We spent 3 weeks at Jana's villa and it was absolutely fantastic. Clean, modern, spacious and private, with amazing views over the ocean and access straight on to a beautiful, quiet beach, absolute paradise! There was the most helpful staff on site everyday, early morning to evening, to clean the villa and provide great food and drinks at the small beach bar/restaurant right next to the villa. If you want to eat and drink in the privacy of the villa, no problem at all, the ladies will prepare and then serve for you wherever you wish. Such nice people. Fantastic massages available whenever you wish, either in the villa or on the beach, Nok the therapist was a genius. We went on several unbelievable island boat trips with Jana's son Martin who has his own boat, unforgettable experiences and would highly recommend, such a great guy and always around to help. Perfect beach for young children, such shallow, clear and warm water, protected by a reef not far from shore, so really calm and safe. Communication with Jana beforehand was excellent and also on hand throughout our stay to answer questions and give really great local recommendations. A really nice lady who makes such a big effort. We found an absolute gem with this villa located in such a peaceful, natural and beautiful part of the island. We will be returning in the near future for sure.

Ich war vier Wochen in der Villa und es war Entspannung pur. Es war alles so wie beschrieben. Der Privatstrand ist sensationell und einzigartig und zu Fuß in 2 Minuten erreichbar. Mit einem Lieferdienst kann man sich alles mögliche sehr schnell direkt in die Villa liefern lassen oder man geht von der Villa direkt mit dem Taxi in eine andere Location - das war sehr komfortabel. Der Standort der Villa ist in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend, ich habe es sehr gemocht und kann es weiterempfehlen wenn man Ruhe und Entspannung sucht. Der Pool und der kleine Gartenbereich um die Villa herum gibt einem Luft zum atmen und man fühlt sich nicht eingesperrt. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und wäre gerne noch geblieben. Vielen, herzlichen Dank Aleksei für diesen tollen Aufenthalt in der Villa 😊👍

It was a really nice stay. We would love to back to sand and book again with him.. he is very kind and always there if u need something. He organized for us a scooter that we can easily drive around the island. The villa was very beautiful and looks the same as on the pictures :) Very very nice 👍 thank you see I again

Der Aufenthalt hat uns hier wirklich sehr sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage ist ebenfalls traumhaft, direkt am Strand. Man hört die nahegelegene Straße ein wenig, aber uns hat es nicht gestört. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es viele Möglichkeiten, etwas zu unternehmen. Vom Gastgeber bekamen wir auch einige gute Tipps zu Unternehmungen. Über den Gastgeber gibt es außerdem die Möglichkeit, günstig einen Roller zu mieten. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Lek was incredibly helpful and attentive, always going above and beyond to ensure that our stay was perfect. She was readily available to answer any questions we had and provide recommendations for local restaurants, attractions, and activities. Her team was equally professional and friendly, providing prompt and efficient service throughout our stay. Overall, our experience at Villa #3 was extraordinary. I would highly recommend the Headland villa.

Its a spacious and nice bungalow connected to at great hotel. The service was excellent, and the restaurant at the hotel was also really good. Our kids loved the pool and used it all the time. The hotel sells cannabis (legal and all) and the lobby smells like it, so if you have a problem with that, this might not be the place for you.

Waren 17 tage im haus. Kleine übersichtliche Anlage mit 5 Häusern. Ruhig, sicher, abgeschlossen. 5min zum strand zu Fuß. Parkplatz vorhanden vor dem haus. Schlafzimmer und Wohnräume mit AC. Bäder nicht mehr neu aber blitzblank. Restaurants alle zu Fuß zu erreichen. Preis Leistung stimmt. Wir kommen wieder.

I spent a month here with my wife. This is a great place and it was great time. I would definitely stay longer if it is not rented months ahead. Quick access to the main road. It’s very convenient to have an office room with a quiet wide table to accommodate a laptop and big screen to work. Spacious living area with a big sofa. Small kitchen but still functional. Great sunset view from the balcony. The most memorable part of our stay was the hosts. Very welcome and ready to help. The burgers they cook is top notch. Well, this is the best burger I have ever had and with no meat. This is the place I will keep an eye on for my further trips on Samui. 5 burgers of 5.

This apartment is a real legit 5 star place in every way possible. Its a new building just completed in 2025 with everything high quality and modern. When you are in the apartment, you forget youre on Koh Samui island. Its on the top floor with a view outside the back of the building, rather than the courtyard, which is very nice. Anastasia met me in person to check me in, which is a nice touch rather than just a key lock box. Walking out the back gate you are on Lamai Beach main street within 1 minute, and only another couple minutes to the beach. You really cannot have a better location with a better apartment for a very reasonable price. If you are staying in Lamai and this is available, book it without hesitation. Other apartments in this building are much more expensive, and as far as I can tell from the pictures, they are all exactly the same. Thank you Anastasia, I hope to see you again soon!

We had a great stay, and the villa is pretty much as shown in the pictures, although it is looking tired in some places. The outside area and the pool are amazing. The location as we expected is very remote and you definitely need a car even to get to the local supermarket. The main hustle and bustle and good beaches are at the other end of the island so you need to be prepared to drive 30 minutes to 45 minutes each day if that’s where you want to be. Noy the host was very helpful in arranging car hire taxes massages and always on hand if you needed her but not in anyway intrusive. there is air-conditioning in the bedrooms and the bathrooms were all great however I must mention the beds are very firm. With regards to the electricity we ended up paying a hundred English pound which was for 3 people for 2 weeks and we were out most days, so bear this in mind. Overall a fantastic day and would definitely recommend.

A very nice house/apartment complex on the south of Koh Samui. Great pools and nice restaurants withn a short walk, good access to a beach. A big house (3BR) with all amenities, two big bathrooms. A well equipped kitchen. A small hurdle was a communication with the local staff but nothing serious. We would love to return if available next time we visit.

We really enjoyed our stay. The villa was as described and Audrey was very helpful arranging our arrival. The service from James and the team was way beyond expectation; nothing at all was too much effort...from recommending boat trips, arranging transport and even keeping in touch to check on us for the rest of our stay in Thailand after we had left the villa. Would very much recommend.

Absolutely beautiful apartment in the most perfect location right on the beach and well located for bars, restaurants, beach life etc. Jaymes and all of his staff in the bar below were consistently so welcoming and helpful, we felt very much at home. The bar below is ‘Teddy Weed beach’ and I thought given it seemed to have a key product the quality of the food would be more of an afterthought but how wrong I was! I had the best green curry here that I’ve ever had, they very kindly delivered the food to our dining table in the apartment as we were so tired after 24 hours of airports and flights before arriving and this was a really lovely touch! The only fault I could pick with this apartment is that the noise from the bar really does come through, the two bedrooms downstairs were quieter and it just takes a quick text to the owner/ask at the bar and they turn it down. The owner said they’re looking to make some changes to help with this to so I can’t see it being an issue for long

Het huis met grote veranda was gelegen op een droomlocatie. Zeer goed contact met Chayarat, de host zowel voor als tijdens de vakantie.

Everything was perfect. The host was very nice and helpful. We could not find the bungalow with the adress from the insertion from airbnb but it is easy to find if you use the directions from the host. I think the bungalow was more beautiful in real life than in the photos. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much!

What a brilliant piece of paradise. Cozy, peaceful and happy hour cocktails - what more could you want in life!

We don’t even know where to start when reviewing Kevin and his beautiful villa in Koh Samui. From our first conversation Kevin was polite, professional, extremely kind and knowledgeable. He gave us great tips on where to look for cheaper flights, had our rental vehicle arranged and delivered for a one months stay, organized a full day long tail boat trip where we went island hopping, swimming and snorkeling. In addition Kevin gave us great ideas for adventure and activities including the Koh Samui elephant sanctuary, various temples, waterfalls and spas. Kevin arranged private transportation for us from the airport and provided clear instructions for where to meet the driver. Kevin welcomed us to our visit and showed us around the meticulously maintained villa, pool and beach area. As evidence of Kevin’s thoughtfulness he left us with some toiletries and groceries so that we did not have to rush out after a long flight. We would not hesitate to return and encourage you to enjoy Samui

Kévin est un superhôte, un vrai. Nous avons pris contact avec lui un bon moment avant notre séjour car nous avions choisi sa magnifique villa pour célébrer notre mariage à Samui. Kévin a répondu dans le détail et même plus à toutes nos questions, il nous a proposé de bons plans afin de profiter de ses contacts et réseau social (location de voiture, excursion en bateau, fournisseurs de fruits locaux et bio, restaurants, etc.). Il nous avait arrangé un transport directement à la sortie de l'aéroport. Il avait même pris soin de garnir le frigo avec le nécessaire pour demarrer, ce qui a été très apprécié. Bref, Kévin a été aux petits soins avec nous du début à la fin du séjour, communication impeccable. La villa est spacieuse et confortable, un décor idyllique dans la mangrove, tranquille, paisible à 30 secondes de la plage. Kévin a grandement contribué à la réalisation d'un séjour inoubliable. Si vous aimez le cachet et le confort, sa ville est à réserver sans hésiter.

Ce fut un vrai plaisir de passer quelques jours dans la villa d'Annick, située au sud de Samui à quelques kilomètres de l'agitation de Lamai, la villa a été décorée avec goût, les lits sont extrêmement confortables et on sent le souci du détail. Annick a pensé à tout pour que le séjour soit parfait dans cette villa les pieds dans l'eau ! Une pépite à ne pas manquer je recommande vivement.
