Tatilimiz çok güzel geçti, ev çok temiz kullanışlı ve harika bir mimarisi var . Rahatlıkla yürüyerek gezip vakit geçirebileceğiniz bir konumda . Ev sahibi çok ilgiliydi ve çok iyimserdi . Teşekkür ederim yunus bey . Şiddetle tavsiye ediyorum .

ben ve nişanlım, mahremiyete önem veren bir çiftiz ve ne diyebilirim ki osman bey harikulade bir ev sahibi. eğer çift olarak izmirde konaklayacaksaniz bir defa dusunmeden direkt Osman beyi tercih edebilirsiniz. muhit ve çevre oldukca güzel tamda çiftler için insaa edilmis adeta :) yardımları için osman beye teşekkürlerimi sunuyor , birdahaki konaklamada kendisini tercih etmek için sabirsizlaniyoruz ...

Daha önce konakladığımız bir yerdi. Genel olarak memnun kaldık konumu hemen nazarköyün girişinde çevresinde oldukça yemek yeri vardı. Huzurlu sakin bir yer keyif aldık. Esim Hanımla iletişim rahattı. İçeri girişte esnek davrandılar. Fakat önerebileceğim şeyler var, mevsimsel olarak Havuzu kullanamadık(temizlenmemişti), duştaki suyun akış miktarı azdı ve ısınma problemi vardı, mutfak malzemeleri çeşitlendirilebilir. Her şey için teşekkür ederim, tekrar olarak görüşmek dileğiyle… 🙏🏻🙏🏻

Her şey fotoğraflardaki gibiydi. Ev sahipleri çok sıcak kanlı ve misafir perverdi.

Tek problem içerdeki klimayı çalıştıramadık saat geç oldu diye ev sahibinide rahatsız etmek istemedik açıkçası , ev güzel , havuz güzel , kalacaklar ev sahipleri güzel insanlar sadece girerken klimayı sormayı unutmayın 😅🫶🏼

Son derece kaliteli, modern ve güzel bir yer. Ev sahipleri çok sıcakkanlı, uyumlu ve çok da yardımsever insanlar. Ayrıca fiyat olarak da muadillerine göre son derece uygun. Mutlaka tekrar geleceğiz. Gönül rahatlığıyla tercih edebilirsiniz, tavsiye ederim.

Ev sahibimiz çook ilgiliydi. Her konuda bize çok yardımcı oldular. Esnek giriş imkanı sundukları için de ayrıca çok teşekkür ederiz. Çok keyifli bir tatil oldu! 🌸

Apartamento muy cómodo, amplio y funcional. Con lavavajillas y lavarropas. Ubicado muy cerca de la bahía, con medios de transporte cercano. Hay escaleras. Nuray excelente como anfitriona. Volveremos!!!

A really cute airbnb not too far from the centre. It looks exactly like the pictures and was perfect for visiting the centre of izmir. Utku was extremely responsive and helpful. The check in instructions were really clear and accurate. There is a bakery and supermarket a 2/3 minute walk from the airbnb. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend the host and property to anyone visiting izmir centre.

The apartment is located 20 mins away (walking) of the new city's center and 25 mins from the old city center. You also are very close to a nice park. We felt very comfortable at the apartment and Demet was a very quick and friendly communicator, and even found a free parking spot for us.

As mentioned in the description, the house is old but clean. Please note that the stairs are narrow, which may be a concern for families with seniors or young children. Selim was always available and responsive whenever we had questions or issues. The surrounding streets are very narrow, and unfortunately, I witnessed some hit-and-run incidents. Street parking is quite difficult. However, there is a parking area about a 10-minute walk away, which we ended up using.

Harika bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadık, kesinlikle tavsiye ederiz. Konum çok güzel, tramvay durağına oldukça yakın. Ev sahibi iletişim konusunda çok ilgiliydi; son derece nazik ve kibar bir birisiydi.

A mis amigos y a mi nos encantó el trato, nos sentimos como en casa, Mustafá nos esperó en la puerta de la casa y eso que llegamos como a las 23:40, cuando llegamos nos mostró la casa y se quedó con nosotros un rato en lo que nos explicaba lo más relevante de la casa y para movernos por Izmir, lo cual nosotros apreciamos mucho, así que recomiendo mucho este lugar, sin duda una muy buena elección :)

Konak harika, tam olarak o dönemde ve evde gibi hissediyorsunuz! Tek sorun Cumartesi sabah 9’ da yan binadan gelen keman/piyano/davul sesine uyanmak biraz rahatsız edici.

Gayet güzel restore edilmiş ayrıntılar özenle düşünülmüş bir evdi kendi evimizde gibi konakladık ilgili bir ev sahibi güzel bir deneyimdi tekrar konaklamak isterim 👍💯

yes this Airbnb is lovely, Host answered all my questions. The location was high up with lots of steps, google walking map took to there, However there an historic Lift very close to take you up and down. Use the Tram to get you to museums, also I signed up for tours, not a lot to see in the area! Great food places.

Erhan is an amazing host and he helped us with everything like recommendations, parkings, directions, etc. The place was also really nice and clean and we had an amazing time in Izmir because of him.

Wir als Familie haben das Haus sehr genossen. Es war immer wieder schön nach einem ereignisreichen Tag den Abend oder auch Morgen im Haus zu genießen. Die Dachterasse hat einen traumhaften Ausblick auf das Meer und Izmir. Metro und Bus sind gut zu erreichen, wenn man gut zu Fuß ist kann auch der Bazar in knapp 10 Minuten erreichen. Wir können das Haus absolut empfehlen und vorallem habe ich auf jede Frage unmittelbar Antwort und Tipps bekommen.
