ima lijep pogled.

Parking just right in front of the apartment, very quiet and clean, few minutes walk to the town center. Nice sea view with a decent price! Thanks!

Lovely apartment with private area to Lou he by the sea, the photos don’t do this space justice it is bigger than it looks including the outdoor terrace to eat and relax on if you want. Matea was very thoughtful, and always available and gave good recommendations of the local bay and where to find food and walk. Very good stay and will be coming back.

Suncica und ihre Familie sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. In der Wohnung stand schon ein leckerer Willkommenswein und einheimische Leckereien parat. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet und sehr modern, im Bad gibt es auch eine Waschmaschine, die Betten samt Kissen waren ein Traum, als auch der Ausblick. Es gibt sehr gute Thermopenfenster, welche Geräusche von außen gut dämmen. Die Wege zu verschiedenen Stränden sind innerhalb von 15-20 min.zu Fuß gut erreichbar, als auch ein kleiner Supermarkt. Toll war auch die Bushaltestelle knapp 100 Meter weiter, von der man schnell nach Dubrovnik oder auch ins schöne Nachbarörtchen Cavtat ( mit vielen Cafés und Restaurants etc.)fahren konnte. Unser Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gefallen, und Suncica und ihr Mann waren supernett und hilfsbereit, und haben uns mit ihren köstlichen Früchten aus eigenem Garten verwöhnt. Vielen Dank:-)

It was the perfect spot to relax and rejuvenate. I spent over two weeks at Anita’s during off season. This coastal village is beyond beautiful and everyone is so welcoming. During my time at Anita’s, I spent my days walking the peninsula with my pup, reading on the rocks, and taking in the gorgeous views. Everything is within 5-10 min walk which made it easy to stop by the market and grab a bite at Zino’s. If you’re looking for the perfect escape, I highly recommend visiting Cavtat in the off season and staying at Anita’s.

Nous avons passé un excellent moment chez Kristina. L'appartement est très agréable (bien conforme aux photos de l'annonce) et la vue magnifique. Nous avons été accueilli par Ivana, qui est adorable. Un sans faute pour cette location, que nous recommandons.

Very good and spacious apartment with a nice, cozy garden. The apartment is close to the beach and Cavtat center.

Séjour fantastique dans l'appartement de Sabina. (première fois que nous partions dans un autre pays) L'appartement était propre et tout était prêt lors de notre arrivée, il n'y avait qu'à défaire les bagages. La vue sur la baie et sur la montagne est incroyable. Les couchers de soleil sont juste fantastiques. Malgré notre anglais très approximatif, la communication avec Sabina était fluide et elle fut de très bon conseils pour les activités. Cavtat, à 3 km, est une ville magnifique avec de nombreux endroits conviviaux pour manger ( local cuisine Dalmatino : notre coup de coeur) et de superbes lieux à explorer. Amicale, avec un sens de l'humour, serviable et discrète, etc.. Sabina est une hôte EXCEPTIONNELLE. Je vous recommande le logement sans aucune hésitation.

Unser Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft von Marija war sehr gut. Es sah aus wie auf den Fotos und die Ausstattung war ebenfalls ausreichend. Manchmal haben kleine Dinge in der Küche gefehlt, wie ein Spülschwamm oder ein Geschirrhandtuch. Das war aber kaum der Rede wert. Die Unterkunft ist etwas weiter von der Altstadt, aber mit Auto in in einer Viertelstunde erreichbar. Dafür ist die Nachbarschaft ruhig mit einem tollen Ausblick aufs Meer. Marija ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin und sehr zuvorkommend! Ich würde die Unterkunft erneut besuchen.

Dragica was an excellent host. She met us at the door and showed us around. She left us a nice welcoming drink and fruit and walked us through there farm. The outdoor kitchen and pool area was well enjoyed. Highly recommend the quiet country experience.

We stayed here at the top floor apartment (3) in September 2024, and we had a wonderful holiday. Vlaho is a great guy and has a lovely family, who are always happy to help with anything you might need. We very much enjoyed meeting them. The apartment is great. There is a large comfortable lounge area, with full height patio doors onto a large balcony with views over the bay and towards Dubrovnik in the distance. This gives the place a "penthouse" feel. There is a spacious fully equipped kitchen / dining area including a dishwasher and there is access to shared washing machines in the building. Two comfortable bedrooms with plenty of wardrobe space. There are two bathrooms, however one was being worked on while we were there so we only had access to one. No problem for us. Easy walk into town for all the bars and restaurants, and if you don't feel like walking back up the hill there are plentiful Uber's available for about 7 Euros - we never had to wait more than a few minutes.

Z całego serca polecam dom Pero. Dom ustytuwany w górskiej wiosce, zdala od zgiełku, wśród natury. Dom jest niesamowity! To jedno z najciekawiej urządzonych miejsc, jakie odwiedziliśmy. Ja i dzieci byliśmy zachwyceni tym pobytem. Wszystko w rzeczywistości wygląda jeszcze lepiej, niż na zdjęciach. Okolica jest piękna, a basen to wisienka na torcie. Pero codziennie dbał o jego czystość. Okolica jest piękna, mieliśmy z niej wszędzie blisko do różnych atrakcji: ciekawe plaże, Dubrownik, Czarnogóra. Konieczny samochód lub Uber jesli ktoś chce eksplorować tak wiele miejc, jak my. W okolicy jest także mnóstwo winnic oraz restauracji, w których można degustować produkowane tam wina. Szczerze polecam to miejsce. To prawdziwy raj. Dom Pero oraz Dubrownik i okolice to były nasze wakacje marzeń. Chciało się tam zostać na dłużej...

I cannot say enough about this amazing host. 10/10. From the moment we booked the villa Mariela was on hand to help with every step of the process. From airport transfers, to organising a rental car, to local recommendations, they did it all. Also one of the most responsive hosts I have come across. Every message was swiftly answered with a very helpful reply. As for the villa, wow! The scenery is absolutely stunning and the villa itself was pristine. with both indoor and outdoor cooking facilities there's plenty opportunities to cook in the villa, or local restaurants too. Lots of places to lounge around outside and take in the views. Overall we had the best time and would not hesitate to recommend this location to anyone. It will be a treat for sure.

Villa Dobrasin var over all forventning. Skinnende rent overalt. Vi kom ned svært sent (rundt midnatt) og Diana ønsket oss velkommen med ost, skinke,kake brød og vin. Vi var 9 personer ( 3 generasjoner) og hadde et fantastisk opphold her. Godt med egne soverom og tilhørende bad til voksne og barn. Felles oppholdsrom, kjøkken og utvendig spiseplass ble satt stor pris på. Selv om det var litt sent på høsten ble basseng og solsenger tatt i bruk. Avstanden ned til Cavtat aentrum med badestrender, strandpromenaden og mange restauranter var helt uproblematisk. Kort spasertur ned og opp eventuelt med buss eller uber opp igjen. Dagligvare 90 meter unna. Anbefales på det sterkeste for grupper på opptil 14 personer.

Nous avons passé un très bon moment dans ce logement ! idéal pour une famille. appartement calme sur les hauteurs, vue magnifique. bien aménagé et très bien équipé. climatisation dans le séjour, piscine et terrasse agréable. place de parking. supérette, plage a 10 min. proche cavtat, Dubrovnik et frontière Monténégro. l'hôte habite au dessus du logement mais très discrète et disponible en cas de besoin.

Nino was great from the start of our trip to the end. He was very welcoming and made us feel right at home. His place was a nice respite and we thoroughly enjoyed our time in his home.
