We had a friend get together for the Easter weekend and we had the most amazing time. The house exceeded our expectations. The social areas were great and very spacious. There was loads to do at the house - swim, sauna, games room, books, relax etc. There were good walking routes listed with clear directions and the pub recommendations were spot on. Red kite were wonderful with communication and replied to messages almost instantly.

The house and gardens were absolutely perfect for our annual get together. From multiple spacious living spaces and a well equipped kitchen to comfortable bedrooms the whole house is exceptionally well thought out and a real home from home. The real standout though is the outside space. We spent lots of afternoons and evenings outside on the patio under the gorgeous pergola or in the hot tub and the space is peaceful with beautiful views across to the Malvern hills. Dionne and Mark were superb hosts and very responsive to any questions we had. All in all a fantastic week and we are all keen to revisit the house soon.

We had a wonderful stay at Lucy’s place. The coach house is very comfortable and the gardens are stunning, we underestimated how extensive and beautiful they would be. The pool is lovely too. The location is a great place to explore the Cotswolds and we’d recommend booking a table at the local pub for dinner too! Hope we can return one day!

We stayed at Badgers Rest for a combination of big family birthdays - 6 adults and 4 children. We’d been looking forward to it for a long time and it did not disappoint: lots of space for the adults and children to enjoy indoors and outdoors. We had everything we needed and enjoyed spending quality family time together as we could just get on with relaxing! Hot tub was a bonus and the birthday people were spoilt by having the garden room decorated for them. The welcome basket was much appreciated. The house was near a busy road which we knew before and the cars did not keep us awake at night so it was no problem at all 😊 Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Paddock cottage was beautiful!! Extremely clean and had everything we needed. Stayed here for one night as on a course at harper adams the next day. Wish we could of stayed longer! This cottage was the best of the best with the added bonus of Monty the horse right outside (i can’t seem to get away from them!) and the friendly chickens too! we will most definitely be back and recommend! We stayed here for 2 nights as a family of five (2 adults and 3 children), and had a lovely time. The location was peaceful and perfect for a short break. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for our needs. The kids had plenty of space to play and relax. Would definitely recommend for families looking for a quiet, convenient base in the area.Communication with the host was smooth and everything went as expected. We'd happily stay again!

We had a great stay! The house is very spacious, with comfy beds and nicely decorated rooms. The bathrooms and bedrooms were spotless, and the huge hot tub was a highlight, though the filter was broken which meant quite a few wasps were floating around. The garden was a good size, and the peaceful location made it a relaxing getaway. The pool table was a great addition, although i'd recommended bringing your own cues. The host was friendly and very responsive. Shops like Aldi and B&M are just a five minute drive, and the town centre, with plenty of shops and a market, is only ten minutes away. Parking was easy, with space for 3-4 cars. A few downsides: the TVs and game console are a bit outdated. The house could use some refurbishment, but overall, it was great value for money. Despite the very minor issues, we really enjoyed our stay. With a few updates, it could easily be five stars. We’d still happily return and recommend it to others looking for a spacious, very affordable break

We celebrated a 90th and 58th birthday and a baby announcement so it was a perfect place for a family group of 10. The house was beautiful and met all our expectations and more. Everything we needed was there we only had to take food. The house was in peaceful surroundings with plenty of space. We particularly enjoyed the basement games room. The swimming pool was not available but looked as though it would be a great on a hot summers day. The cats were very friendly and cute but we had to keep them out of the house so difficult if the weather is hot and you want doors and windows open. All in all it is a beautiful, very large house in peaceful surroundings. Thank you, we loved it.

We managed the get this booking very last minute and we weren’t disappointed in the slightest, the rooms were beautiful, so much space including the garden. It had everything we needed. We really loved the decor. But for us the hosts made the trip. So thoughtful and considerate, and despite our own lack of packing skills, kindly sorted us out, truely grateful, such a kind gesture. Really great communication and ensuring we had everything we needed throughout. Definitely looking to stay again!

decent place for contractors great location house had everything we needed

We stayed almost a week here as a family and it was nice, it had everything we needed, was quiet and clean. There were 2 beds for the kids, and one for a couple (which IMHO could've been a bit bigger, but did work in the end). I have mixed feelings on the surrounding (I'm a bit unable to tell because there was a strike at the time and garbage was not being picked up, so, the neighborhood was very much really dirty and well, no place seemed really nice with all the garbage around -- not the owners fault though). The biggest annoyance was probably the additional required deposit (which was actually returned at the end of the rental, but still, I think having this managed out of airbnb did made me feel a bit unconfortable, even though it turned out ok in the end).

A great find! The house was super clean, spacious, and perfect for our team of 6 contractors. We had plenty of room to relax after work and felt very much at home. Our host Joan was fab and we would happily stay again.

Ideal location for commuting to Birmingham and westbrom. Lots off nice restraints in the surrounding area.

For us it was ideal because of local commitments. The proximity of the Lickey Hills made this an ideal place to retreat to in order to relax as well as keep local appointments. Nigel was a great host.

Another stay. This place was very convenient for where we needed to be. Close to shops, pubs and restaurants.

Ben was an absolute delight. He was very accommodating and was very responsive to any messages sent. The house itself was absolutely beautiful with so much for my children to enjoy. Kit's place was well located, well furnished and clean. What really stood out was the level of care and attention that Kit had gone to to make us (or any guest) feel truly welcomed and catered for. Thanks Kit - you really added to the experience of our visit.

A wonderful place to stay. Clean and tidy and hosts go the extra mile to ensure that you are comfortable. Many extra little touches to make it a home from home. Extremely handy for catching the train to the NEC/BP Pulse. Strongly recommend.
