This was a lovely home with everything we needed for our stay, plus a few extras that made it special. Karla was very helpful and attentive ahead of time.

Sunday house was a beautiful stay with great amenities. Super close to campus and things to do. Would recommend anyone to stay.

This home was well kept, clean and a great use of space. Although the home itself is not very big, the bedrooms were spacious and we never felt crowded. My husband and I, along with our other 3 children, were visiting our oldest child, a student at UT. She stayed with us and commented that she had the best sleep she’d had in weeks. Although our stay was short, we were able to both make easy trips to campus for activities and spend a lot of time just hanging out together at the home. Deborah was very communicative and accommodating. Great property!

This is our second visit staying at one of Dustin's airbnbs and for us personally his places are simply the best. The place was spotless, the beds are great quality and very comfortable, and the linens are upscale. There are nice extra touches in each room! For business travelers there is a wonderful office with excellent wifi. As a host, he is super responsive and was able to accommodate us on this visit with an earlier check in. The area is quiet and peaceful; very easy to get to and close to everything in south knox. I would absolutely come back!

The location of the house is perfect. It is close to walking trails, shopping, great restaurants, and Andy's ice cream. We went for a walk each night after dark. Felt safe with the surroundings. Great neighborhood!

This Airbnb was AMAZING! Truly wonderful hosts who have thought of every detail. If you are staying with kids, this is a must! They have toys, games, puzzles, pack n plays, high chairs, toddler beds and the list goes on and on! The ping pong and mini golf were so fun but my favorite was looking out the big windows at all the birds and squirrels and nature. Such a beautiful home and a wonderful time! Thank you for the hospitality!

Tim and Candy (sorry if that's wrong) were awesome hosts! They're super nice, very responsive and attentive. The BNB is private and very homey. They provide everything you need to cook and to do laundry. The bed is very comfortable and is equipped with nice linens. Overall a great BNB, with great hosts.

Our one night stay was very comfortable. It would also be great for an expanded visit. Easy to travel to highway.

I have never felt more comfortable in an air bnb & I mean that whole heartedly. The location is fantastic. I could brag on this listing all day. It really is one of the best listings I’ve stayed at on air bnb. I would book this location every single time I come to town & I do not mean that lightly. Tony and Barb's place was perfect for my overnight stay. I loved sitting outside in the screened in porch while sipping my wine. I would definitely stay there again and since it's a fully furnished 1 bedroom apt, I would book a longer stay as well.

Nice appartement in a beautiful area. Lovely sunsets, it’s nice to make a walk in the environment. I loved to have a kettle in the kitchen. In so many Airbnb’s I have to cook water for tea in a normal pan, this is better:).

Martin and Nikki were wonderful hosts-- friendly, conciencious and accommodating. The space was comfortable, they were flexible with check-in/out times and they even left us snacks :) We were in town for Big Ears and, while this isn't a particularly walkable distance from the festival, it's only a short drive away. Thanks you guys, maybe we'll see you again next year!

This place was great!! Beautiful Airbnb for a great price. Walkable distance from old city which was a huge perk! Snacks were generously provided and place was very clean, safe, private, and well kept!! 10/10 experience, I would absolutely stay here again!

The place was in the perfect location for our UTK visit. Entire campus was walkable from the apartment and parking was easy in what is a very congested area. It’s not a large space but the owner utilizes it well and it more than met our needs. Really appreciated the water and snacks on arrival that was a great touch! Would stay here again.

Clean and cozy, has all the amenities and stylish. The bed was comfy and the WiFi fast. The coffee was strong and the location was close to Y-12 for my business trip.

The apartment was cute, clean, and filled with amenities. It was comfortable and warm with a nice view and lots of daylight. Having parking was an added bonus. If I’m going to be objective, the shower was small for some people’s standards (not mine however, it was fine) and it takes just a bit to get hot. Otherwise, great stay. Would spend the night here again.

The space feels bigger than I thought it would from the listing. Great, walkable location with restaurants nearby. Fantastic kitchen and bathroom. Overall, it was clean, modern, comfortable, and just right for a stay in Knoxville.

Ashleigh made my stay a breeze. She was informative and thoughtful about providing me with information knowing it was my first time in Knoxville. She was extremely responsive and flexible to accommodate my needs. Her place is conveniently located and in a lovely historic building close to plenty of attractions. We felt unsafe outside in the area and did not feel comfortable walking anywhere. The homeless population is extreme. When we walked in the building, we smelled a musty moldy odor and seriously contemplated finding a hotel but could not since so many events were going on and a lot of people were in town. The owner assured me that they had never had a problem, so we stayed. The condo itself is nice and had everything we needed.
