If you’re looking for a tranquil getaway, this is the perfect spot for you. Relaxing mornings spent sipping coffee while enjoying the peaceful sound of the river flowing and evening dips in wood fired hot tub. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed. Also, highly recommend making a trip into town to Schoolhouse Brewery, very dog friendly patio and welcoming staff.

Rob’s lakeside cottage was beautiful! The cottage was well equipped and very clean. The outdoor space included a stunning stone patio, a fire pit and water equipment ( paddle board and floats) to enjoy the beautiful lake.

We had an amazing relaxing stay at Lenny and Gail’s. The place was clean and comfortable and had anything you could ever need! It has a beautiful view and is in a great location.

We had an amazing weekend stay! The cottage is very clean, cozy, and decorated so nicely. The weather was still a bit too cold to swim, but the walk to the lake was very short. Lots of DVDs and board games to choose from, and a perfect spot to bring our dogs.

We had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful lake house. The property is absolutely stunning—immaculately landscaped, with a spacious lawn leading right to the lake and a lovely sandy beach. The grounds were ideal for families, with lots of room for the kids to run, play, and even ride their bikes on the hard surface areas. In the evenings, the adults enjoyed gathering around the fire pit—it was the perfect spot to unwind. Inside, the home was just right for our large family gathering. We had four couples and five little ones, and the space worked beautifully—comfortable, open, and thoughtfully laid out for both togetherness and relaxation. Caitlin was a fantastic host—so easy to communicate with, warm, and responsive. The whole experience felt more like being welcomed into someone’s home than staying in a typical rental. It was charming, cozy, and truly special. We’re already looking forward to the chance to return!

We had a great stay at Christina's place. It was well equipped and furnished in a quiet setting. We even got to see a fox a few deer. We had a great time and I would highly reccomend Christina's place to anyone visiting Nova Scotia.

Agata and Ben truly went above and beyond in hosting us last weekend. We approached them to ask if they would allow us to have a small elopement wedding ceremony on their property and they jumped at the opportunity to help us say “I do.” From the fresh cut flowers throughout the home to finding us extra seating, they made sure to make our special day as special as possible. Very quick to respond to our queries and made us feel right at home and welcome. We hope to stay again one day for our anniversary. Thank you both so much!

I wanted to express my gratitude for allowing my family to stay at your beautiful property. It was an ideal choice for our holiday getaway from the city, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property's remote location allowed my six year old son to see many stars, a rare sight for him. We were also impressed by the spectacular ocean view, which was accessible from the comfort of our living room. As a family with an autistic child, we were concerned about whether the property would meet our son's needs, but he had a wonderful time and is already missing the place.
