Angie and Tim’s villa at Botanica Modern Lofts was absolutely sublime—one of the best we've stayed in around Bang Tao. The pool is pure zen, and the lush gardens truly make you feel like you're in a tropical paradise. Inside, the villa is beautifully styled with a calming, neutral color scheme that adds to the overall sense of relaxation. It’s tucked away in a quiet, private area, yet still within walking distance to great local spots, including the fantastic coffee shop Tree O’clock.

Stayed here to train at Bangtao Muay Thai & MMA was perfect! Aree was an amazing host. Very responsive. Will be looking to stay here again soon!

Wir haben uns in der Villa sofort wohl gefühlt. Der Pool war natürlich das absolute Highlight. Wir haben eine Woche hier verbracht und kein Auto und keinen Roller gehabt. Das nächste Restaurant (Italiener) war ca. in 10 Min. zu Fuß erreichbar, für thailändische Verhältnisse aber eher hohe Preise. Mit Kleinkind war der Weg dorthin etwas ungünstig, auch die Straßen in der Nähe hatten keine wirklichen Fußwege. Das war aber nicht wirklich ein Problem, denn alles, was man sich wünscht, sowohl tägliche Einkäufe als auch Essen haben wir günstig über die App Foodpanda bestellt. Wer Ausflüge machen will, wird ja direkt von der Villa abgeholt und zum Fishermans Village kann man mit dem Taxi fahren. Wer die Insel erkunden und selbst einkaufen gehen will, sollte sich aber ein Auto mieten. Einmal die Woche kamen Reinigungskäfte für das Haus und den Pool. Jean Christophe war immer für uns erreichbar. Einfach top, danke! Absolute Weiterempfehlung!

My stay at this Airbnb was excellent. She was prompt with her feedback on taking my text messages and my phone calls. Her place was extremely clean. She made me feel so welcome in had a bunch of snacks upon my arrival.

Tin & CC were very responsive to our messages. They also came very quickly to the Airbnb when we ran out of soap and had a clogged sink. Because we stayed for a week, they actually helped us clear the rubbish even without us telling them to do so which was truly appreciated. Overall, no regrets staying here :)

Super Gastgeber und super Unterkunft !! Guillaume war sehr freundlich, flexibel, hilfsbereit und immer schnell zu erreichen !! Die Unterkunft ist ein Traum, ruhig gelegen in einer Seitenstraße und trotzdem alles fußläufig erreichbar. Trotzdem würde ich mir nen Roller mieten, macht alles viel bequemer und ist für kleines Geld zu haben....

Es war eine sehr schöne Unterkunft sehr bequeme betten wir hatten Leider einen Stromausfall er hat sich sofort darum gekümmert und das erledigt sehr freundlich.

We stayed at the Belcarra Spaces villa for several nights and really enjoyed our time there. The villa itself is modern, spacious, and tastefully decorated, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The outdoor area is lovely, and the private pool was a highlight, especially with the great weather. All in all, it’s a beautiful property in a great location and has real potential to be a top-tier vacation home. We appreciated the effort that’s clearly gone into creating a welcoming space and thank the hosts for their hospitality.

We stayed four weeks at Lauren’s place and we were sad to leave. The flat is exactly as it looks in the photos: clean, spacious, and with a well-equipped kitchen. Both the bed and the sofa were both huge and very comfortable. The pool was fantastic. There are two washing machines in the complex, but we did our laundry at a place two minutes down the lane where the shopkeeper always had 10-baht coins in change. It takes about 30 mins to walk to Chaweng Beach. Initially, we were disappointed that the beach was further than we anticipated. But in the end we saw this as a positive: the neighbourhood is quiet, but still close to restaurants and a good supermarket. It’s also in the middle of a local residential neighbourhood, which we appreciated as much of Chaweng is relentless resorts. To go further, we used Grab. (note that taxis are relatively expensive in Samui). Do pack an HDMI cable as the TV in the flat isn’t a smart TV. Overall, great value for money in this price range.

Timothy has been very helpful and accommodating to us before arrival, making sure that everything is in order and working well. (: His place and the 2 pools are really nice. 711 is just 5 mins walk away and there are many cafes/ restaurants around too. Must visit Surin Beach, it’s beautiful! Thank you so much.

Wonderful space! Super clean, excellent location. We have stayed at this condo for the past 10 years in various units and this is one of the most well positioned units. The condo is directly on the beach with many 5* resorts in walking distance so you can take advantage of their F&B or buy food from the nearby mini mart and cook yourself. We hire a car from the airport to get around and explore the area and drive off the island highly recommended. :)

Wir sind von Mel absolut begeistert. Sie denkt an alles (inkl. Ersatzbatterien), ist immer ansprechbar und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist für vier Personen vollkommen ausreichend. Alle elektrischen Geräte funktionierten einwandfrei. Wir empfanden die Geräusche der Klimaanlage als nicht störend. Der WLAN-Empfang in der Wohnung war für uns ausreichend. Die Außenanlage ist sauber, die Pools sehr gut zum Schwimmen geeignet. Die Geräte im Fitnessraum sind in Ordnung. Die anderen Gäste in der Anlage haben sich ruhig verhalten, so dass alle entspannen konnten. Der Sandstrand und das Meerwasser sind sauber. Es sind keine Bootsanleger vorhanden, von daher ist es am Strand leise. Es waren keine Hunderudel und keine Mücken am Strand. Getränke und Essen an der Strandbar sind gut, schmackhaft und preislich angemessen. Es gibt alle 30 Minuten einen Shuttle-Service zum "Turtle Village", wo sich Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden. Taxis stehen vor der Anlage oder GRAB bzw. BOLT benutzen. Gerne wieder!

Otavio and his wife, Sara are great hosts. They were very responsive to any & all needs! We enjoyed staying in their condo!

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und gut gelegen. Toller Pool und Balkon. Kann ich nur empfehlen.

Kändes otroligt lyxigt att på Penthouse då vi hade hela terrassen för oss själva på kvällarna ! Låg mittemellan Chaweng & Lamai så ville man kunde bestämma själv om man ville ha lugnt eller se massa folk !

This accommodation was one of the best we have ever had through Airbnb. The whole MIDA resort is amazing and we honestly spent the whole 4 days by the pool in the resort and relaxing. There are several restaurants, bars and cafes in the resort, so we had everything at hand. The host Oleg is very hospitable and the small gift at the end of our stay only enhanced the positive impression.

Fantastic stay had by all 6 of us. Very relaxing and peaceful yet a short taxi or car journey to Lamai or Chaweng when we wanted the hustle and bustle. Tone and Par where extremely helpful when needed and went about their daily chores without imposing themselves in anyway. We chose to eat out almost every meal with IBeach a few minutes walk down the beach, and Mordens a few minutes walk in the other direction. Trips out are easily booked and pickups from the villa were easily arranged. It was our first time on Koh Samui and I doubt we would have found anywhere better. Thanks Alan and Nikki for a great time and fantastic villa.

Before our stay, Fred and Aom were extremely helpful during the days leading up to our stay. On arrival, the staff were ready and proactive to respond to our every request in a timely manner. Not only is the villa everything that we hoped for, but even more than we expected. We appreciate Ja and the rest of the staff that helped us during our days there. Absolutely will be staying with them again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The place is just like the pictures, amazing. The staff is very communicative, very friendly and the place is very clean. We just loved the stay. The free shuttle you can book anytime is the cherry on top as it is very useful.

We had the most amazing stay here. Nicely decorated place, extremely spacious and we loved the secluded pool! The location was perfect, close to everything yet quiet and peaceful, we slept very well, and the bed was comfortable. The spaciousness continues even in the bathrooms, and the fully equipped kitchen made cooking a pleasure.

We don’t even know where to start when reviewing Kevin and his beautiful villa in Koh Samui. From our first conversation Kevin was polite, professional, extremely kind and knowledgeable. He gave us great tips on where to look for cheaper flights, had our rental vehicle arranged and delivered for a one months stay, organized a full day long tail boat trip where we went island hopping, swimming and snorkeling. In addition Kevin gave us great ideas for adventure and activities including the Koh Samui elephant sanctuary, various temples, waterfalls and spas. Kevin arranged private transportation for us from the airport and provided clear instructions for where to meet the driver. Kevin welcomed us to our visit and showed us around the meticulously maintained villa, pool and beach area. As evidence of Kevin’s thoughtfulness he left us with some toiletries and groceries so that we did not have to rush out after a long flight. We would not hesitate to return and encourage you to enjoy Samui

Amazing villa, so spacious and comfortable. About 10 min bike ride to the beach and strip with bars and restaurants. Absolutely loved the pool and outdoor seating area, we really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back. 11/10 recommend to anyone staying in Ao nang. Thank you Mem!!

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Villa. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und ein wenig abgelegen. Ein Fortbewegungsmittel würde ich jedoch empfehlen. Zum erholen und runterkommen ist die Villa eine Oase. Alles ist sauber und hygienisch. Wenn wir ein Anliegen hatten haben wir nach sehr kurzer Zeit eine Antwort erhalten - das schätzen wir sehr. Wir haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Wir können die Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen.
