This is our second stay here and love the place. It has the older home charm that is so tastefully decorated. The kitchen has it all! Roomy and private. Sitting on the back porch watching the dogs run around the back yard is great! The fenced yard is large and very cleared our and safe for the pups, mine loved it! I could go on and on but find out for yourself! You may even make a sweet friend next door! Such a personable person!

Best Airbnb experience yet! House was amazing and Mindy had it stocked with snacks and fruit and water. Would recommend to anyone with a large group looking for a gathering spot in Greensboro. Thanks for a wonderful weekend.

This house was great! Great living room with lots of space for seating for hanging out. Great bedrooms! (Only complaint is to bring your own pillows as these are the tallest, hardest pillows ever 😂)

It was a great stay. It felt very home - like. We had everything we needed to cook rather than go out to eat every day. I was pretty impressed with how clean the grout in the bathroom was as well as the stove. There were plenty of linens, a cozy couch in the living room, and tons of blankets for snuggling. I will definitely stay here for my next visit.

This is great property. Everyone in our group agreed that the beds were very comfortable, hot tub was great, and house had all the things we needed for the weekend. The neighbor is beautiful and well located in Greensboro. Everything was clean and orderly, the water in the showers was hot and we really enjoyed have a screened in porch. One thing to note- the house had 6 heated electric potpourri pots and another 4-5 plug in air fresheners throughout the house which made for a pretty intense smell in the house. The sheets and towels are also washed in a fragranced detergent. It’s a lot if you are used to fragrance-free. The house has 5-6 ceiling fans and enough windows to air out the fragrances after a few hours, having those helped a lot.

My wife and I loved staying at this Airbnb. It's a great, peaceful location close to restaurants, grocery stores and downtown Greensboro. There are several sitting areas inside and out to binge watch movies or enjoy the great weather! The house is in a quiet neighborhood tucked away from commercial areas, but close enough to walk to restaurants and stores. We cannot wait to visit again soon!

Christie’s place has been exactly what I needed for lodging while working in the Asheboro area. Comfortable, clean, kitchen allows for meal prep. Peaceful, safe and quiet, while still accessible for walking to local coffee shops and restaurants.

This condo was an amazing place to stay. Check in was super easy and quick. The space was spacious and clean. It was also quiet throughout the day and night. My sibling and I had a good time staying here and recommend it. The hosts were very communicative and gave clear instructions for check in and check out. We would definitely stay here again.

A lovely place, we enjoyed our stay, there was a binder inside that described all of the things we needed to and could want to know about, like local places to eat, and a bottle of wine was there at check in ! Yummy ! The designated parking spot on the property was not available, we first parked on the street in the front of the house at first, we didn't know until we read the binder inside that we could park on the side street, which avoids walking up hill with our suitcase and things, parking on the side street was fine, few little steps to go up, but very close to the entrance. Enteringwh is down several, steep concrete steps, definitely pack light, if you have substantial luggage or balance issues you need to be very careful, there is no railing, that is the only thing I would change about our stay. Quiet hours from 9p to 9a were very much followed as the family lives upstairs, there are kids and a dog, but the noise was not bad at all during waking hours. We thank you !!!!

The apartment was absolutely stunning!! It truly felt like you were staying in a showroom! Every inch was thoughtfully designed! The kitchen and living area is spacious with lots of appliances and plenty of room for a group to cook and hangout! The host was also very kind and responsive! Would definitely stay again!

This apartment was just as described! I was in town for my son's Parents' Weekend at HPU and I booked this spot for my husband and me to stay. My husband got sick at the last minute, so I was so thankful to have a place that felt cozy and safe for my time there alone. They really do have everything that you could think of! I felt right at home and even fell asleep (for a little while) on the couch with the cozy throw blankets. The bed was super-comfortable with soft sheets. I did not hear any noises from the upstairs home. The street parking is well-lit and I had no problem parking right by the walkway to the entrance. Everything was very clean! The bathroom was newly renovated and I particularly liked the wall heater and the cute basketweave tile. There was a lovely basket of snacks on my arrival and even a bottle of wine from a local winery! I hope that my husband will be able to join me at the Carolina Cottage on our next visit to HPU! Thanks for letting me stay!

Great host! John was very responsive and provided useful information. The home is lovely and was decorated for Christmas. Kitchen is well equipped for cooking and gathering. The area is walkable with shops and restaurants close by. There is a bit of noise from the nearby train which runs day and night, so something to keep in mind when booking.
