I had an incredible stay at this vintage apartment in Skopje! The location is unbeatable — just a 3-minute walk to the City Mall, which made shopping and dining super convenient. Parking right in front of the house was a huge bonus, especially in a busy area like this. The apartment itself was charming, beautifully decorated with a cozy retro vibe, and spotlessly clean. The attention to detail really made it feel like a home away from home. The best part of my experience was the host, Viktor. He was amazing — friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. His hospitality truly made my trip unforgettable. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Skopje and will definitely stay here again on my next visit! Five stars all the way!

A cozy apartment for a weekend getaway, perfect for those looking to escape the city center. Dina was an excellent host. The location isn't 100% accurate; the apartment is actually located at Sava Kovačević 21-A, not Sava Kovačević 21 as it is mentioned in the ad; which is cca 3 km further than stated in the listing. So, when using Google Maps, it’s best to search for “Apartment Dina.” According to Google, it’s on Petar Mazev Street, but in reality, the address is Sava Kovačević 21-A. But that’s not the host’s fault; it’s due to the chaotic street system in the city of Skopje. This isn’t a major issue for those with a car, but if you’re not driving, you’ll have more walking to do, and the bus lines to the city center are not very frequent.

5 gece 6 gün konakladık. Kendi ve kocası bize her konuda çok yardımcı oldular. Özellikle kocası hem ev konusunda hem şehirde ihtiyacımız olan her şeyde bize tavsiye verdi ve farklı ülkeler de görebilmemizi sağladı. Ev gayet sıcaktı. Odalar çok rahattı. Çevre çok sakindi hiç insan etkileşimi kurmadık. Merkeze yürüyerek 20 dk sürdü ve hiç otobüse binmemize gerek kalmadı hep geze geze yürüdük.

Ailece olarak 6 kişi konaklama sağladık çok ferah büyük bir ev beklentimizi karşıladı çok rahat ettik ailece kalabalık grup olarak gelindiğinde kalınacabilcek bir ev. Great place, spacious. Very quiet area, you can relax. Apart from that there was everything you need, and the contact with the host was more than excellent! I recommend it to everyone! You will definitely be satisfied!

I recently stayed at Cevahir Sky City, and it was an amazing experience! The apartment, owned by Viktor, was absolutely perfect. It was spotless, modern, and thoughtfully equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location of the hotel is fantastic, offering stunning views and easy access to everything I wanted to explore. Viktor was an exceptional host—friendly, responsive, and genuinely committed to making my stay enjoyable. I highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting the area. I’ll definitely choose Viktor’s apartment at Cevahir Sky City again for my next visit!

A beautiful, very generously sized space in an absolutely perfect location. It features all the amenities you could possibly want, and Damjan even left a selection of snacks and drinks for me and my friend upon our arrival, which was incredibly thoughtful. Damjan was also very accommodating, allowing us to check in hours ahead of time due to out flight getting in very early, which was hugely appreciated.

Pros: Spacious and clean apartment in a great location and safe area, internet is fast and reliable. They have great air conditioning, comfortable beds. Cons: entry way could have been kept up better and building entry needs maintenance, the place use some extra towels and linens, lack of cleaning supplies, kitchen could use more supplies, lack of general toiletries. Parking is definitely a problem even though is reserved.

Our stay at Oliver’s was fabulous. The views are incredible, the rooms are comfortable, and Oliver himself is proactive and helpful. There are lots of great restaurants nearby and a large grocery store is a short walk away. Coffee on the balcony in the morning was a favorite memory. We highly recommend this stay!

Najbolji i najljepsi stan u Skopju u kojem sam bila,a bila sam u puno stanova. Na odličnoj lokaciji,stan je izvrsno opremljem,čist i uredan. Osijecala sam se kao da sam doma. Svakako ću ponovno bookirati ovaj stan.

4 kişi geldiğimiz tatilimizin 3 gününde Mile’ın evinde kaldık. Üsküp’te bulunan ev merkeze çok yakın. Bina girişinde ve etrafta marketler olması büyük bir olanak. Ev geniş, ferah ve tertemizdi. Mile çok güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi. Konaklamamız boyunca her konuda istediğim zaman kendisine ulaşabileceğimi söyledi. Bizi kendisi karşıladı ve anahtarı teslim etti. Çok keyifle konakladık ve keyifle ayrıldık.

After our second visit, Branko's flat has already become like our ‘home’ in Skopje. We really enjoy the flat, Branko's politeness and friendliness and his preparedness to help immediately when we need support. Our only criticism is that on our next scheduled trip to Skopje, someone who might like the flat as much as we do has already booked a few days in the middle of that period, so we have to switch to another AirBnB.

Het appartement was top! Heel wat voorzieningen aanwezig: koffie, doucheproducten, en zelfs een kabeltje om iets op te laden. De ligging was voor ons ideaal: op wandelafstand van de stad en met de auto vlot alle richtingen uit. Het enige minpuntje (waar de eigenaars uiteraard niets aan kunnen doen) was de geluidsomgeving 's nachts: een blaffende hond voor de deur, om 5u ’s ochtends het oproepgebed vanuit verschillende moskeeën, en soms hoorde ik in de gang rond 3u nog dichtslaande deuren en luid pratende mensen. Als lichte slaper vond ik dit jammer, maar voor anderen is dit misschien minder storend.

We had a great stay at Mihailo’s house! The place was clean, exactly as shown in the photos, cozy and warm and easy to find. Honestly it felt like a home. It’s in a convenient location, close to malls and restaurants, perfect if you prefer staying outside the city center, yet 10 min with a taxi. Overall, a fantastic experience—highly recommend!

I had such a pleasant month-long stay at this home~! Wonderfully located within few minutes walking distance to two malls, the center, restaurants, theatre; taxi was always available just in front of the location to take me further if I wished to not walk. Inside, tv has tons of programs, and high speed internet alllowed me to work from there and take video calls without issues. The main bathroom was updated with a spacious shower and very clean - something I always look for in a location. The guest bathroom was equally clean- took me a moment to figure out that the hot water switch was there and that I had accidentally turned off )). The hosts were super accomodating with towels and linens. I ever figured out the washer/drier combo usage. Kitchen is fully equipped with massive fridge for a large family next to a large dining room table that sits six comfortably. Very quiet place at night, and I enjoyed the spacious terrace many afternoons and late evenings. Recommend checking it out.

Amazing apartment and amazing hosts. Great location near to river and Capitol mall. Lots of cafes and bars around the area but also a very quiet apartment. The apartment itself was perfectly decorated with everything working perfectly. Perfect experience.

It was my first time in Macedonia, and choosing this place was definitely the right decision. During a short stay, you might overlook small inconveniences, but when you're staying for a whole month, even minor things can start to matter. However, I experienced none of that here — everything was perfectly comfortable, and by the end of my stay, I truly didn’t want to leave. There’s no exaggeration in the host’s self-introduction! It’s clear that this beautiful and well-designed room is the result of continuous improvements, all made with the guest’s comfort in mind. I hope more people will have the chance to meet Branko — whose love for hosting and warm hospitality shines through — and enjoy their time in Macedonia as much as I did!
