Wonderful location and the best view! Cabin was very cozy and the decks + hot tub views were amazing. Kitchen was well stocked and we were able to cook meals. Host was very proactive about home updates and responded quickly to questions!

We had a very nice stay at Nathan's. Don't tell anybody else because we would love to keep this gem all for ourselves. Thanks for being a great host. The beds were amazingly comfortable (we need to know who made the mattress) and the kitchen was fully stocked. A great time for all.

Second time staying here and it is still one of my top favorite Airbnb homes! Wonderful home great place to stay with my family for a ski trip. Definitely will plan another stay here! Home away from home

This place worked out great for us. The hot tub and sledding hill was a treat and we were close to Alpine Meadows, where we were skiing each day. The little grocery store down the hill from Justin's place had everything we needed!

Nice house with a great room and 2 bedrooms, just the right size for a family. It was ideal for a skiing trip to Northstar for me and my 2 children. The hot tub was nice and clean and felt great after a day of skiing. There is a nice gas fireplace that was both cheery and warmed up the room and helped dry out our snow pants. The location is great for getting to both Northstar and downtown Kings Beach - note that you do have to get over a pass to get to Northstar, so in the winter bring your chains or AWD car in case of weather. It feels professionally run - the hosts were proactive about communication and quickly responsive. I would definitely stay here again with my family.

Lovely little cabin. Lots of charm and all the things you need are available. Tahoma was relaxing and beautiful and the host was super responsive.

House was comfortable for two families and had everything we needed. The kids liked the downstairs games. The location was convenient for groceries, restaurants and skiing. We would stay here again.

Tidy, warm, hot tub always a great perk, super close to everything downtown. Affordable, lots of cooking amenities, easy check in and out. Cozy. This is our second time staying there and plan to do so for every future trip to tahoe city!

We got snowed into Tahoe, but were lucky enough to have booked Taylor’s place! Walked to Safeway to grab food to cook, walked to grab a bagel sandwich and coffee down the road, it was awesome.

We (plus our dog) had a perfect long weekend at Carmelita Cabana. The space was comfortable, clean, and quiet. The kitchen had the basics, and we were able to cook easy meals for two. We appreciated the cleanliness of the space but also liked that there was a vacuum to clean up any dirt we might have brought in. The living area and bedroom stayed a very comfortable temperature and we had no issues with being too cold/too warm. Our dog can be sensitive to noises in a new place, but she had no issues whatsoever. The view was unbeatable, and our only problem was that our trip wasn’t long enough!

Chris let us check in early. That was much appreciated. We did not realize we could walk across the street to Gar Woods.. a restaurant we frequent when we visit Tahoe. The place was clean and matched the photos. We used all 4 bedrooms for our 3 families and enjoyed spending time together. We lucked out on both weather and traffic.

Kevin and Jennifer's stay was very comfortable, clean, and great location! they were very responsive and were flexible with our travel plans. We loved the location as we snowboarded every day and it was convenient to utilize the Northstar shuttle and be at the mountain in less than 10 mins! Rooms and beds were comfortable for our group of 8 ppl. We enjoyed the hot tub and massage chair as great bonuses after a day of snowboarding. Would definitely stay here again! This is in a great location for those who enjoy a quieter setting with great access to the shore, hiking, riding, and smalltown amenities. We traveled around Lake Tahoe and were grateful that we landed in the best area. The cottage comes with kayaks and paddle boards which more than pay for the cost of staying. We had a great few days! Definitely will check in here when we return to Lake Tahoe.

Keith and Sarah’s house was great! Fit all of our guests and was roomy and clean. The kids enjoyed the yard of snow and hot tub, and the parents enjoyed the large soft beds and huge downstairs suite. We’d definitely like to come back!

Chelsea's home is as advertised. My family and I enjoyed our stay. It was the perfect setting for a quiet birthday celebration for my dad. We all were able to enjoy the lake and the peaceful scenery. The bedrooms were a nice size and the restrooms were clean. The mattress in the main room was a bit too firm for me. I decided to sleep upstairs on one of the softer beds. There are grocery stores 10 minutes out so we utilized the kitchen for most of our meals. The kitchen had everything I needed. The house manual was easy to follow and included some information on pet-friendly beaches which we appreciated since we had our pup with us. I LOVED the private beach access and dock. We had our paddle board and kayak and spent a lot of time in the water. My daughter enjoyed jumping off the dock and making friends with some of the other kids there (not a lot of kids...just the right amount to keep her entertained but not overwhelm me). I hope to make this trip an annual event!

What a beautiful place! This is a rare Airbnb that’s even prettier than the photos. Rene was very communicative and we felt very at-home for our weekend there. Such a cozy place to relax while hitting the slopes.

This is one of our happy places. We'll be back as many times as Pete & Sonia will have us! The cabin is clean & comfortable. The location is fantastic: close to the lake and open space right out the backdoor. Pete is also incredibly responsive, welcoming, and kind.

Not to take the easy way out and just say ditto, ditto, ditto, to all the great reviews below, but it was was exactly so, awesome! Scott was a great host with all communication, including the booking, check-in and departure routines, a class act all the way. The property was just as portrayed in every way and made a great base camp for our family snowmobiling adventure. It's a classic cabin with tasteful and thoughtful updates, roomy, well laid out and clean as a whistle. The wood-burning fireplace is a nice touch. No concerns and no regrets whatsoever, our stay couldn't have been better.

We had a wonderful stay at this cabin - done how Airbnb used to be. A family sharing a beautiful home they take great care of. The kids games, the well stocked spice cupboard, the welcome pack. All little details that stack up to make this a very special place indeed. These wonderful hosts deserve only the very best of guests. (And we are hoping to be among them again)

Great place to stay if you’re looking for a little peace and quiet away from the chaos of stateline and what not. We came during the snow and there was a lot of good sledding within walking distance

Gerald’s place was so comfortable and cozy. They made us feel right at home and were extremely easy to work and communicate with. The cabin is close to great food and things to do, but it was also so relaxing to light a fire and watch the snow fall. We would absolutely love to visit again.

Our stay with a couple of small families with toddler children was comfortable and fun! The house was very clean when we check in and the host was very quick to respond and communicate for any questions we had. Even offered us an extra high chair last minute! The open concept with the shared kitchen/dining/family room is a nice set up where everyone can be in one place at the same time and enjoy each other’s company while doing different things. They have some fun board games too! Overall great experience.
