I stayed here 3 night. Overall is very amazing. Mike and his staffs awesome. They just always give us a hand. He always give the eye on my 5 y/o daughter when she play outside, gave her an advise where is safe area to play Room is tidy, heated floor, spacy, clean and enough power points. One thing I found out, I struggled is the place is located down the hill. If you don’t take the car it will be struggle. If it’s bad weather day. Uber won’t accept their job. So dragging luggage and baby stroller up to bus station around 250 meters uphill in thick snow was very tough as their wheels also didn’t move. So get the car there will be easier or learning the weather a bit may helpful. Just make sure you won’t get struck in a bad day.

Great place to stay! Located right next to the mountain so it was super convenient for snowboarding. Friendly staff and cute dogs! They offer shuttles to other ski resorts in Hakuba or into town which made getting around easy. Would definitely stay here again!

Le logement est très bien situé, propre, le petit déjeuner est très bien avec tous les matins un baggle ou un muffin maison. Les randonnées sont accessibles à quelques pas

It's an amazing dorm I stayed a month and half. All the staffs are so nice and really helpful, Tor, Alpa, Adam and Annabelle etc, they're incredible!!! Breakfast is serve yourself and FREE, manyyyyy eggs, toast, jam, cornflake, milk and juice!! Social area also awesome, pool game, making friends all the nights. Thanks again all the effort, I really enjoy my time in Hai. Cheer~~

Very clean and welcoming space in a great location. Walking distance to Echoland, happo and shopping centres. Definitely recommend.

Kokis und Naomis Holzhaus ist ein Kleinod, schon beim Reinkommen riecht alles angenehm nach Holz. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, gemütlich, sehr sauber und mit dem Blick auf die Bäume ringsherum fühlt es sich wirklich so an, mitten im Wald zu sein. Dennoch liegt das Haus zentral. Wir haben zwei Wanderungen unternommen, was trotz der noch nicht ganz beendeten Skisaison gut möglich war. Koki kocht zudem hervorragend, es lohnt sich auf jeden Fall an den Tagen, an denen er kocht, abends im Il Bosco zu essen. Und zu empfehlen ist auch die Nutzung des hauseigenen Onsen, wofür man sich nur an einer Tafel morgens eintragen muss. Kurzum: Wir haben uns willkommen und heimisch gefühlt bei Koki und Naomi und werden das abendliche Sitzen am Ofen unten im Wohnzimmer vermissen.

年に一度のスノボ旅、素敵なお宿に宿泊できてとてもいい思い出になりました･.*施設内はとても綺麗で、スタッフの方もとても親切で暖かくて、また泊まりたい！と思えるお宿です。ありがとうございました(*ᴗˬᴗ)⁾⁾

Shayne was very friendly and accomodating! He gave us lots of recommendations on places to go and helped us with anything we needed. very knowledgeable on the resorts in the valley and was a great guide on what spots would be best for the day. Good bar too!
