This is the third time we’ve stayed at this condo. Each time it’s well stocked, very clean, and Joyce has answered questions or met needs very quickly. We come for a family reunion yearly so we will definitely be back!

The place was beautiful! It was right near lots of things to do but set off enough to feel private. Quiet neighborhood and a very kind host.

Deidre is very quick to respond when you have questions and is very accommodating when you have a request! We had a great stay.

This place was amazing. The pictures were accurate. The host was helpful when questions were asked. The house was super clean and cozy. The neighbors are super nice and friendly too. I will definitely stay here again when I am back in Louisville.

Great location, great stay! I loved that this place had two full bathrooms as it gave me and a friend our own spaces. There was plenty of hot water for us to shower back to back. Ben had coffee grounds for us with a coffee maker which was perfect for the mornings. There’s a cute walkable breakfast spot called Java Jukebox that we went to and all our dinner locations were within 2 miles. The home itself is basic and just what we needed. It was clean and we enjoyed using the patio table in the backyard.

This is the best Air BnB experience I've had in Kentucky. The place is huge. I'd estinate it at 1500-1600 sq feet. The location in Lexington's North Side is ideal for travellers as it is close to Transylvania, Downtown Lexington, and the Interstates. The neighborhood is Kentucky's best representation of urban living and gentrification. The hosts were responsive.

My son and I needed a long term place to stay while we moved to the area. This was a great value!!! Way better than any hotel in the area. The place was well stocked with everything we needed for a long term stay. Convenient location to everything. Quiet neighborhood and neighbors. Not a criticism but more for information there is no dishwasher. We did a lot of cooking so that was a bit of a pain however given the value of the place it was well worth the extra elbow grease. The best part was the host Betsy. She was not only reactive quickly to a couple little issues but proactive in reaching out to us before and during our stay. If you need a place that’s long term and don’t want to spend a fortune this is the best place in town without a doubt. I would recommend this place for anyone visiting the area.

This clean, comfortable and spacious home was perfect for our family! Mary Jo is a gracious and accommodating host and we look forward to booking again on future trips to Paducah.

Great place to stay, hosts are amazing and very responsive. Quiet, dead end road and lots of room for parking. The fire pit and outdoor area was a great place to unwind. Felt comfortable and at home the entire stay. Definitely recommend this place to anyone traveling to the area.

Great space. Easy to find, well equipped, and very well thought out. It was clean well stocked and spacious. David was a great host, and very quick to communicate. Looking forward to staying there again sometime soon.

We had a wonderful time at Tracy’s rental. Everything was as described. This is one of the nicest, if not the nicest Air BNB I’ve stayed at. Would love to come back again if in the area!

We really loved staying at Marcus and Amber’s home! It is beautiful, very clean and a great location to downtown Lexington as well as The Kentucky Horse Park. We felt right at home as soon as we walked in. We loved the decor! Beds are comfortable, plenty of pillows, travel size shampoo, conditioner and lotion supplied. As for the neighborhood…..It’s a short drive to Distillery Row. We went to James E Pepper and learned so much about the distillery plus tasted the bourbon. The Manchester Hotel and its roof top bar are right around the corner! We were visiting Kentucky for The Kentucky 3 Day Event which is the BEST Weekend ever! We will definitely be back! This was the perfect location for our trip to Hillbilly Days. I was a food vendor and it was so nice to have such a convenient location to return to at the end of a busy day. And the shower was amazing!

We absolutely loved our stay at Southern Charm! The decor was modern, the location was perfect, and the house was spotless—it truly felt like a home away from home! Every detail was perfect!

Great value for the money. Comfortable beds. Close to all the good trails. Lots of provisions in the house with great washer and dryer. Could use a fire pit and a hot tub and maybe some chairs on the front porch. Overall a great place to stay.

Convenient to downtown. Townhouse was in a beautiful upscale neighborhood. Host was in contact with our party a week before and sent numerous informative emails about property and surrounding area. She responded to any questions promptly and was extremely helpful,even making us aware of possible weather related issues in our route. The townhouse was spotless, like new, and included many household necessities such as brand new condiments, coffee supplies and health and beauty products. Plenty of dishes and bedding.
