Loved our Airbnb stay in Rotorua! So much to do and see, so we didn’t spend much time inside during the day, but was so nice to have a comfy place to come back to after full days of sightseeing. Kids also loved the spa and Disney subscription. Parents appreciated the later check out on our final day as we were in need of a sleep in! Would stay again - thank you!

The Redwood Retreat is the most amazing place. It offers everything you could wish for. Everything in this house is thoughtful and well-appointed. We felt right at home and enjoyed our holiday there, even when the weather turned nasty for three days. This house offers the perfect relaxing atmosphere after a day of adventure and activity. Thank you so much for the most beautiful time we had.

Great house with everything you need. Hot tub was delightful to use in the evening! Location is on the outskirts, but with a car, very easy to get in and out of the city. Would recommend :)

Our stay at this stunning home overlooking Lake Taupō and the golf course was nothing short of incredible. The views in every direction were absolutely breathtaking, and the home's design, furnishings, and fittings were all top-notch—every detail was perfect. It truly felt like a dream to wake up in such a beautiful space each morning. This was, without a doubt, our best Airbnb stay ever, and we are so grateful for the opportunity to call this place home for four nights. We can’t recommend it highly enough!

Very enjoyable and comfortable stay

Breathtaking views when you arrive. Location is so peaceful. We had an amazing stay and holiday here. Yhe owner, Nick, was super responsive. The spa and the firepit made the stargazing nights delightful.

A beautiful renovated old house with higher ceilings and lots of nice decorations, big rooms and lounge/dining area/kitchen and a big garden. Good beds, shower, TV and WiFi. It has almost everything except a BBQ. There is a washing mashine and dryer (which does not work that well anymore), dishwasher, a pool with salt water, a wonderful whirl pool which we had to get up to temperature first and could only use from the second day. It is a shame that they put in a carpet in the lounge/dining are and another carpet on top. This carpet curled and was a trip hazard. The one toilet and the dryer were not clean but the rest was good. There was salt but no pepper. It also provided tea, coffee, sugar, oil. All in all we enjoyed our stay very much. We forgot a bag and they sent it on to us free of charge. I enjoyed the closed verandah and used is as an office but the socket behind the desk did not work. We found a power strip and a (dirty) extension cable. There is also an iron and ironboard.

We were very happy to spend the last 4 nights of our NZ trip at Toka Ridge 4. The property was pristine with beautiful views of the lake. It was a quiet area that felt a little remote, but the shops, restaurants and bustle of Roturua were just 15-20 mins away. Two easy Alltrails walks were within walking distance of the property. The Hamurana Lakefront Reserve Walkway (offering great views of the lake) began just down the road and, near its end, the Hamurana Springs Loop Walkway (a lovely/surprising mix of redwoods and cold springs with lots of ducks) began across the street. A few mosquitos did find us while visiting the jacuzzi just after dusk, but did not bother us during the day. The consensus of our group was that Toka 4 was the nicest Airbnb of our 5+ week NZ stay. The most beautiful home. Space, style fully and equipped beyond many places I’ve stayed. Stunning, absolutely stunning location, you would never tire of the view. Hope to come again.

I travel with a group of teenagers so this place was great for having lots of space, huge bathroom and lots of furniture for us all to watch a movie together! Being all one level was really important to me and having lots of bed options which worked extremely well😊 I really appreciated having access to the dishwasher, washing machine and dryer with no restraints on how many times I could use them. The rooms were all a great size, lots of outdoor space, plenty of towels and in a really quiet neighbourhood 😊 Loved this house!

Un site magnifique, calme et lumineux. Belle maison impeccable accès possible au lac. Seules les mouches au coucher du soleil sont un petit bémol.

The hosts William and Tian were very helpful and responsive to messages leading up to our stay. William came to the house on the day to make sure we had a working TV and showed us how to use the spa. He was friendly and very kind. The house was spacious with comfortable beds, linen/pillows and couches. There were extra towels and blankets to use as well. The spa was a wonderful addition and we enjoyed it on those cool autumn nights. The house was very clean and I felt very comfortable having my baby stay there. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you could need to make meals and serve a big family. They even had coffee pods for the morning. The garden was big, beautiful and peaceful - it would’ve been perfect for summer. Location is great - close enough to the city but far enough for it to feel secluded. Thank you for accommodating us!

such a lovely spot. perfect for a few days away. the outdoor baths and the fire pit with marshmallows provided are wonderful. so easy to sit on the deck and gaze at the view and enjoy the serenity. loved our stay.

I had a very good stay at Mandy& Benjamin's. The cabin was beautiful, very clean, and quiet. I didn't try the outdoor bathtub and shower because of the bad weather, but otherwise, everything was perfect. I recommend it.

Highly recommend this accomodation to any and all passing through the area! Peter was absolutely fantastic to communicate with, the unit cosy with a gorgeous backyard and beautiful scenery, plus a hot tub perfect for a late afternoon soak, and even better Peter had left us some basic groceries (bread, milk, eggs, spreads) so useful for those completing long drives travelling. Loved our stay here!

It was a pleasure to have Sonia as our host as she was so proactive and helpful throughout our stay. The cabin was lovely and everything inside was exactly like the photos. The spa pool was definitely a nice touch. Would definitely come back again!

We loved our stay at Shannon's place! The location was perfect for us and felt very private, even with the main home on the same property. The interior had all the little details which made it feel like a luxury stay. We really appreciated the great communication and Shannon going the extra mile to help us feel comfortable. The outdoor bath and stunning views were just the cherry on top. We will be back!
