If you are looking for some vintage charm by the sea and you love the sound of seagulls, Gull Cottage set over 3 floors is the one for you. It's a wonderful place to get away from the day to day stresses with the beach and the sea gulls making it feel like a proper holiday every time. It has loads of character and is as comfortable, in the summer or the winter with either the mature garden or the snug to relax in. The road is made up of pastel colour houses with a real sense of the neighbourly.

Kingsdown is a pretty village with its beach framed by the magnificent white cliffs of Dover; offering wonderful clifftop walks. There is also a promenade taking you along the seafront directly into Deal.

Bell Cottage a Beautiful Little Cottage

Bell Cottage is situated in the rural village of Ringwould in Kent which is one of the oldest villages in the country. Offering stunning walks and views over the countryside towards the coast. Located between our beautiful hometown of Deal, which was voted one of the UK's best seaside towns and Dover, home to the famous White Cliffs and Dover Castle. Both being a short drive away. Our cottage is set back approx 12 metres of the busy main A258. We are approx 2 miles from main Deal town.

Pretty Kingsdown holiday home

Judith welcomes you to this lovely house in the popular village of Kingsdown. Just a short stroll down the road brings you to the beautiful, unspoilt beach where you will find one of our three lovely local pubs, all serving food if you don't want to cook! There is a lovely sunny private rear garden to enjoy and off-road parking for 2 cars. A walk along the seafront will bring you to Deal and a short drive will take you to historic Sandwich and Canterbury, not forgetting Dover Castle.

Situated in the beauty-full picturesque fishing village of Kingsdown Kent. Our large, 3 double bedroom, fully restored house, with large private garden and conservatory is a stones throw from the beach. Ideally situated for exploring the historic castles of Deal and Warmer and of course, the cliff top walks on the White Cliffs of Dover with their secret tunnels and historic castle. Being only 1.5 hours from London this unspoiled and hidden away village is the perfect get away.

Located 5 minutes walk away from the White Cliffs of Dover, the granary is a converted timber frame building set in the garden of a 16th century Kentish farmhouse and 1 km away from the beautiful seaside village of St Margaret's-at-Cliffe. Featuring exposed beams, wattle and daub walls and many original features including staddlestones and a handcrafted spiral staircase leading to a mezzanine sleeping area, the granary has a lovely feel and is very light, warm and cosy.

Refurbished in early 2024 this scandi style chalet offers comfortable interior tastefully decorated in neutral tones and a front deck to take in the sea views with the morning to late afternoon sun.

The property is also directly on the national coast path between Dover, St Margaret’s Bay and Deal.

THE VICTORY - KINGSDOWN

Formerly a fisherman's pub on Kingsdown beach The Victory is a much loved coastal retreat - in a beautiful and still somewhat undiscovered corner of England at the end of the White Cliffs of Dover and just 1.5 hours from London. The Victory has a Nordic theme inside with wood paneling and painted floorboards. It has 4 bedrooms and sleeps 8-10 comfortably. Please note: weekend bookings require a Friday and Saturday night.
