We had the most wonderful stay at Lynfield Leisure in Kotagiri from April 18 to April 20, traveling as a group of 6 adults and 2 children. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The property is nestled in a serene and picturesque part of Kotagiri, offering breathtaking views, peaceful surroundings, and a refreshing escape from the city. The accommodations were spotlessly clean, spacious, and extremely comfortable, perfect for a group our size. The interiors were tastefully done, and the attention to detail made us feel right at home. What truly stood out was the warm hospitality. The staff was incredibly courteous, helpful, and attentive to our needs throughout our stay. Whether it was arranging meals, travel tips, or ensuring we had everything we needed for the kids, they went above and beyond. Lynfield Leisure is a hidden gem with lush greenery and cozy sit-outs. We would highly recommend paying a visit to this property to families and groups alike.

This is a beautiful stay almost equidistant from Ooty and Conoor, surrounded by picturesque hills and a waterfall. Loved the stay as well as the food cooked by Suresh. We enjoyed both north indian and south indian options. Although mobile network can be patchy inside the house, we were able to connect to the wifi. Would 10/10 recommend.

it was a great experience and it's such a beautiful property for a group of friends or family, Kathryn fall is walkable from here and such a bliss environment. mornings are welcomed by birds chirping and some delicious breakfast. go here for more than 4,5 days and make it your home. very thoughtful architecture of the house, the backside huuge balcony is a great plus and I could spend hours just chilling there. one of the best places I have stayed

We had a wonderful stay in Perar—peaceful and surrounded by lush tea gardens. The host was responsive, and the caretaker team was always helpful. Amma cooked delicious meals, and Stephen took us on a hidden forest trail that led to a stunning mountain view. We also loved the tea factory tour and the visit to Stephen’s carrot farm. Highly recommended for a quiet, nature-filled getaway!

Absolutely wonderful stay! Tucked away in a secluded spot, the house offers breathtaking views. Finding the place was a breeze, and check-in was seamless thanks to the attentive host and manager who ensured everything went smoothly. Throughout our stay, they remained in constant communication, ensuring our comfort and satisfaction. One highlight of our stay was opting for the in-house meal options - we wholeheartedly recommend to future guests. Every dish we requested was expertly prepared, and the flavors were simply scrumptious. And let's not forget the barbeque and bonfire experience was an absolute must! A special mention goes to Kumar, the main caretaker, whose warmth and hospitality made us feel right at home. He went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, especially those of our child, never hesitating to fulfill even the smallest requests. I cannot recommend this stay enough, especially for families seeking a perfect getaway.

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely cottage with a group of 11, including two elderly members and five kids. The property was spacious, peaceful, and perfect for a relaxing getaway after our busy schedules. Honestly, we didn’t even feel like going out for sightseeing, the cottage itself was more than enough to enjoy and unwind. A big shoutout to Stephen Uncle and his son Vishal for their outstanding hospitality. They were always available whenever we needed anything and made us feel completely at home. The campfire and delicious barbecue they arranged turned into a fun, unforgettable night for everyone. The kitchen was another big plus fully equipped with utensils, cookware, and even basic spices, which made cooking for a large group easy and comfortable. I’ve always preferred staying in Airbnb cottages over hotels or resorts, especially when traveling with kids, and this place reaffirmed that choice. amazing property amazing host and most helpful helper there, we felt right at home and it has spectacular views. we wanted a place quiet and peaceful and this was pitch perfect! PS: it's a bit on the outskirts so please be mindful of that.

We really loved our stay here. We had booked a 2-night stay for our short trip to Ooty, and although the place is a little far from the town center, it turned out to be a blessing in disguise, allowing us to escape the traffic during the peak season. The host was very proactive, and the staff was extremely helpful, ensuring timely arrangements for breakfast and even providing dinner on short notice. The rooms were clean, and all the listed amenities were provided. Overall, it was a wonderful experience staying in this beautiful 1 BHK villa.
