Great location and the house had everything you need for your stay.

Everything about this place was amazing, the home was perfect for us. The home was ready on time, clean and had Everything we needed. Natalie was very helpful, quick to respond and professional. This is a must stay attraction in SC. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!

Our family of 5, with a baby and two dogs, had a great time here! The architecture of this home was fascinating. It was in a beautiful area, with a back porch overlooking a pond filled with lots of different animals. A few minutes from the Angel Oak and about an hour to Charleston. Would stay here again.

Excellent location to disconnect and spend time close to the beach! The house is really cute and we very much enjoyed our stay.

This home was a perfect space for our family’s (7 adults and two little ones) Christmas vacation. We walked and played on the beach every day and enjoyed sunsets in the evenings. It was easy to spend a day visiting Charleston too.

This home needs a little TLC. It's an older home w/a slight musty smell upon entering, my husband has severe allergies to mold & mildew, but he was unaffected, so it must not have been that bad. This home has some little quirks like the washer & dryer are outside in a garage (that area was very clean), the dishwasher is portable & needs to be hooked up to the sink & plugged in (we didn't use it since we mostly ate out) & you can't run the microwave & toaster oven at the same time. The box springs to the beds were old, but the mattresses were decent & comfortable. There is no theme as to the decor, which made it very interesting, with finding something different everyday. With all these little quirks, I am giving it a 5 Star due to the fact that it is a charming little home, was very clean, in a great neighborhood, has private parking, is very close to the beach & area attractions & Rachel was a very responsive host. We had a great time during our stay!

This place was fantastic! Super close to shops and restaurants as well as beach access. The house was clean and well furnished with plenty of space for a large group. The Boroughs were helpful and easy to work with. We felt like we could walk in and start our vacation right away...everything was awesome! PS, try the restaurant right across the street. Great music and delicious crab cakes :)

Awesome host, we will definitely be back. The dogs loved the backyard and the short walk to the beach. It’s the perfect location for everything Folly has to offer!

Had a great spring break and the house is perfect! Will definitely stay again!!

We spent a week here for our kids’ spring break and had a wonderful time! The condo was immaculate and the hosts were incredibly kind and proactive in their communications. We loved the screened patio in particular for morning coffee and afternoon reading. The area is beautiful with tons of biking trails, beach and pool access just outside the condo, and a short drive to great restaurants, shops, mini golf, and other fun spots. The beach is amazing, with the tides revealing a unique ecosystem of local sea and beach life. We saw a bald eagle on the beach, too! Highly recommend for a relaxing, fun, and family friendly stay.

Had a great stay - brought our two kids and they brought two friends. It was super. Gorgeous beach. Sleeping accommodations were great. Having three nice, modern bathrooms was an added plus when you have a pair of teen girls and pair of teen boys. Sleeping in the master bedroom with the sliding door open was amazing. We slept with the ocean as our natural white noise machine!!

Wonderful stay at Folly! Condo was perfect for our family of 7 adults and 2 children. Just a perfect location and space. We loved being able to easily walk to shops, restaurants, playground and pickle ball. Having Charleston so close provided a midweek break from sand and a fun opportunity to explore. We all appreciated the quality of the local restaurants, the touch of easily accessible night life but mostly the gorgeous beach. The unit itself was clean, and very comfortable. Would highly recommend and hope to book this unit again!

My family and I enjoyed our stay so much! Kristen anticipated any needs and provided amenities for all! The little touches like the beach towels and toys, as well as all the kitchen accoutrements, and multiple tv streaming options was impressive. We loved the area and we will be back!

We enjoyed the house and it was larger than the pictures capture. we liked the openness of the kitchen, dining and living space. Great outdoor spaces as well. Quick walk to the beach and to a back dock overlooking the marsh. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. All was as advertised. Everything was clean and worked well. Definitely a great option!

This house is super cute! We absolutely LOVED all the outdoor entertaining spaces, porches, decks and garage area. Walking distance from the beach and in a perfect location. This house was perfect for riding out tropical storm Debby. The house was one of the only houses on the island whose yard was not completely flooded. At one point during the storm we looked outside to see a ton of deer riding out the storm with us in the yard. We will definitely rent again.

We greatly enjoyed our time in Hilton Head. The house was clean and spacious with a variety of bedrooms for us and our friends. The master is on the main floor. There was grass in front and a small backyard for our little pug to go to the bathroom, too. The house is walking distance to a nearby park and even a cat sanctuary. There were a lot of games in the upstairs closet so there was plenty to do on rainy days. Harbour Town is about 25 minutes away and don’t forget your $9 cash. We ate at some great nearby restaurants, but our favorite was OMBRA Cucina Italiana. Highly recommended!

I cannot say enough great things about renting from the boys of HHI. They were so responsive thru out my booking process, leading up to the trip and during my stay. The house was wonderful and they had so many touches that made you feel right at home. The house had everything we needed and more for our stay. It is so rare to stay at an AirBnB and have the luxury of staying at a hotel (shampoo, body wash, coffee, snacks etc) but that’s what they provide. Highly recommend!

Derrick's place was fantastic. The community was lovely, the amenities were exactly as described, and we couldn't have asked for a better location. The sunsetting on the beach, the dolphins swimming right next to shore, and the house was just fantastic. Derrick was a lovely host and we can't wait to come back! Highly recommend for anyone.

You couldn’t ask for a more perfect locale for the ultimate beach experience! The ocean is literally at your doorstep, and the well-appointed home is the perfect place to rest after a long day at the beach. We can’t recommend this home highly enough!

Sunday, April 20, 7:54 AM Here's the review: What a wonderful stay for a 50th celebration! The hosts were extremely communicative and accommodating, the house was beautiful with many wonderful amenities, and the bed was just like the one we have at home! It was a relaxing stay that I would love to do again in the future.

Trina responded to the need at hand right away and found a solution quickly. She was helpful and understanding. It was very easy to reach her. Great communication! The location is great. Quick access to the beach without the premium price. There is a shower outside to rinse off the sand.
