Such a unique home in great location. Plenty of space. Accessible dock with available canoe, paddle board and floating island. No ladder on dock but still great lake access. Such an awesome stay.

We went as a girls group for the weekend for a book release we all wanted to read. The views were amazing, with plenty of comfy areas to spread out. Several ladies enjoyed the hot tub, one was able to go on a good hike. The kitchen was well stocked with anything we needed. Everyone is talking about wanting to come back in the future.

Where do I start… Becky was over the top when it came to expectations, she was an absolute delightful host! So kind! Her place has it all, we absolutely enjoyed being able to cook for our family and have absolutely everything you could possibly need in a kitchen.. we felt right at home! You are such a blessing Becky, we hope to return in the near future. God bless you. ❤️

This place was clean, quiet, and overall a good experience

An absolutely darling home - this was the perfect place for my mom and sister to stay during my Spain Ranch wedding weekend. It was super clean and so cute - room for everyone and very comfortable. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Tulsa for the weekend or attending an event at Spain Ranch!

We loved the place! It was as described - clean, cozy, plenty of amenities and touches of home, peaceful, and adorable. The community surrounding the area had all we needed, but it was still very easy to get to Tulsa or Stillwater when needed. There was no issue with neighbors, and anyone we saw walking to get down to the water was friendly - likewise, this encouraged us to take a walk down the trails, too! All communication was clear and helpful, and it was clear each detail from the instructions to the setup of the home was thought through thoroughly.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The game tables gave us something to do when it was rainy and the TV set up was better than most rentals we have been in with due to the large screens and programing provided. The outdoor setting was inviting even though rain kept us from using the firepit. Fishing from the bank for the lake was a big plus for our grandson. The main kitchen and living area was open and very comfortable when some family came over to visit us. The basement area pool table was a big hit as well as the air hockey table. Everything was spotless and very nice. The only issue we had was getting use to the driveway which was steep but once we maneuvered it didn't seem so intimidating. My sister is handicapped and needed a flat walk in entrance and it worked fine but she did have to stay on the main level which was no problem and as bathrooms are available on both levels. We would definitely recommend this rental and hope to visit it again later this summer.

Our trio of hosts were amazingly responsive and helpful with all requests and provided an almost perfect location to relax and enjoy the gorgeous surroundings. We enjoyed fishing both from the shoreline as well as the dock and the bites were plentiful. The location feels like we were miles outside of town but there was a Walmart less than a mile away and the highway was on the other side of the tree line. This truly defines an oasis in town. We also must mention the coded security gate for an added sense of safety. In summary we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will absolutely be coming back.

We loved this place. In our top 3 favorite AirB&B’s of all time, and we travel tons. Location perfect for families, a remarkably quiet safe kid-friendly area. The gorgeous backyard and pool were our favorite features. The home is fantastic, clean, comfortable, with decor and a record collection the definition of cool. Host was exceptionally helpful and kind, so much it felt like staying at an old friend’s house. A billion star review. Hope to stay here again.

This is our 3rd time in Oklahoma and this has been the best stay so far. We had a lot of plan changes and she was willing to work with us and was very communicative. She put extra touches to the stay that made our heart warm. We will definitely be back here again in the future, Highly recommend.

My family and I truly enjoyed the stay. The Airbnb was clean, nice atmosphere and kids had fun with the game stuff.. I recommend this Airbnb as f they are going to travel in Sand Springs/Owasso Oklahoma.

The description of the inside was just as described. We loved the two bedrooms with king beds and attached bathrooms.

Great place. We absolutely loved it. The only thing was the tv was very finicky for our parents that weren’t so out Doorsy. But overall fantastic.

Tracy, I can’t thank you enough for your amazing hospitality. Your lake home is one of a kind and sets beautifully, and oh those sunsets…wow! You very always so quick to respond, even while you were in another country, that’s unheard of! You gave me your word and stood by it through and through. That’s one of the best characters a person can have!! Your brother was awesome and did an amazing job with the hot tub and was quick to be right over. We enjoyed our stay! The directions to the house were very detailed and helpful. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything I needed (except food) so that I could prepare breakfast for my family. We did walk down the trail to the lake that was cleared and easily accessible to the lake. we would definitely stay here again!
