fabulous place, as indicated. Great foe.our Feb skiing vacation and looks really good for a summer vacation. Sauna was very nice. kitchen amazingly well out fitted, and fabulous coffee bar and coffee choices. drip, pour over, French press, refrigerator, nespresso and a grinder.

Thanks for a quiet night to recover from aggressive Skiing. Mt. Bohemia will beat you up, I had a great night to relax and slept in. Would definitely stay again Paul H

I had an enjoyable experience at “The Sandstone House” in Calumet Township, MI. Quiet, spacious, and within walking distance of downtown were all positives that made this place a standout destination, not to mention the comfortable interior design!

Lauran, Eric and Mary enjoyed visiting with you and found the place a lovely spot. The perfect location for their winter weekend.

So many good things to say… Location was amazing, near Mt. Bohemia and surrounded by Michigan’s most dynamic landscapes. For the host, Karin had very clear instructions and quickly responded to any questions/chats. Karin and her co-hosts could teach masterclasses on running AirBnbs. We brought everything with us that we could think of (air fryer, rice steamer, nonstick pan, disposable coffee cups, etc.) and she already had every item ready for use. We took notes for updates on our home because this place was amazing. A summertime rental would probably be insane. You could tell the place had the outdoor area going on but we were there mid-February. Kudos to this place and its management!

It was our first time staying and needless to say it was very clean and well kept. Host was very responsive and friendly, which made things very easy and enjoyable. We had a great stay, the rate was good, house was in a decent area; close to lots of things to do, but I would highly recommend staying!

Great place to stay when visiting the Copper Country, especially if you’re snowmobiling or SxS riding. Plenty of parking and it has easy access to the trails. Karen’s house is always clean, comfortable and well equipped. I’ve stayed here 3-4 times and will surely be back again. Daily snow plowing was a plus during this last visit.

The house was really easy to find and very comfortable. The kids made themselves right at home and there was enough space that the 5 of us weren't right on top of each other all of the time. We were able to find all of the dishes we needed to make and serve dinner easily and had plenty of towels, blankets, etc.

We were in Calumet for the Copperdog 150 sled dog race. This place was perfect. Excellent communication, really cute, super clean, close to the action. We had a wonderful stay and hope to be back!

Cool historic building, in process of being remodeled and updated. Room I had was not handicap accessible, was not an issue for me, could be for someone though. 3rd story, and no elevator. Hosts very helpful and responsive.

The whole stay was great. Very clean, The beds were comfortable to us. The kitchen was stocked with any needed utensils to cook. The bathroom was completely remodeled with lots of room. Lots of room to park your snowmobile trailer. I will forewarn you though, the house sits in a valley and is uphill either way out. Pre-plan your exit strategy with your trailer. I would definitely stay here again, super close trail UP17.

This was perfect for a quick ski weekend. Very comfortable, clean, slept like a rock, and could make out meals. Would definitely come back again.

Historic and cozy accommodations in the heart of the Keweenaw. This was a great place to stay, cook breakfast and recuperate after long days exploring all the peninsula has to offer.

Christina’s place is conveniently located to Swedetown for exceptional cross country skiing and an easy 30 min drive to Mount Bohemia for down hill skiing and a unique spa experience . Her place is also walking distance to restaurants in town. The yoga studio was very relaxing and enjoyable, I would not skip out on this experience. Christina is the yogi instructor and very welcoming and knowledgeable on the area. If I was to come back to town this would be a place I would want to check out again.

I highly recommend Beth and Carl’s home for any Keweenaw Peninsula vacation. Very clean and well appointed and perfectly located for my snowboard trip to Mt. Bohemia. Carl was out early clearing the snow from the driveway after a big storm so I could get an early start. They were very communicative and responsive with lots of recommendations for things to do in the area.
