Missy was a wonderful host. She helped us get inside We came at night, which great want to say thanks to Missy. She was very open and friendly and invited us to share time. We really thanked her.

The location was perfect for us since we are building a home nearby. We can't wait to be neighbors, living our best rural life. Terri has been very responsive and the place is comfortable and private, with incredible sunsets over the pond. Our days have been focused on getting our property cleared, so not much time for anything else, but hopefully one of these days we'll get to spend time exploring their farm, as we will definitely be back! Thank you for your hospitality!

Jimm's well-designed two-story place is just great -- clean, cozy and quiet, with a well-equipped kitchen and comfortable bed, in beautiful wooded surroundings. Jimm was always available and responsive. This is one of the nicest AirBnBs I've stayed in. I have friends in the area and hope to stay here again.

the place was absolutely perfect! Also Jeff was very polite, accommodating, and quick with a response for a few questions I had. My boyfriend and I loved the place... quiet, comfy, and clean. Jeff was so helpful. We decided at 5pm we wanted a little getaway from our home. We had in the filters a dog friendly one and unfortunately we booked one of there places that was not. As soon as I realized it I messaged them and they called me within minutes and we were able to move to another place of theres that was dog friendly. The place was super close to everything, super clean and just like it was pictured. We will be staying here again and really excited !

Our stay was very short so we didn’t get a chance to check out the property but the view was beautiful. Comfy and clean. Unit 1 bedroom is over a hot tub so it was a little loud at night in the bedroom but was a great value. Coffee stocked was a great benefit !

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Ryan Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, the host made us feel incredibly welcomed. The House was exactly as described and even better in person. It was clean stylish, and spacious. It had all the amenities we needed to host our family Christmas party. The beds were cozy and the kitchen was well equipped. The area is quiet and peaceful but still close to awesome shopping and eating areas. Communication with the host was quick and easy. They were very responsive. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great spot to stay. I will definitely be booking again with Ryan!

Had a great time. It’s at a campground so my granddaughter could swing. We loved the new covered bridge with the red white and blue blinking lights underneath the bridge at night. Watched a few kayakers go by. We could not kayak due to rain. Maybe next time. They have a restaurant right on the premises. We didn’t get to eat there. You could eat drink and set out by the river or sit on the porch with a gas fire pit. The campground was clean and just a few minutes from Mohican adventure. Our place was not packed with people. It was exactly what we wanted and needed. The house was nicely renovated.

My family enjoyed this spacious amenity filled home that was on a beautiful property. The easy check in and checkout was greatly appreciated.

We had a great stay at your home. Location was convenient. Our girls enjoyed the complimentary snack basket. House was spacious and clean. Kitchen had everything you would need to cook meals. We really enjoyed our stay and your home.

We arrived on Thanksgiving Day to be with our daughter who lives in the area. Teresa was exceptionally thoughtful to make easy arrangements for check-in. Because we were traveling with our small grandsons, she paid special attention to the safety of the house and chatted back and forth with us to ensure we had all they would need to be comfortable. She even left a unique breakfast treat that delighted our grade school grandchildren! The house was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The kitchen was just what we needed to finish our holiday meal and bake brownies for a church fundraiser. It was too wintry to be outside but the morning backyard views over the neighborhood lake were so peaceful. Though the home is near lots of shopping and restaurants, the location was quiet. We felt like we were “home” and hope to visit again!

This historic home is amazing! If you appreciate the architecture of the past, you will love this home. It has an awesome mix of modern (beautiful kitchen and bathrooms) while maintaining the old charm. We had a full house of people including 4 kids under 9 yrs. We knew there would be no toys but discovered thay we didnt need them! The kids hiked, found fossils down the river, and played hide and seek in the house! What a great place to play hide and seek! We also enjoyed the music room playing piano. And it’s quiet in the night in the rooms. We had a group of people who came in at 9 and some that had gone to bed never heard them. Note that there are some rooms that are still being renovated but it didn’t affect our stay. We commend Eric and his interest in renovating this historic property. My 9 yr old grandson said ‘my mind is blown’, thinking that a former governor and some presidents visited and maybe stayed at this property! Great lesson! We made some great memories!

We had a very pleasant and comfortable stay. The house is in a convenient location that also happens to be beautiful, on the Muskingum River, with hills rising to the east and west. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds and couches comfortable, the house immaculate, and the hosts responsive to our requests. No complaints whatsoever.

Great stay with extended family. I am sure we will return next year.
