Nadia is gracious host. Very responsive and accommodating to our group. Her house is a little piece of heaven. Couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful setting. We were four couples staying for the weekend. The house is spacious and well kept. It has everything you could need or want for your stay. We would love to come back in the future!

We really enjoyed our stay here, it was peaceful and quiet with gorgeous views. Tendai was very responsive to all queries and always available. It was clean, spacious, comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed for cooking and braaing. The lagoon is literally across the road, the kids loved exploring and finding items like rays, crabs, expired jellyfish etc. It was definitely a memory making holiday and would highly recommend this option.

Watching the tide come in….watching it go out….so relaxing. Super weekend with baby, kids, grandparents and dog. Playing in the lagoon all day and enjoying the quiet splashes of the fish in the evenings. Thanks again Charles and Ryk

Blissful. Excellent Airbnbs fall into 2 categories: (1) great options for when you want to stay somewhere particular and (2) destination stays, where they justify going out of your way to enjoy them. The Hideway is firmly in the second category. The view is spectacular. It offers a level of peace and tranquility that you normally only get camping or glamping, with first rate accommodation equipped with everything you could need for an effortless stay. I had high expectations, but they were exceeded. Cathryn is super friendly and my kids just loved their pets.

The balcony with adjacent lounge amidst the tree tops is wonderful. We ate there, sat there, braaied there. We even watched a Knysna Loerie in a tree two metres away but that was unusual actually. The house surroundings are open and sunny but also enclosed within beautiful trees. Walking to the beach or the lagoon takes five minutes so one has all the choices possible.

Wir haben zu sechst zwei Nächte im Milkwood Cottage verbracht und uns direkt zuhause gefühlt. Die Unterkunft sah genauso aus wie auf den Fotos und war mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Bei einem der Zimmer handelt es sich um ein Durchgangszimmer. Ein großer Pluspunkt ist die unmittelbare Lage am Strand. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem Auto ca 10 min entfernt. Zudem war die Kommunikation mit Erick und Alicia sehr unkompliziert, Nachrichten wurden schnell beantwortet. Eine absolute Empfehlung!

Our first trip to Plett, and we were blown away by the sheer natural beauty of the place. Our visitors from England were equally impressed. The house was nothing short of comfortable and homely. The kids had a blast playing indoors only while the weather was overcast and windy, fortunately on one day only. Eunice the housekeeper was most pleasant and easy to converse with. While there, we visited Knysna and George as well. Will definitely be back at Villa Rossa for a longer stay the next time.

Nadia war für die Schlüsselübergabe sehr flexibel, auch bei der Rückgabe. Mit ihren Unterlagen konnten wir unseren Aufenthalt bestens planen. Dank dem Billardtisch in der Wohnung konnten wir den Regentag sehr gut überbrücken. Der Ausblick ist traumhaft. Die ganze Lagune liegt einem zu Füssen. Die Wohnung ist bestens eingerichtet. Es war toll, bei Nadia Gäste zu sein. Wir können sie bestens empfehlen!

We very much enjoyed four nights in this flat. It is in a very safe area and very straight forward to access and live in. The highlights are a beautiful view to the golf course, a very nice pool (also with a stunning view) and everything you need for a short stay.

The house is simply amazing. It’s incredible to sit on the balcony, listen to the ocean and look at the raw beach with its amazing sunset. We also saw twice dolphins, so the name of the house definitely holds what it promises. The interior is so thought through and the house provides everything you wish for and even more. The bed h can be accessed with just a few steps and also the area around offers lots of cafes, restaurants, hiking trails and beautiful nature. Marli is also a great host who was accessible and reacted super fast. Everybody who looks for a stop at the garden route, I can only recommend to stay here

Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und schön mit großer Terrasse und gut ausgestattet. Sie liegt in einer gated community mit vorwiegend älteren Bewohnern, dadurch sehr ruhig und sicher. Die Lagune erreicht man nach 1 Minute Fußweg, von dort Zugang zum kilometerlangen Strand. Dianne und Peter sind sehr freundliche und äußerst hilfsbereite Gastgeber, die uns mit vielen Tipps für Restaurants und Ausflüge versorgt haben. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen.

Wir waren 5 Tage in dieser wunderschönen Unterkunft und haben jede Sekunde genossen! Das wunderschöne Meer ist in 5 Minuten zu erreichen und auch ist man schnell in Plettenberg mit dem Auto. Wir lieben diese Gegend schon seit Jahren, aber dieses Haus mit dem tollen Strand hat es nochmal zu etwas besonderem gemacht! Die tolle Dachterasse, die super ausgestattete Küche, die bequemen Betten, super sauber und es fehlt einem wirklich an nichts! Nochmal Danke an Martine. Sie war jederzeit für uns erreichbar und hat die Ankunft für uns sehr angenehm gemacht! Vielen Dank für diesen tollen Urlaub und wir können dieses Haus nur zu 100% weiterempfehlen.

Absolutely outstanding. The house is even better than the photos- endless, exquisite views of the sea, your own private access to miles of pristine beach, and everything you could possibly need in a beautifully furnished home. The area is fabulous - we fell in love with Sedgefield - the beaches, the warm Indian Ocean, the incredible walks, the lake and the outstanding local farmers market every Saturday where you can get amazing goods. This is one of the most beautiful areas we have stayed in, in South Africa - remarkable in a country that has many beautiful spots. And the house could not be more perfectly positioned. But what elevated our experience was the phenomenal kindness and assistance from our host Nadja - she could not have been more helpful. We had a phenomenal and blissfulthree week family holiday over the Dec/Jan festive season and are already planning when to go back. I cannot recommend this house, the area and our gracious hostess enough. Thank you Nadja

Our family really felt at home. We enjoyed our stay, and are definitely considering coming back when we return to the Garden Route. The Host was also amazing, very quick to respond yo our enquiries, helpful with activities suggestions etc. Really amazing

We had a blast at Carens place walking distance from the lagoon, close to town. Great restaurants. Beautiful house with everything you need to have a good time.

WOW! We had stayed in Kuerboomstrand before but this location was even better. We loved staying in the first house- we had unobstructed views of the sunset and the wraparound deck was incredible. We enjoyed the beach mostly to ourselves every day. This house was extremely good value for money. We had five bedrooms and the house felt very comfortable- everything you needed but not fancy, which I actually prefer. There were tons of nice details like pull down blinds on every window, a secret attic, tons of very strong hooks for drying towels, etc. The kitchen was also a nice "lived-in" kitchen, with lots of glasses and dishes and utensils. We are so thankful for a peaceful week in Plett. We also liked how this location was close to Checkers and Woolies but also on the side of Plett near to the Crags and Nature's Valley. Louise also let us use the umbrellas, beach chairs and boogie boards which we used daily. This was very appreciated. Wonderful stay with family from overseas.

Great location, right on the beach. Lovely property. Only difficulty was getting our luggage to the property from the car park as we had 8 suitcases to bring down some steps and we arrived at night.

We had the most incredible stay at this airbnb! Truly the most perfect location ever and so beautifully set up. We will 100% be back!
