Here you can go hiking in the forest or on local peaks such as Samlen, Haugsvarden and Kulturstien i Herand. Also Dronningstien, Vøringsfossen, Bondhusvannet and Trolltunga are daytrips from Hardanger Fjordtun!

Velkommen til Tungeteingen Villglamp! Et par minutters gange, over bakkane og den fine broen over elva fra vertenes hus, dukker det opp et magisk sted inne i skogen. Der kan du senke skuldrene, nyte suset fra elven og logge av fra kjas og mas. Gode komfortable senger (1 dobbeltseng, 1 enkeltseng og mulighet for å sette opp 1 ekstra seng), myke varme dyner og puter, saueskinn og vedfyrt ovn. Set among orchards, cideries, mountains and fjords, it’s a perfect base for hikes like Trolltunga and Dronningstien, nearby waterfalls, fresh fruit in season, and even kayaking or SUP on the fjord. Side by side with the apple trees in an old, organic orchard – the oldest part on our farm, «Fretheim Gard» – you'll find it: Beautifully situated by the fjord in Flåm, only a short walk from the center of Flåm and station area. The cabin is architect-designed by Stiv Kuling and was completed in 2023. It's built entirely of Norwegian pine. A modern, bright, and comfortable cabin with stunning views, a peaceful location, and close to hiking trails and natural attractions.

Det en utedo knyttet til hytta, men den som leier hytta vil også ha tilgang på delt bad og kjøkken i hovedhuset på Vikinghaug. This is the place to rent if you want a very special romantic and primitive stay with absolutely outstanding views. This is a small cabin with double bed. Shared kitchen, toilet and bathroom in the main house.

«Drengstovo» med ein nydelig utsikt i Hardanger

Drengstova", an apartment that is located in the barn with a private balkong facing the fjord, Sørfjorden. At the dock it’s nice to take a bath, fish or just enjoy the view. Fogefonna sommerskisenter is one houer by car from us. There are many fine hiking in the surrounding area. The most famous are Trolltunga, Oksen and the waterfalls in Husedalen,Kinsarvik. It's nice to cycle along the fjord into Agatunet or against Utne with Utne hotel, and Hardanger Folkemuseeum .

Flåm Retreat's minihouse is a sustainable and exclusive cabin designed by Snøhetta, with a focus on reducing human impact on nature. Enjoy panoramic views of Flåmsdalen, tranquility, and some of the world’s most stunning scenery. The mini-house has two double beds and sleeps four comfortably. A fifth guest can use the sofa bed for NOK 250. From May to September, we require a 2-night minimum stay. Single-night gaps will be released as they become available.

A high standard cabin by the shoreline of the Aurlandsfjord, Western Norway. The area lies peacefully by the fjord, with its own parking lot and a quay with the opportunity for boat rental. The cabin has three bedrooms, a veranda facing the fjord, and is equipped with fiber-optical WiFi, TV with ASTRA international channels, shower, washing machine, dishwasher and a wood stove. Boat must be booked in advance of arrival.
