Renta de departamentos vacacionales en Klagenfurt-Land District

Wohnung etwas ab "vom Schuss" und sehr "hügelig", jedoch wunderschöne Umgebung und viel "Grün" zum Spaziergehen und auch 2 gute Restaurants in der Nähe. Undine war stets gut erreichbar, kommunikativ und hat alle "Probleme" schnell und effektiv gelöst! Wohnung sehr sauber und für uns "Drei" gut aufgeteilt. Hat uns gute und wertvolle Tipps gegeben für Klagenfurt und Umgebung. Danke dafür!!! Mit der Wörthersee-Card konnte man kostenfrei S-Bahn fahren. Das nächste Mal nicht unser "Favourite"! Dennoch eine sehr schöne Unterkunft und eine empfehlenswerte Gastgeberin! Vielen Dank.

Die Unterkunft ist top gelegen, Fußläufig ist ein freier Seeabschnitt zu erreichen oder das Freibad Pörtschach. Schöne Möglichkeiten spazieren zu gehen in der Nähe. Supermarkt, Bäcker, Restaurant alle in der Nähe. Ansonsten ist die Ausstattung in der Unterkunft gut gewesen, insbesondere die Küche. Gerne wieder.

Habe eine Woche in der Unterkunft verbracht, weil ich beruflich in der Gegend zutun hatte. Für mich war es eine optimale Lage - nichtmal 15min mit dem Auto bis nach Klagenfurt und ruhig gelegen zum arbeiten und abschalten. Supermarkt und Bäcker befinden sich ebenfalls in der Nähe und sind in 2-3 (Auto)Minuten erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet, befindet sich im EG und alles ist auf dem neuesten Stand - entspricht 1 zu 1 den Bildern. Alles was man braucht ist da, Küche ist voll eingerichtet und ein eigener Parkplatz steht ebenfalls zur Verfügung. CheckIn & CheckOut gestaltete sich sehr einfach und flexibel mit Schlüsselbox und hilfreichen und freundlichen Vorabinformationen von Jürgen. Herzlichen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft, ich komme gerne wieder wenn ich in der Nähe bin.

Wij hebben genoten van ons verblijf in het appartement. Alles kwam overeen met de beschrijving en de foto's. Net en schoon appartement, en een zeer vriendelijke, behulpzame host! handig is ook de carport plek voor de auto. De volgende keer zal ik dus zeker weer bij dit appartement boeken!

La casa di Gerlinde è proprio come sentirsi a casa propria. Tantissime attenzioni, soprattutto per le nostre bimbe. Abitazione ampia con tutto ciò che serve; inoltre ambienti puliti e mobili - soprattutto in soggiorno - presumo nuovi. Davvero molto molto bello. Gerlinde una persona amorevole.

Tolle, ruhige Unterkunft mit allem was man braucht in super Lage als Ausgangspunkt für die Erkundung des Wörthersees. Unkomplizierter Checkin und Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin. Sogar ein späterer Check-out wurde uns kostenlos ermöglicht. Herzlichen Dank noch einmal für alles. Uneingeschränkte Weiterempfehlung.

I spent a beautiful 2 months is Ulrike and Hannes’s apartment in Klagenfurt. On arrival, they welcomed me personally, and even left a few essentials for me in the kitchen. The apartment is in one of the oldest buildings in Klagenfurt. It’s been beautifully renovated, and is much better equipped than many airbnbs, with high quality furnishings and attention to detail. I was worried that in a busy central location next to the market that it might be loud, but the windows are great and inside it’s very peaceful. I had one small issue with the apartment during my stay and the hosts were immediately responsive and solved it within hours. So many hosts do the bare minimum with their Airbnb apartments so a big thank you to them for putting in the effort to make their place comfortable and homely. Will certainly be back if I have the chance.

Alles super, sehr sauber und top Verbindung ins Zentrum!

Gabriela und Günter sind perfekte, aufmerksame, hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Die Unterkunft ist entzückend und der Blick in den Garten, den man mitbenutzen darf, wunderschön. Besonders gefallen hat mir, dass in der Küche ein kleines Bier, Tee, Kaffee auf mich wartete:-) Urlaub bei Freunden! Absolute Empfehlung!

Byl jsem zde s rodinou již podruhé. Hostitelka Michaela velmi milá a ochotná! Škoda, že neumíme více hovořit německým jazykem, ale i tak člověk pozná, že natrefil na přátelskou a milou osobu. Velmi děkujeme, dost možná se ještě uvidíme.

Der schönste Urlaub in Kärtnen! Wir hatten super Wetter, die Anlage ist hervorragend geeignet für einen Urlaub mit Hund (voll eingezäunt, privater Zugang zum Wörthersee und ruhig gelegen). Das Angebot umfasst die kostenlose Nutzung von Fahrrädern, Sub-Board oder Ruderboot). Romana und das Team waren zu jeder Zeit erreichbar und super hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!

Sophie is een aardige host die altijd bereid is om te helpen en het naar je zin te maken. Mooie tuin en leuk gezellig zitje waar we koffie konden drinken. In het begin dachten we dat we last van de snelweg zouden hebben die vlak bij het appartement loopt. Maar dat bleek mee te vallen. Het appartement en de host waren fantastisch en dat vonden wij belangrijker.

Danke an Susanne für diese tolle Unterkunft! Wir haben uns toll aufgehoben gefühlt. Das Haus ist sehr schön hergerichtet und die Sauna und der außen Hot Tube waren perfekt! Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist ein Traum! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

The place was absolutely stunning—even better than the pictures—with breathtaking views, a jacuzzi and sauna that made the experience extra special, and a peaceful atmosphere perfect for unwinding. The apartment was super clean, beautifully designed, and well-maintained. The hosts, who live in the upper apartment, were amazingly kind and helpful—always available when needed but never intrusive. They even gave great recommendations for restaurants and things to do in the area. The next towns, with grocery stores and dining options, are just a 10-minute drive away, making everything easily accessible. We 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway. The combination of stunning nature, thoughtful hospitality, and top-notch amenities made it an experience we can’t wait to repeat!

The place was impeccable, well decorated with a beautiful view on the surrounding forest, with a quiet and calm vibe to it. The hosts were super friendly and helpful. Highly likely to book again 😁

what a great find! I stayed here for three nights while attending a conference in Pörtschach. Stefan was very responsive to questions before arriving. He was very friendly and helpful when we met. He is a local who grew up in this town and loves water skiing. He would be a great person to get to know better. The apartment was incredibly clean and a perfect spot less than 2 minutes from the Congress/conference center. The apartment is on the main road but it is tucked away around the corner so you don't have any of the street noise. I walked to restaurants and went for a few runs in the mountains and around the lake. Perfect size apartment for a single, couple, small family, or close friends. I was very lucky to book this last minute and you should not hesitate if you have the chance.

Es war eine super und schöne Unterkunft. Einfach klasse. Unsere Anreise/Ankunft war an einem Sonntag und unsere Vermieter hatten für uns einen Snack, Obst und Getränke bereitgestellt. Einfach nur top - mit so etwas hatten wir nicht gerechnet. Vielen lieben Dank an Rita & Tim. Sehr gerne würden wir uns bei Euch wieder „einmieten“. Es war für uns eine traumhafte Woche. Beyond beautiful home, from the interior to the scenery surrounding it. everything was perfect. I would happily go back for another stay in the future and will most certainly recommend to everyone i know know to visit here aswell.
