It was a great stay! Just opposite to Phoenix mall, view from the balcony was facing to Phoenix fountain. Flat was near and clean, well maintained and properly maintained. Furniture’s of very good quality. Walkable distance to shops, mall! Kudos to host!

A very comfortable place to stay the staff also helpful and owner were also great. Flat is at the prime location so everything is easily available

We had a lovely stay at this apartment. It was exactly as described and was decorated very prettily. Everything was clean when we arrived. The bedroom and kitchen balcony spaces open out into a small green clearing which was great. The apartment is on the top floor of a building without a lift, so it might be a bit difficult to access if people have trouble with stairs. Otherwise, we really liked the location - public transport and lots of shops and restaurants are readily available right outside the main gate.

A perfect place for a single person or a couple for long stay. The place is private and peaceful with all the amenities as listed . Looks exactly as shown in the photos. Host ,Mr. Badriprasad is very helpful and proactive.Overall I had a very nice stay for 15 days and felt at home away from home.

Jyoti is an amazing host and a true reference to what an AirBnB experience should be.. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would love to come back and stay for longer period. Those who are looking for a place that looks like how it is in pictures should definitely give this AirBnB a try. Great spot to spend few days quietly, loved the private terrace very much. Many places in Aundh are walkable from the property and that is very convenient. Everything from checkin to checkout went real smooth, I found everything I needed at the property and there was no need to contact the host except during checkin/checkout just as an FYI. Kanchan ji is very responsive while communicating. Will definitely recommend this property!

We truly had a great time at Asmita-Abhijit's place . It’s a clean, bright 2 bedrooms apartment with a large terrace where you can have your morning/evening beverages while enjoying the nature. As for the amenities, they are exactly same as the listing. Because of the house help you do not have to worry about the routine chores like washing utensils, cleaning, changing bedsheets etc. Everything you need for your daily routine like grocery stores, gym etc. are within a range and yet the place is private. No issues to find auto-rickshaws, Uber. Zomato, Big-Basket delivers the things you want. Wi-Fi works well. Asmita-Abhijit are amazing hosts. They will clear all your doubts, always there to help you out, and will try to make your stay as comfortable as possible. For any stay (short/long) they have the perfect setup that you do not have to worry about anything. Please be respectful of the property and it will give you a feeling of your own home. We would love to visit their place again.

This was our second time staying in this apartment, we loved it so much the last time we were there we specifically looked to book this apartment again. The place is amazing, really great location with so many great cafes, restaurants and shops just walking distance, and at the same time a really peaceful neighbourhood. The apartment itself is bright and spacious and well maintained, and the hosts were very responsive and helpful!

Atly house is is comfortable and peaceful. The location to his house is convenient, the locality is friendly and safe. There are many restaurants and cafes around. The house has items for all basic needs in the kitchen and other things that are required during stay. Since things are minimal it's more clean and calming 😊. Atly is a good host and replies to your request or concern quickly.

Bhagwat is quite responsive and very nice guy. He has provided ample of everything in the flat one would need during the stay. the property is exactly same as mentioned in the description.

Manika is an incredibly kind and supportive host who is always quick to respond to any questions or requests. The place itself is very nice and the society feels safe. One small thing to note is that there fridge isn't available, which can be a bit inconvenient if you're looking to store food. However, aside from that, everything else was absolutely perfect, and I would highly recommend staying here.

The moment we entered the place we liked it. It is very cozy with spacious living room, plenty of sitting area and pleasant decor. The kitchen and dining area is open and that makes the living area even bigger. The gallery also has a nice view of greenery. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and bedrooms and bathrooms are functional.

This place is nested in a good society. Apartment was clean as described in the pictures. Overall worth the price.

You will certainly have a lingering aftertaste of the serenity of this place. If you are looking for solitude or a get away this place would definitely serve your needs. The owner is an interior designer and apparently traveled quite a lot which reflects in the organization of each and everything there. Personally if one pays attention to things like a 'natural' chemical free non harsh detergent in the laundry room, then that person is much like me and i would immensely respect that. Secure, comfortable, serene and homely, you would never regret it.

Aditi is a superhost and was always available when something was needed. The apartment is in a gated community and very safe. It is in a busy area and small shops for all need are just around the corner. Several small local restaurants are also within walking distance. We stayed for 2 months and it was walking distance to the DPU University where my wife participated in an exchange programme. We recommend staying with Aditi and would not min coming back
