Recently refurbished detached character cottage. Set within a Cornish village and within walking distance of 2 village pubs, shops and takeaways, and within 3 miles of the North Cornwall beaches. A family friendly cottage with lots or character and original features, a front enclosed garden as well as a rear lawned garden. A lovely summer cottage for bbqs in a summer evening after a day at the beach. And great in the winter with a cozy lounge to snuggle down next to the wood burner.

The Chalet is a self-contained wood-built cabin in the grounds of Haven View, perched on the side of the valley and overlooking the dramatic cliffs and beach of Crackington Haven. If you feel like joining in and enjoying the activities, cafes or pub, it's only a 2 minute walk away, or you can sit out on the veranda listening to the sounds of the sea and just watch! Also a great base for some coast path walking, with some challenging but spectacular cliff walks straight from the door.

On offer to you for your holidays in the lovely little village of Kilkhampton. This little village has a lovely tea room and shops. Close by, approximately a 12 minute car drive is Bude with its beautiful coast line and lovely charm. There you will find quirky shops and a variety of restaurants from fish and chips to fine dining.Our Cottage has wifi and all bed linen provided. electric is on a card that is purchased onsite within the park or pre purchased from my self before arrival.

There is an open plan kitchen/living area with a cosy log burner ( logs available at £7 cash a net) and a slate topped breakfast bar. The property has solid oak flooring throughout except for slate in the bathroom so don’t forget your slippers! The kitchen includes an oven, hob, fridge-freezer, toaster, microwave and kettle. The cosy sitting area opens out onto an attractive patio and grassy area. Sorry no pets
