Geoff's place was great and I'd definitely stay here again. It was clean and tidy, and we could easily walk to everything in Kentville within a few minutes. It was exactly as it appears in the photos, no surprises!

We had been on the road for a while and needed to ”touch base” - cooking our own breakfast and dinner, washing our clothes etc.. We could not have found a better place! Extremely well equipped and spacious - even offering different types of coffee and bathroom soaps. What a luxury! Good informations about what to do, where to shop and on top of it with the tourist information office just accross the road!! Not to mention the fact that this was a house which was as clean as one wishes it to be !!! The instructions were very clear and the communication with Carolyn and Stephen was perfect. We can highly recommend you to stay here.

A great apartment with a fantastic location. We loved being able to walk downtown to the coffee shop, market and restaurants.

Pauline's place was perfect for my stay, cozy and warm and with everything I needed. The views from the deck in the late afternoon were stunning. The weather was beautiful and I could walk almost everywhere I needed to go, including to the nearby restaurants which feature locally produced food on their menus. Canning is a sweet village in a gorgeous setting - I look forward to another visit before too long. Thank you, Pauline!

Great location, walkable to all of Main street attractions. Unit was very clean and the host very responsive and friendly.

My stay was around six weeks, and I was familiar with the location where everything is very close regarding green spaces and shopping and of course the Dykes. The hosts, Darryl and Diane, were helpful, low-key, as well as accommodating, such as when the apartment washing machine was broken, they allowed me to use theirs. I had privacy, and when needed, I was a phone call away, and they lived above the apartment. As stated with my ratings that overall, I was extremely pleased with my stay in this cozy apartment. If one were to make a negative point, that would be directed to the very steep hill one has to climb, however, if you have a vehicle and you were relatively fit, then this should not be an issue - and really, there is not much Darryl and Diane could do anything about it. Would I come again - yes.

This was our second time staying at Jill & Steve's place, and it won't be our last! The space is immaculate and comfortable, with a well-stocked kitchen and plenty of living space. The river is beautiful, and the area is quiet. There were a couple of issues during this stay, one of which Jill & Steve warned us about ahead of time (and compensated us for generously), while the other wasn't able to be fixed during our stay, but will no doubt be resolved very quickly. Still, the stay was well worth it, and the hosts were very helpful and responsive. I highly recommend this place, and I look forward to our next visit!

Beautiful home and location. We had such a relaxing weekend in front of the wood stove with views of the ocean. Highly recommend!

Fascinating location! Absolutely amazing views of the Bay of Fundy! We walked on the ocean floor right out our back yard! We had great fun watching the lobster boats load at the dock and leave into the wild waves! The house was well suited for our family Thanksgiving holiday and slept 7 easily.

The place was perfect, particularly the location. Would stay here again. Nice having the Roof Hound and Elephant cafe close by.

Our family had a fantastic Christmas at Deanna’s. It looks exactly as advertised, and is just really comfortable. Deanna was very helpful and timely in responding to questions, prior to, and during our stay. She was very flexible and accommodating to meet our timing needs. Awesome location and view. The accommodation is great, well taken care of and great for a family stay. Will definitely stay here again if back in the area.

C'était un vrai havre de paix. Tout est pensée en fonction des besoins des utilisateurs. nous étions un groupe de parents qui c'était rassemblé pour une compétions de cheerleding de nos filles qui avait lieux à Halifax. il n'y avait pas d'enfant avec nous la maison est grande il y a de la place pour tous. La communication était super je recommande cet hôte. Merci Erine nous avons passé un excellent moment

Agata and Ben truly went above and beyond in hosting us last weekend. We approached them to ask if they would allow us to have a small elopement wedding ceremony on their property and they jumped at the opportunity to help us say “I do.” From the fresh cut flowers throughout the home to finding us extra seating, they made sure to make our special day as special as possible. Very quick to respond to our queries and made us feel right at home and welcome. We hope to stay again one day for our anniversary. Thank you both so much!

The location was a nice hilltop hideaway. Clean and quiet. Not far from downtown Kentville. There is a binder fully stocked with information with things to do in the area. Kings pub was a recommendation for food and this pub was great. The service was amazing and food top tier. We even showed up on a night with live music. Coming back to Nova Scotia and this will be a must rent again 😊
