absolutely loved our stay here so clean with a super comfortable bed and linen .fantastic location with great walkways around the waterfront .would highly recommend this place to everyone and Rachel is so quick to reply to any messages or questions .

Perfect location. Able to walk to penneshaw and explore very easily. Affordable and convenient. Eleanor was very good to communicate with. Would definitely recommend this accommodation.

Stunning place in the heart of Penneshaw. Short drive from the ferry, walking distance to the pub, supermarket & local cafes. Tourist office right across the road. It was so clean & tidy, every thing was available for a wonderful stay. BBQ on the deck overlooking the beautiful water, was our favorite pastime. Ellie was super helpful with our check out & we loved our stay here.

We found Kirsty’s place ideal for our family holiday. Kids all slept well and really enjoyed the tv in their bedroom along with the games and books that were provided. It was very quiet and peaceful and we felt like it was a home away from home. We would recommend this place to anyone staying in Kingscote, especially families.

This stay was a dream! The interior was stunning and felt right at home. Owners were also responsive on time and welcoming.

Our 2 br unit was spotlessly clean, with everything we needed. Close enough to the town centre - supermarket and cafes and worked well as a base for the rest of the island. Kirsty made contact during our week's stay to make sure we had all we needed and we sure did.

We had a pleasant stay - property was as described, linens and towels all very good quality. Safe, well fenced yard for our dog. And great coffee and cake at Cactus. 😉

Great place for a family gathering! We enjoyed our stay at the Amani in Emu Bay! We appreciated the well equipped kitchen, plus barbecue area, as we prepared several meals on site.

Tank you for a comfortable stay at this well equipped house with a great location. There was enough room for our group of 10 to spread out and enjoy a relaxed holiday. We had a great time.

This place was even better than the photos, super clean, stylish, and in a perfect location. Loved the little touches like fresh coffee and local recommendations, it really made the stay special.

The most wonderful home! After 6 months of travel, this was the nicest place to stay and relax. Gorgeous view of emu bay. Within minutes we were driving on the beach. The outdoor shower came in handy! So relaxed and luxurious. Great kitchen including kids cutlery and plates which we much appreciated traveling with a 1yo and 3yo. The host was very helpful in providing a high chair. Also the laundry room was well equipped. All felt new and clean. Very nice outdoor area with good bbq. Watching the sunrise and sunset from this property was a treat.

Sue’s cottage is an absolute delight. Full of character from another time. Beautifully decorated with plenty of treasures to discover. Comfortable, homely and relaxed atmosphere. The cottage may be old but it has a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine and drier, a strong hot shower and really comfy bed. Plenty of towels, games, videos, beach items. Great peaceful location. Sit out on the covered veranda and gaze out across blue waters. Kangaroos galore. Wander down to the beach or into town with several lovely cafes, a great pub and IGI. Easy access to the ferry. We really enjoyed our stay at Charlie Bates Cottage.

This house was such a lovely part of our holiday. We had a baby with us so spent quite a lot of time at the house and it was well equipped with everything we needed. The spa and pool table provided constant entertainment and the kitchen equipment was well stocked with everything we needed to make meals from home. Marnie was lovely to communicate with and was very accommodating for us and the baby. The beach was a close walk and was absolutely pristine! We would definitely come back here for a holiday!

This has to be one of the most special air bnbs on the planet. Private bay and coastline, kangaroos and wallabys surrounding the house, gorgeous island to explore. Stokes bay is the coolest beach entrance I’ve ever seen. Amazing sunsets. This is a fairly remote place and the warnings are real, even in calm seas the current is strong, and animals did try to enter the house - do keep the door closed! But when we had a small issue, Stacy came over in 10 minutes and got us sorted. 20 minutes from the house to the local grocery, other than that, good to plan ahead for food. Fantastic kitchen and gas grill, easy to prepare at home. Bucket-list destination for sure.
