The Artist's Loft

Welcome to The Artist’s Loft! This unique stay at the historic Bradshaw Lofts downtown Stratford features a fully functional kitchen, ensuite laundry, large bathroom, a cozy bedroom, and a living space for relaxing, dining or working. All of this is contained by the historic elements the building has - natural timber, exposed brick walls and high ceilings. Run by a local artist and counsellor, we are committed to sharing the beautiful town that we have fallen in love with, with a personal touch.

Included on this farmhouse property is a patio & furniture, picnic table, fire pit, BBQ, and lots of open yard. Guests have full use of the house, including the kitchen, which is fully stocked with glassware, dishes, utensils, cookware, dishwasher, and coffee & tea. Beside Exeter Golf Club/The Barn Restaurant. 30 min drive to Grand Bend. 2 min drive to hiking trails, Ironwood Golf Course & Exeter. The Coach House is a barn converted into a comfortable rustic 2 bedroom home with an attached yoga studio set on 2.5 acres in the heart of Lucan. The studio contains a half bath and washer/dryer. The studio will be locked and only accessible for stays that are over 7 days. The owners live on the property in a separate Victorian home. The Coach House has 2 bedrooms, a living room, kitchen , and bathroom with sink, tub/shower, and toilet. There is a Outdoor fire pit and private hot tub
