This is a very spacious unit with everything you will need during your stay. The standout for us was the location as it’s a very easy walk to some lovely restaurants & hotel plus a stones throw from the beach.

We had such a glorious stay at Melanie and Adams place. It felt like we were in a tree house, surrounded by the beautiful nature and ambience of Fraser Island. This was our first time on the island and we plan on coming back! Thank you Melanie and Adam for your beautiful property, it felt like a home away from home with all the little touches you have made.

Adam was very helpful and proactive when communicating to us. The place was perfect and had everything we needed! Well located and well worth the stay 👌 We had one issue with one of aircon units (no fault of the owner) which Adam tried to help us sort and when he couldn't, we were compensated and they gave us a bottle of wine! Brilliant place to stay, we had an excellent weekend and would certainly stay again. Could not recommend more! Thanks Adam!

Villa Sunshine is a perfect getaway in beautiful quiet Toogoom. It is like an old school beach house with all of the modern amenities and all the space and comfort that you need. Well designed, clean and wonderful friendly hosts !

We had a fabulous impromptu getaway. The accommodation was perfect! It had a beautiful deck with lovely views, and the interior was spacious, private, very clean and comfortable. The location was beautiful and relaxing, yet with easy access to all the resort amenities. Our kids spent most of their time in the pools! We attended the light show which was amazing although very short for the pricing. Sunsets on the beach were definitely a favourite for all of us. Sally was great with communication and provided lots of detail to help us find our way around. She also booked the barge and parking for us which is a great help. Highly recommend! We only wish we could have stayed longer.

My family of 3 stayed at Christoulla's place for 3 nights and Christoulla's place was perfect! It was private but just a short walk to the beach and also restaurants at the resort. There was a spot to park our car on the road behind the villa and it was an easy walk down some steps formed through the bush garden, although if you have some mobility problems, it might be better for you to go the longer way around via the board walk. Christoulla's place was spotlessly clean and had everything you could want. The beds and pillows were so comfortable. Shower was really good and I was actually able to wash my long thick hair properly! In short, we couldn't have asked for anything better and an huge "thank you" to Christoulla for hosting us! We will definitely be back next time we come to K'Gari.

The place was clean and tidy, with a very convenient location. Adam provided clear instructions which made everything smooth and easy. A great choice if you’re planning to visit K’gari Island. Highly recommended!

Beautiful location. Very peaceful. Great host. Description totally matched our expectations. Very clean and well set up. Plenty of kitchen equipment for a self-catering holiday. Lovely big deck. Short walk to the Village Store and the Resort Pool and bars and beach. Friendly, responsive host.

Kerry and Paul are the most amazing hosts. Everything is available for a wonderful stay and I would highly recommend this amazing house.

While a little out of the main tourist strip of Hervey Bay, Kerry and Paul’s place is a very comfortable, in a quiet and charming location, with great views across the sea and countryside. Kerry made us feel very welcome, with wine and breakfast and all the information about what to do and see in the area. While we had a great trip spotting humpback whales and calves out in the sea, a trip to Dundowran beach at Craignish is well worthwhile to see the tiny bubble crabs skittering across the tidal flats - quite amazing! Altogether a great place to stay👍

I really enjoyed my stay, a perfect base to explore from! Exactly as pictured. Clean, tidy and spacious. Great spot with the pool and a grassed area right outside. Host was great to communicate with, clear instructions on keys etc. Thankyou!

Wonderful house for a family stay in a quite location close to the ocean!!!

Great spot in a great location, close to all of the facilities of Kingfisher Resort, but still very quiet and peaceful. Would love to come back
