Very pleased with our stay. Well-priced to comparisons. Augusto answered all questions and had great recommendations for meals, excursions, etc. PMCC was a great little find, and such a short drive from our home. This cabin was a perfect getaway place for my surprise anniversary trip. We can't wait to bring family back for a winter holiday trip in the future. Plenty of room for guests, enough space to gather and also spread out. The bathtub was a nice compromise for a spa. Beautiful views and local. I can understand why others loved and recommended this cabin. You will be so happy with your choice. Felt very safe in this neighborhood. We even found ourselves looking at real estate while we stayed. Enjoyed viewing beautiful wildlife; different from where we reside.

The house is beautiful. Great for a family visit. The pool, play area and backyard was a great to relax in. House was perfect for our family, from the little kids to the big! We will be returning when the weather is hot to slide down the slide into the pool!

Our stay was comfortable and pleasant at Joy and Jay's house. We loved the sound of the fountain on the lake in the backyard, the fireplace, the piano, and the fully stocked kitchen with seasonings, breakfast items and snacks. It truly felt like home away from home. Would definitely stay there again.

Overall, i had a great stay. The house is clean. Instructions were clear. Troy was very hospitable and responsive. 10/10 experience. Would love to stay here again next time I’m in town.

This house was very nice! Everything you need for your stay. Full stocked kitchen , Comfy beds ,& safe neighborhood! Host was great and very responsive! We would stay here again!

Brandy was a fantastic host and her property was perfect! it had all the essential items we needed in the bathrooms and the kitchen. There were extra blankets, towels, and pillows which was wonderful. The backyard sitting area, pool, BBQ, and ping pong table provided hours of fun and entertainment for my family. we couldn't have asked for a better place or host and we'll definitely stay there whenever we go to Bakersfield to visit family.

I am so thankful and blessed to have found an air bnb in Taft. My sister and the rest of the family were just down the street. We came out for a wedding and needed a private relaxing retreat for our family after long days of visiting. This place was perfect!! Wendy was so kind and responded quickly to all of my questions. The place was clean and comfortable! Awesome job, Wendy! Thank you!!

Great set up with two beds in the Master. Smelled clean when we walked in which is always a good sign. Very clear check-in and check-out instructions. I was able to go on a run around the neighborhood and to the park in the morning. You can easily walk to Polo Park and let the kids get some wiggles out.

This was my first Airbnb stay. Something about the photos online stood out and said “Book me!” This home was just what I was looking for! Cozy and quiet. I can’t say enough good things about Greg and Tamara, they were super responsive and were always willing to help with anything. I’m in the area for work and I loved this place so much I ended up booking it for the next year! Thank you Greg and Tamara for being so AWESOME !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Alfonso was a great host! He graciously opened his home to a crew of men that were working on a construction project near by. We are very appreciative Alfonso for letting use use his home for the last several months. If they guys needed anything he was responsive and helpful! If we ever have another job in the area we will definitely reach out again to book this house.

Beautiful home.. the amenities were exactly what we needed to make our stay comfortable. The neighborhood was safe and well kept.

BEAUTIFUL home in quiet neighborhood.Close to fwy & many businesses.The area to get to it is not the nicest looking but the closer you get to it ,the better it is. The house is also close to the "bluffs" which is a nice cliff overlooking the surrounding city. The cooling/heating system works wonderfully and fast !!The system is a little loud,can feel a subtle vibration when laying in the main bedroom bed.Beds feel like pillowtop, not too firm and not super soft soft, supportive. The rooms do have dark curtains but they are not blackout ones. It was clean for most part, only small things were noticeable but nothing that would bother me or affect how I feel about staying here again in the future.The coffee machine might be a regular one, not for pods. I didnt use it but my son said there was bagged grounds.The front door does get stuck. It is heavy wood and needs 2 keys to get in.I stayed for 3 days and would def stay here again because it was really comfortable & convenient.

Raymond and his wife are excellent hosts 10/10 recommended. Extremely welcoming, very proactive in communicating, beautiful home, and most of all great people. I’d advise any future travelers to choose them first!

Check-in was smooth and hassle-free. We arrived late at night (around 10–12 PM) and let the host know in advance—they were very accommodating, which we appreciated, especially since it's a residential area. The instructions were clear, and everything went exactly as described. The house was spotless and absolutely beautiful—very comfortable and welcoming. The host allowed us to have guests visit, which was a nice bonus. They were also extremely responsive any time I had a question. Another big plus was that the host allowed us a late check-out for a small additional fee. This was incredibly helpful, as we were in town for a soccer tournament and the original check-out time conflicted with game schedules. Overall, the home was well worth what we paid. The hosts were wonderful, and the entire experience was great. Thank you for having us! I would definitely recommend this property and would happily rent again. 10/10!

My family and I had a great stay! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was friendly and very responsive. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

The view is absolutely beautiful. You’re in the middle of no where, but that’s what we wanted. Make sure to get groceries ahead of time because the drive up is steep!! You won’t want to leave. We took walks around the property for hours and found a waterfall and wildflowers. Kris has a grill overlooking the lake, we loved making food outside. Kris place is as pictured - not a bougie IKEA Airbnb. If you’re high maintenance/clean freak, bring your own sheets & towels. Kris’ home is cozy but lived in. We were okay with this because it was clean and tidy. It almost felt like glamping!! He has a hot tub and infrared sauna we particularly loved! Thank you Kris for letting us spend time in your corner of heaven! :)

Beautiful spacious home for our group of 3!

We ended up taking 4 extra people than the limit and Jenny made it really easy for us and provided us with more air mattresses. She didn’t make it feel like we were a hassle. Really did not get in our way of allowing us to rent her home.
