I loved my 2-week stay on this villa. It’s well maintained, clean, I got free cleaning, and there was no deposit or electricity fees (unlike some other villas on the island). There’s also a restaurant in the villa complex which is very convenient. The location is perfect - away from major traffic jams of southern Bang Tao, and close to Porto de Phuket. Beach is 12 minute drive. I enjoyed every day of my stay on this villa (I was driving a car). What needs to be improved is to add the microwave oven — it’s pretty basic, and I lacked it. Also, laundry is only available at the villa maintenance at a fee or elsewhere at coin laundries. Overall, I do recommend this villa.

Waren sehr zufrieden. Biw und ihr Mann sind tolle Gastgeber und haben uns bei allem unterstützt, was wir brauchten. Die Unterkunft ist recht abgelegen, in 10 min Gehweite ist ein Strand mit Café und Restaurant. Ein kleiner Laden ist auch in 5 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Abgesehen davon braucht man Motorräder oder Fahrräder, um die Insel zu erkunden. Man kann bei Biw zwei Fahrräder und 3 Mottoräder mieten. Mit unseren 2 Kindern reichten uns die Fahrräder nicht, daher haben wir 2 Motorräder geliehen. Da sehr wenig Verkehr auf der Insel ist, kann man selbst als Motorrad Anfänger wie wir problemlos rumfahren. Als besonderes Highlight haben wir einmal morgens hinter dem Haus ein paar Affen gesehen. Es hat uns sehr gefallen und wir können einen Aufenthalt bei Biw nur empfehlen.

My stay at this Airbnb was excellent. She was prompt with her feedback on taking my text messages and my phone calls. Her place was extremely clean. She made me feel so welcome in had a bunch of snacks upon my arrival.

Tin & CC were very responsive to our messages. They also came very quickly to the Airbnb when we ran out of soap and had a clogged sink. Because we stayed for a week, they actually helped us clear the rubbish even without us telling them to do so which was truly appreciated. Overall, no regrets staying here :)

Perfect villa in Phuket, Jonas & Noi will do their best for you, they propose to send you a taxi to get you from the airport, and are always available for any request.

We stayed at the Belcarra Spaces villa for several nights and really enjoyed our time there. The villa itself is modern, spacious, and tastefully decorated, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The outdoor area is lovely, and the private pool was a highlight, especially with the great weather. All in all, it’s a beautiful property in a great location and has real potential to be a top-tier vacation home. We appreciated the effort that’s clearly gone into creating a welcoming space and thank the hosts for their hospitality.

We stayed as a family of 7, 4 adults and 3 children and the accommodation was perfect for us. The kids loved the pool and there was plenty of living space for us to eat and socialise. Wahid was super responsive and helpful re check in and we dropped our luggage there on check in day before heading to the beach. The property is in a quiet road away from the main town but we walked with the children to both Surin and Bang Tao beach, both of which are fantastic with lots of restaurants and things to do. It's a lovely place and a good base for exploring the local beaches as well as a short taxi ride to Kamala. We would go back

My wife and I had an incredible two-week stay at this beautiful property. The host was exceptionally friendly, communicative and made us feel so welcome from the start. The place was spotless—exactly like the photos—and felt brand new, thanks to housekeeping who does a very nice job. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen is well equipped. The pool area was a standout—well-equipped with loungers, a patio table, and beanbag chairs. We used this beautiful pool more than usual! The sunrise and views were stunning every day. The area is quiet, safe, and secure—a perfect private paradise with gorgeous, vibrant landscaping. Highly recommend! If you're planning a trip to Phuket, you HAVE to stay here! The location is unbeatable: close enough to the beach for easy access but tucked away from the crowds and noise. The peaceful surroundings, with greenery all around, made the stay so relaxing and comfortable. My family and I had an amazing three days here — spending our days exploring and playing at the beach, then coming back to a quiet, cozy place to unwind. A special shoutout to the host, who patiently guided me even though I arrived late and made sure everything was perfect for us. Highly recommend this place for a fantastic stay!

I rarely go into much detail about my Airbnb stays but this deserves every star available. First of all super super friendly the owner helped set up our excursion packages, our driver accommodations, local restaurants, massages, and overall things to do. Basically any question I had they had an answer which is amazing. The villa was breathe taking and looks exactly like the photo 10/10. Security is in the front so not every car comes in and out which makes anyone feel better. If you ever are in Phuket with family or fiends this is the place to rent.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property! The space was clean, well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was incredibly relaxing. We truly enjoyed our time there. The host was also gracious enough to allow a late checkout, which we really appreciated. The only small improvements we would suggest are softer beds, as they were a bit hard for our liking, and more lighting in the bathroom for applying makeup. It would also be great to have more rugs by the shower for added comfort when getting in and out. Other than that, everything was perfect, and we would definitely stay here again!"

Wir hatten eine Unterkunft in der Nähe von einem der schönsten Strände von Phuket gesucht (Surin Beach) und sind so auf diese Wohnung gestoßen. Sie war sehr sauber und bestens ausgestattet. Zwei große Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer, Esszimmer, Küche sowie separates WC und Dusche. Daneben sehr praktisch ein Stellplatz für unseren Mietwagen auf dem Grundstück. Supermärkte, Wäscherei und Strand sind alles in Laufnähe. Dennoch lässt sich mit einem Mietwagen noch sehr viel mehr auf Phuket erkunden. Montree ist ein sehr aufmerksamer, freundlicher und engagierter Host - wir waren sehr zufrieden!

Pin is an incredibly kind and attentive host! She went above and beyond to make our stay special—offering great recommendations, helping us communicate with locals (since we don’t speak Thai), and even arranging a motorbike for us (plus, one was already available at the house!). After searching through countless options for our honeymoon, we’re so glad we chose Pin’s place—it was absolutely perfect. Her home is a nature lover’s oasis—serene, beautifully designed, and full of thoughtful touches. From the well-equipped kitchen and welcome snacks to the luxurious shower and ultra-comfy bed, every detail was considered. The outdoor space was peaceful, and the location, though tucked away, was just a quick 10-minute motorbike ride to the beach. Yes, you’ll need a motorbike to explore the area, but that just added to the adventure for us. The space was spacious, spotless, and so relaxing—we couldn’t have asked for more. We highly recommend staying here and can’t wait to return one day.

We are a party of 8 adults travelling with 5 children under 8. These villas were perfect for us, with lots of space in the rooms and grounds, and very well equipped, the three large fridges were particularly appreciated. Olivier was very helpful as we had to change our booking and he helped with all requests for information. He recommended a chef that would come and cook a meal in the villa for us. Pin, our lovely maid came every day but one and was willing to help with everything but cooking. Help with the laundry was very welcome. She was very friendly and loved the babies, but wasn’t intrusive. The villa was a short walk from the main road which had all the normal shops/restaurants you would expect on a Thai street. There is a 7-11 about 15 minutes away. we used Grab most nights to get takeaways which were mostly successful. We went to the Hidden forest elephant sanctuary which we recommend, a cooking demo, and to Thai boxing. All were enjoyed. We would highly recommend a stay here

Bardzo podobał nam się pobyt w tym domu. Obiekt znajduje się na uboczu w odległości dłuższego spaceru od plaży, sklepów i restauracji. Najbardziej lubiliśmy nieśpieszne poranki na tarasie w towarzystwie kotów i kur.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, à la hauteur de nos espérances, dans cette villa ! Tout était parfait, de notre arrivée à notre départ. La villa était impeccable à notre arrivée, très bien équipée et conforme aux photographies. L’endroit est calme, paisible mais reste très bien situé. La rue principale avec les commerces et restaurants se trouve à 5 minutes à pieds, ce qui rend l’emplacement idéal. La piscine est grande et très bien exposée. Elle est nettoyée deux fois par semaine, ce qui est bien suffisant. Benoit est un super hôte ! Il s’est montré disponible, aimable et attentionné tout au long du séjour, ce qui a permis de le rendre encore plus agréable ! Merci encore… Nous reviendrons c’est certain !

Had a great time staying here. The host was really helpful during our stay. Good space for us 4. One of the beds was in the kitchen. We didn’t see this in the pictures, but it didn’t matter that much to us. Walking distance to most things we needed.

Absolutely loved my stay at this house! It looks even better and more spacious in real life than in the photos. The surrounding area is stunning, with a beautiful beach nearby. The location is perfect for relaxation—peaceful, untouched by mass tourism, and truly a hidden gem. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet and scenic getaway!

Un petit havre de paix à proximité de Krabi. Le logement était parfait : propre, confortable et très bien équipé. J’ai particulièrement apprécié l’attention et la disponibilité d’Anuscha, qui, malgré la distance, a été très présente et proactive. Elle m’a fourni d’excellentes recommandations locales. On peut très facilement se déplacer depuis le logement en scooter à louer sur place directement. Un séjour agréable et sans fausse note. Je recommande vivement pour les personnes qui cherchent un endroit calme où se reposer!
