Our first time in TVD and Binu's place was ideal for our family of 3. Location was perfect, easily accessible to most places, uber and autos are easily available and most of all helpful folks. Everyone from the caretaker to the security were very responsive and kind. An exquisitely designed and well kept home.

Great place stay with family

We had an amazing stay at this place. The apartment was spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and filled with so many cute, aesthetic touches handmade by the host which made the whole space feel even more charming and welcoming. We were really comfortable throughout our stay. The host was incredibly helpful and very responsive, which made everything smooth and easy for us. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Trivandrum.

We had a wonderful and comfortable stay, host was very helpful and friendly, kitchen amenities could be improved but otherwise it was a great stay, very spacious, views were awesome, kids loved it. Will definitely visit again.

Property is very clean, kitchen is fully equipped, have all the facilities like home - cooker, mixer, smart tv, fully automatic washing machine, clean bathrooms, geysers, etc very much enjoyed the property and host was always responsive.

Host was responsive, proactive and kind. home was easy to find. checkin went smooth. the home is close the the kalpetta city. surrounded by various trees and plants. quite neighborhood. was kind of the Mr. Ismail to make us coffee once we reach the home. the home has good wifi network , clean home. overall definitely recommend the place. will look forward to get back to Mr. Ismail's home when visiting wayanad again.

Beautiful property with three villas, right on the lake shore. Peaceful, with stunning views, and the birds were always a joy to watch. Whatever we needed during our stay was provided. We always felt looked after. We had a fab time. Shikara was so well arranged and the view was so good. Sujeet made amazing food & the entire team is so warm and welcoming. The staff is very gracious! And The manager Aneesh is a top guy! This property is lovely & is a must go in Allepey. We had the best time.

We had a pleasant stay at the apartment – it's spacious and well-suited for families. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, which made our stay very convenient. A special mention to our host, Guru Kiran – he was extremely kind and helpful, especially when our car got stuck in the parking area. He went out of his way to assist us, and we really appreciated that. The only downside was the housekeeping – it could have been much better. The house wasn't cleaned properly before our arrival, so I’d suggest improving that aspect for future guests.

We came to Kochi for treatment and stayed here for a month. The apartment is well furnished with good facilities. The extended spacious balcony provides a great view of the surrounding city. Well-maintained kitchen and bathrooms, comfortably designed bedrooms made our family's stay quite comfortable. The apartment complex has friendly security, staff and other facilities like swimming pool, Jacuzzi, okay area and games. Our kid had a good time here and that was important for us ☺️. The place is easily connected and close to main points in Kochi - Lulu, Oberon, Metro, Amrita, Aster, etc. and good online delivery serviceability. We were a family of 6 staying at Abhilash’s place and had a very good experience - the apartment is huge, very well done, and extremely comfortable for a family our size. Both Abhilash and Varsha were very responsive as hosts and proactive in their communication with us. They were able to help with whatever we needed and quick to resolve any issue.
