It is a place we have friends and family stay when visiting. The size of the space is 900 sq ft and located above our personal shop (large garage building). Lakefront Nest is a 4-bedroom waterfront home on Spring Lake — a 67-acre non-motorized lake with no jet skis and no public dock. Mornings start with coffee at the picture window. Days end at the fire pit, under the trees, with Mt. Rainier across the water. 30 minutes from Seattle, but it doesn't feel like it.
