We had a lot of rain on our stay and Karyn’s place is so peaceful and cosy, looking out to the trees and listening to the birds it’s the perfect little getaway no matter the weather. Karyn was great to work with and very accommodating with any request. We will be back! Thank you ☺️

That's exactly as what we are looking for! Big enough for every of us, open view face to the golf course that we are going to play next morning, too short to enjoy our stays as we've been busy to finish our golf trip in only 2 days inTaupo (Kinloch). Looking forward to book here again when I have a chance in the future :)

Lovely home and great hosts - it was just what we were looking for during our time in Kinloch. Hosts were very quick to respond to any questions we had and super thoughtful with how the house was set-up before we arrived and with what they made available. Would definitely recommend the hosts and the property.

We had the most incredible weekend getaway at this stunning property! The location is absolutely perfect — tucked away just enough to feel like a retreat, yet close to everything we needed. The views were nothing short of extraordinary; we found ourselves constantly pausing just to soak it all in. The house itself is beautifully designed and so well-equipped. It had everything we needed and more. Honestly, it felt like we barely scratched the surface of what this place has to offer — there's just so much to take in and enjoy. We left feeling like we needed more time to truly experience its full potential. Highly, highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable escape. We’ll definitely be back!

We loved our stay, such a relaxing and peaceful place and a lovely walk to the lake. We enjoyed relaxing in the spa in the evening. Cute bach which had everything we needed.

Rob went out of his way to help look after my whanau and I, from check in to check out (actually well after as we left stuff behind he was so helpful). Easy to contact and in touch with us whenever we needed, super responsive and helpful. Would recommend for anybody looking for accommodation in or near Turangi to check out Robs place. We’ll definitely stay again.

Great base to do the crossing from. Spa pool was a wonderful touch. Even though there are neighbouring cabins/cottages it doesn’t feel crowded or too busy. Would definitely stay again. Thanks!

This electric little gem is exactly what it says it is. We loved our overnight stay here. The hot spring tub in the garden was blissful. The cooking and sleeping facilities had everything we needed. The walk around the nearby hot springs was a fascinating, low key walk around boiling mud and steam vents. A far cry from touristy Rotarua. We feel very lucky to have found this peaceful retreat.
