With 2 queen beds that pop out a kitchenette bed and a couch that pulls out into a bed you can sleep 6-8 people 8 if they are little ones.

Can comfortably fit 4 adults and 4 kids on the bunk beds (200 pound limit for the bunk beds ) will be equipped with clean sheets, blankets and pillow cases. Plastic plates, cups, plastic forks/spoons. Sure does include parking for one car next to RV and plenty of street parking around neighborhood. We clean and sanitize our rv after every use to ensure your safety (:
