The house is in a small neighborhood and it is located right across from the hospital and a few blocks from downtown...with lots of bars and eating places convenient. It was easy to get anywhere in the Dayton area. The house was adorable--filled with antiques and clever decorations. The kitchen is modern and well equipped. Janet filled the refrigerator with everything imaginable--juice, soda, eggs, cheese, yogurt, ice cream, etc, etc, etc. There are two bedrooms; one elegantly furnished and the other for a child. The bathroom was roomy and modern. Janet checked on us several times to make sure we were comfortable.

We had a great stay! The hosts were extremely gracious and we were very happy with how well stocked the home was with plenty of necessities for our multi day stay. We would definitely stay again if we're in the area.

House was in a great neighborhood and the location was ideal, very close to shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay there again!

Tiffany’s house was in a great location and we felt right at home. She was quick to respond and we will stay with her again the next time we are in the area.

We found Nicole's place cozy and comfortable. We were in and out for an event in Dayton and found the location very convenient. Nicole's guidebook was really great! Highly recommend staying here!

It was the perfect home away from home & has everything you and your fur baby would need. We would definitely book Katy's home if ever in the area again. Also loved that she left out welcome treats for our two little doggies! Thank you!

We were in town for the WGI Championships held at UD Arena and other locations. Very close to UD and that was fantastic since we were in and out. Both my spouse and I needed to do work and the apartment was very suitable. The apartment building was quite charming despite the yard needing a but of attention - with spring rains the grass was in need of a mower : )

great place to stay , very clean and new. Walking distance to shops , restauants, bakehouse bread and ice cream. Would stay again and highly recommend.

What a fun place stay. Very creative setup and very comfortable. Warm and quiet. Had everything we needed. The couch was greatly appreciated after our trip. The bed was very comfortable too. Very roomy as well. Thank you again

Our plans may have gotten cancelled due to the weather, but Letrice’s place was a nice respite. Hot tub was lovely, and it was super sweet that she got us snacks that we liked. I would definitely stay at Letrice’s place again if we come back for the Ren Faire!

If you are looking for a charming home with lots of character, this is your place. The location is great without being in the busy downtown area. Shelly is responsive, courteous, and easy to book with.

This was our second time staying with Ashley and Emily and we really enjoy staying at their place. Their home has everything we need and want, especially the kitchen. We walked around the boulevard one evening and met some of the neighbors, petted their cats, and petted their dogs. Everyone was especially nice.

Great spot to stay, super glad we found it! It was clean, close to downtown, and comfortable. We will be back!

We stayed in the Studio portion of the property and it was very clean and accommodating. My wife called it absolutely adorable. The home is within walking distance to all the shops, restaurants, breweries, etc. We had a blast hanging out in Yellow Springs staying at Robert and Leanne's place. Would definitely book here again.
