Wat een prachtige accomodatie. Rust, privé en een schitterend uitzicht. Een zeer luxe ingerichte cottage. Heerlijke bedden en lakens en handdoeken. Hottub erbij. Een gastvrije en goede host. De beste accommodatie van onze rondreis door Zuid-Afrika.

Wilderness war ursprünglich nur als kleiner Zwischenstop gedacht auf unserer Route, doch wir fühlten uns ab der ersten Sekunde wie zuhause. Wir wurden warmherzig von Wendy und James und ihren lieben Hunden begrüßt. Die Unterkunft ist noch viel schöner als auf den Fotos und von hier hat man einen exzellenten Ausgangspunkt für naheliegende Ausflüge und Aktivitäten. Restaurants sind innerhalb von zehn Minuten erreichbar mit dem Auto. Wir freuen uns jetzt schon darauf Wendy und James wiederzusehen, denn sie sind ganz besondere Menschen! Danke dass ihr uns auf einem Teil der Reise so eine schöne Zeit beschert habt.

What a place - couldn’t have asked for a better family break. From pony rides to archery, forest runs and farm pools. Fantastic chat with dairy manager, everything exceeded our expectations

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed staying here, it’s local to the city centre and had everything we needed to feel right at home. My children enjoyed the space it had to offer. Definitely worth the stay. We loved it so much we extended our stay. Great value for money.

Petro was a gracious host and so lovely. She has the cutest 7 month old puppies, unfortunately they stayed behind the gate so we couldn't play with them :) The rural area has incredible WiFi and while the home was originally built in 1888, it's amenities are perfectly usable. The indoor fireplace was so cozy, the beds were very comfortable and there was solar when we had unexpected loadshedding! Definitely recommend to walk the 5km hike route, take some dry socks as we walked through a overflowing stream (so beautiful!). Highly recommend Die Tuinhuis in Calitzdorp for a delicious brekkie, too!

Super lady and very happy with our one night stay. Was clean and had everything we needed and had a fabulous shower! Diana was super friendly and helpful. The location in George was superb and would definitely recommend this little spot. Thank you

The best romantic and peaceful break away! The place was actually better than the photos! we took our dogs along and this was sò enjoyable. Absolutely no problems at all. The cottage is well 20min drive on gravel, but is do-able with a normal car. So secluded and quiet in the heart of the mountains. Only 2 cottages so it was very private... it felt like we owned our own piece of mountains! We swam in the nearby dams and hiked on the trails surrounding the area. Would definitely love to stay there again and again. We also thought of it as the best honeymoon venue that we have ever came across. Everything was breathtaking and was like we walked into a magazine!! definitely 11 out of 10!! 🙌
