Loved staying here, we were only here for a night but next time we are in Fredericksburg we will be back! Bed was super comfortable and shower was great. The best part was sitting on the patio while the sun went down. It's a peaceful area perfect for getting away.

Had a quick but wonderful stay in Kerrville! The house was clean, beds were comfortable and check in was a breeze. We had a last minute switch due to a maintenance issue, but we would’ve never known. Michael took care of everything and made sure all was perfect. Hope to stay again soon!

Joel and Emily’s cabins were wonderful! My wife and I had a great and restful time on our stay. Definitely recommend to anyone staying in Kerrville!

Shannon's place is great! The river is easily accessible, and I used the kayaks with no trouble. There are other places to explore as well. I would visit again!

Having used AirBnB many times over the years, I can honestly say that this was the best of them all! Beautiful, serene, and very cozy. The host, Stephan, was very responsive, and even let us feed the fish. Every detail was perfectly thought out, right down to having a gallon of bottled water for those who may not appreciate well water (which was actually amazing!) Thanks for a terrific stay!

We had a great stay! The place was clean, peaceful, and surrounded by nature. We saw deer, rabbits, and other wildlife right from the porch, which made it extra special. It was the perfect spot to relax and unwind. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful place. I did know it was going to be small, but it was even smaller than expected. I did not love the fact that we had to take all of our trash with us when we left. But other than that it was very comfortable and relaxing! Hot tub was awesome, and star gazing was great.

Adam was so helpful in this process. We drove over 1200 miles to get there and had no concerns at all thanks to his great and clear communication. Even when one small issue popped up, Adam was quick to respond and had multiple resolution options at the ready. The house was one of the best stocked places I've ever rented and the beds were so comfy. The view of the water is so beautiful and the the night noises are so peaceful after a long day. I can't say enough good things, truly. They take the effort to put out fun things for you to enjoy, make great local suggestions, stock the bathrooms with cute toiletries, have more than a fair amount of kitchen supplies and make all expectations clear so there's no questions.
