Thank you for this warm and beautiful stay, this has been the most beautiful experience home stay . Everything was perfect and above all the hospitality felt like a family . Thank you for everything! If you want a peaceful stay , go and book it and you can also hire him as a local guide to take you for a tour through his vehicle which Is reasonable compared to market rate card, and trust me you won’t get bored with uncle , he is the most entertaining and fun loving person that you will never forget ! He is also caring and will serve you tea and warm lemon water and will go above to take care you if you feel AMS.

This place is great highly recommend! The service was amazing and everything was good! However, Stan please provide a heater that would add a lot of value to this place! (Everything else was amazing) do recommend you to book it as the location and everything was great ❤️🤗

The place is as described. One of the best places i have stayed yet. The host is really helpful. The home grown vegetables were great. The food was amazing the services were amazing. Nothing to complain about. The host was soo soo good that she also offered us home grown apples from the farm. A perfect place to stay.

Amazing place !! The house is lovely and the rooms are spacious and clean, with a little balcony. There is a beautiful garden where you can rest, and where the grow vegetables that you can eat at the restaurant. Everyone is super welcoming, they take care of your acclimatation, checking several times a day that you are feeling ok. Moreover the restaurant offers delicious and various meals, we took all our meals there. Can’t wait to come back after my trek in a few days.

Had a wonderful time. Hakeem's family was very welcoming and made me feel completely at home. His son organized a few trips nearby and his daughter showed me the village and their field where they grow vegetables and have a few apple trees. I had sinus problem and they even took me to a doctor nearby. It was a great way to get an experience of rural life in Kashmir in a beautiful valley surrounded by mountains and orchards of apples and walnuts which were getting ready to ripe in a couple of months. The room and bathroom were clean. Internet connection was quite good too. Loved the kahva (kashmiri tea).

We had an amazing time at Rigzin's listing. The rooms are the same as pictures and amenities are available as mentioned. The check in and check out was super smooth. The best thing was the help from owners as they were always there to cater to our requests and made our stay worth it. You would be living in a quiet location with an amazing view. The food was amazing. Would love to book again as it exceeded our expectaions.

I stayed at Pankaj's place for 6 days. It was my first time in Kashmir and what a hospitality. Great shout out to Rauf who is managing the place so well. He even showed me local villages on his own scooty and helped me buy some souvenirs from Kashmir. The food was delicious and Rauf himself prepared some special meals. Helped me with scooty rental. Great location, walkable to river side and nearby dhabas. Lovely place for workation. Rauf upgraded their internet plan when they knew that I was coming for workation. I will definitely come back to Kashmir and visit other properties hosted by Pankaj and would love to come back here again. More than grateful for the experience. Kudos to Pankaj and Rauf for their efforts.

Even though we faced water and electricity outages during our trip, caused by heavy rain, Padma and her family provided water in buckets and still prepared breakfast and dinner for us. Padma also gave us recommendations and tipps what to eat and explore. Our stay gave us enlightening insight in the life of locals which we wouldn’t like to miss. The only downside was to use the bathroom during the night or early morning which is only reachable by taking the stairs outdoors.
