Neat and spacious apartment. Very calm surroundings. Easy access to main road. The host was responsive, and very very helpful. All in all, the place was worth every penny.

I had a fantastic experience at this Airbnb! The decor was beautifully curated, with thoughtful touches that made the space feel warm and inviting. Every detail, from the cozy furnishings to the elegant lighting, created a relaxing atmosphere. Beyond the aesthetics, the service was exceptional. The host was incredibly responsive, providing clear instructions and great local recommendations. Check-in was seamless, and they even went the extra mile to ensure I had everything I needed.

It is hands down one of the best airbnb’s in Trivandrum. Really clean, wonderful view. I stayed here for weeks multiple times now. The property manager is super helpful. I’ve stayed in other Airbnbs in Trivandrum and I can say for sure this one is the best value. I will be visiting here again for sure 🤝

Centrally located, this accommodation offers a comfortable and cozy stay, with the international airport, two railway stations, and the central bus depot all within a convenient 2km, easily walkable distance. Mr. Mesfin and his family provided exceptional hospitality, and their attentive, responsible service is particularly noteworthy. .

I had a great stay at this place! The unit was exactly as described and matched the pictures. It was clean, well-maintained, and had all the necessary amenities, making it perfect for both solo travelers and families. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout my stay, quickly addressing any questions I had. The only minor downside was the lack of hot water, but the host was prompt in responding and trying to assist. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay—I’d definitely recommend it!

My stay at Mr. Yacub's home was nothing short of homely comfort. The house is fully furnished with a well stocked kitchen along with multiple appliances. The bedrooms are quite spacious with three fitted bathrooms respectively, which were maintained neat and clean. The air conditioning worked well, which is a bonus when staying in Kochi. Overall, this is a unique home to stay in while visiting Kochi as the location is ideal and the balcony which wraps around the house provides a relaxing 360 degree view. Another positive aspect of the apartment is the helpful security staff, which ensures a secure stay. Mr. Yacub and Shoba were always available when I required help or assistance during my stay at the airbnb, and for all these reasons, I highly recommend choosing Mr. Yacub's flat.

Great location, and the place is exactly as described. There is a market very close to it. Many shops, including Reliance Supermart, Apollo pharmacy and restaurants. Caretaker is very flexible and helpful. Overall highly recommended.

Good place to stay

The stay was comfortable, the host I'd responsive and proactive. The place is well located, however the approach road is narrow but surroundings are nice. The overall stay was comfi and the place is nice and as shown in photos. It was a truly pet friendly place and that made the difference. It was totally great value for money.

The place was very clean and accessible, we were 4 people and the rooms and bed were comfortable to stay in. Has a working TV with OTT platforms, which was good enough for some leisure time. Definitely worth the price

Nimeesh's place is right in the middle of Thrissur and is closer to main attractions, restaurants. The room has a single standard bed, but had extra bedding to accommodate additional person. He lets us check in a couple of hours early and when we arrived, A/C was running and felt at home. Kitchen access wasn't provided, but we were not looking for that either. Nimeesh was able to give us a reference of local eateries and a great taxi person. With that we were ablet fulfill our travel needs, which is the most part, the need that we had. Nimeesh had been responsive and was kind enough to drop us on our way back. I would strongly recommend for group of friends.

it was a nice stay. clean and big house. all delivery options works perfectly. stairs to the first floor was little congested, but the apartment was great and having all necessary aminities. Kitchen basics were taken care of well.

We came to Kochi for treatment and stayed here for a month. The apartment is well furnished with good facilities. The extended spacious balcony provides a great view of the surrounding city. Well-maintained kitchen and bathrooms, comfortably designed bedrooms made our family's stay quite comfortable. The apartment complex has friendly security, staff and other facilities like swimming pool, Jacuzzi, okay area and games. Our kid had a good time here and that was important for us ☺️. The place is easily connected and close to main points in Kochi - Lulu, Oberon, Metro, Amrita, Aster, etc. and good online delivery serviceability. The apartment itself is conveniently located in Aluva, just 20-25 minutes from Kochi airport. It’s spacious, clean, and set in a stunning environment overlooking the river—truly a home away from home.
