Brilliant stay in this little cottage! We booked a last minute break following a family bereavement and Sophie was immediately in touch & to send instructions. The cottage is on a main road and just a minute away from the shops, cafes and restaurants. It’s a lovely town. We stayed here and visited Legoland which was only about 40 minutes away. There is a Go Ape 10 minutes away in Wendover Woods. We also did an online trail around the town with the kids via an App which was good fun. It was perfectly clean, decorated tastefully and Sophie was really helpful and contactable. We had no issues and would highly recommend this 2 bed cottage.

The place was absolutely beautiful and very easy to access and get in. The view of the chickens and other animals from the bed was absolutely spectacular and we loved waking up to it every morning. I would highly recommend staying here and I would definitely book again if I’m back in the area!

Folley’s Barn is spacious and very comfortable. A large living and kitchen area with plenty of seating. The hamper was a lovely addition and went down well! We enjoyed a relaxing 3 night stay and would recommend the barn as a base for exploring the surrounding area. We visited Cliveden, Marlow and Henley on Thames. We also enjoyed a meal at the Lions in Bledlow and a takeaway from the Cinnamon Longe.

Perfect accommodation for our 1 night stay whilst visiting Oxford & Cambridge. The house was lovely & clean with comfortable beds. Ideally located in between both cities.

Great house in really good location for exploring the area and walking distance into Wendover. Very spacious bedrooms, kitchen and living room accommodating 6 adults perfectly. Very comfortable beds. Good showers. Dog friendly.

We had a fantastic time at Annabel's barn. Located in a very calm and charming area surrounded by woods and the superb Chiltern Hills, it is the perfect place to relax, go for a walk or a good basis to visit pretty villages nearby like Marlow or Henley or even London (40 mins train to Central London), Oxford or Windsor like we did. The barn is very nicely decorated, spacious, perfectly clean and very well equiped. Princess Risborough village center is at a 5 min drive with all necessary grocery stores and a great local butcher. Annabel was a very responsive, welcoming host and really made us feel at home. We really hope to have the opportunity to come back next year to continue our visit of the region.

Beautiful peaceful place to stay in an idyllic country village location. Apartment was perfectly sized and laid out for us both and the hot tub a perfect bonus! Lovely village with a lovely pubs and nice towns nearby, good location for a Bicester Village trip which was the reason for our stay but definitely be back to explore more of the area!

The place was amazing! Exactly what we hoped for and MORE. It was so clean, such a great house! They had soft archery and even ping pong outside which kept us entertained. The hosts were so attentive and helpful, even offering to bring us more firewood if we needed when we bumped into them on a walk. Definitely going to come back and would HIGHLY recommend!
