Unlike anything we’ve stayed in before. The location is outstanding, the pictures can’t quite capture the beauty of the area which you can view from the bedroom, the patio, and the hot tub. There are lots of nice walks nearby which we made the most of before coming back to the property for a BBQ and a relax in the hot tub. Szilvia was a great host, very friendly and responsive, and everything about the location and the property were as described. We were so grateful to be allowed to stay in this stunning cottage that is unique in so many ways. The attention to detail inside is beautiful. Thank you for the memorable stay in your lovely home.

Lovely stay for the weekend - it’s really beautiful and well appointed. Spotless and spacious. Communication before arrival was excellent. I scraped my ankle and the hosts provided plasters promptly which was much appreciated. Bath was also very comfy, a real treat as we don’t have one! Would definitely recommend.

A beautiful well appointed cottage, lovely and clean with comfortable beds. The hot tub in the well kept private garden was a bonus. Poppy was responsive to questions and queries and had left some lovely personal touches to make check nice and smooth. Bath is just a short drive and there are lots of local pubs for a lovely meal out. The surrounding area was quiet and beautiful. We would definitely go back.

We had a wonderful stay, such a beautiful house in such a beautiful village! Everything was lovely., super comfortable and clean. Tori and Jack were great hosts and we would love to come back one day!

Lovely little cottage in a mostly peaceful plot with a nice chilled garden. Would stay again. Only downside for us was a bit of road noise but that's a risk with old cottages so near the road so we were aware in advance of the risk. Carley was friendly and attentive. Would recommend.

The place was great, exactly what we hoped for and all we could have asked. We couldn’t find anywhere that would deliver food, but there’s a town about 10 minutes drive away with plenty of take away and supermarkets to stock up yourself. Well equipped kitchen with full fridge freezer and oven so if you do stock up you don’t need to go out again.

Lovely weekend with friends. Beautiful location and the hosts were happy to provide suggestions on where to go etc and were very responsive. The croissants, jams, coffees etc were a lovely addition to our first morning!!🌞 Sue and Robert were also flexible with us leaving the car in the space after check out for a bit so we could go for a walk and make the most of the weather!

Perfect little find for our trip to the Cotswolds! The cottage was lovely, very well laid out, nicely designed interior finishings and felt very homely. What a beautiful place to stay. Lovely touch with the milk and biscuits and dog treats of course. Horseshoe Cottage was probably more than we expected with the cleanliness, comfy bed and sofa. We didn't meet Caroline but we knew where she was if needed. We did meet some of the people and horses from the stables. Everyone was so friendly. Definitely would stay again. 5 stars from us and the dog. It was far enough out of the way from the busy towns although easy to get to if needed. Plenty of walks close by so the car isn't needed if you like walking a lot.

We had such a wonderful stay, so much so we didn’t want to leave. Hilary was such a welcoming host and the cottage was so beautiful. Our whole family loved the cottage and we definitely want to come back. There’s so much to do in the area too. There’s lots of toys at the cottage for kids, including bath toys and a really cute outdoor kids dining table. Once the kids were in bed it was also so lovely and cosy for the adults. The pianos were also a great touch, we loved playing them and teaching the kids how to play. We would recommend the stay to everyone.

We loved the cottage ,so clean and comfortable and the garden/stream /swing and animals were a real hit with the children. We were made to feel very welcome -homemade cake ,lovely coffee ,bread and eggs ,such a nice touch with Easter eggs for the kids . Thank you Tracey and Dave .

Redbrook is a beautiful location with 2 excellent pubs - one of them is across the river and the walk across the bridge is by itself a wonderful experience. River Cottage is as the name suggests right by the river. The views are superb and the cottage is spacious, well furnished and attractively decorated, and the kitchen is well stocked and spacious. The hob takes some figuring out but there are clear instructions easily available. The garden area is very attractive and there's a lovely top terrace. We had a few issues but Emma was very quick to reply and solve the problems and her friendliness and professionalism helped make the stay a triumph. We would love to return there.

The bungalow is clean, comfortable and provided all that we needed for a short Easter break. The living area was equipped with all the basics, as well as with free Wi-fi and Netflix, although no other channels were available. The tv was small (32"), especially when seated on the sofa or armchair. During our three night stay, the local Forest School and Oakraven Centre had children attending courses, so there was something of a mini 'Rush hour' in the morning and evening. It was not a problem but required wariness for walkers and opposing traffic in a single track road. The woodland walks locally are good and plentiful, Lorraine providing good guidelines to other attractions and trails. A beautiful area.

Beautiful cosy cottage within walking distance of all that Cirencester had to offer. We loved our stay. We met Rupert and Olive the Cockapoo in their garden, they gave us a great welcome and shared tips on places to walk and restaurants to visit. Thank you :)

This was our second stay at Hazel's and we loved it again! The cottage is so peaceful and furnished perfectly so you feel right at home. Hazel had left some treats for us on arrival, which was so kind and thoughtful. Our daughter loves the zip line so we were straight out flying through the woods! On this trip we even saw two deer which was particularly magical. We went exploring in Stockbridge, which was beautiful and had lunch at the Silver Plough - Hazel's recommendation - which was fabulous. We love coming back and unwinding. You feel a million miles away from everything and yet you're only 10 minutes from amenities. It's a special place to stay - and yes, we will be back again! Thank you for another wonderful trip!

The best things about this property are really how peaceful and quiet it is, whilst being surrounded by beautiful countryside. The house itself, whilst small, has everything you need. Very well thought out, with great little touches. Kind hosts. It was lovely sitting outside in the courtyard, reading with a coffee, whilst the sun was coming down and the owl swooping by.

We greatly enjoyed our brief retreat at this nice and charming Cotswold Cottage, off the beaten track. Very nice accommodation, immediately felt "like home". Very well equipped (though we didn't make use of the cooking facilities...) and also top regarding heating, insulation, internet access ... And the recommended "King's Head" pub around the corner was excellent (with the unexpected benefit of live music on Saturday evening...). Nice hiking/rambling options, too.

Lovely place in a beautiful part of the Cotswolds! The cottage is clean and stylish yet cosy! And has everything you need - kitchens facilities are great and big table to eat, alongside nice living room area and bedrooms. Jacuzzi was fab with beautiful forest/woodland views accompanied by a nice garden area. Easy and safe to walk up to local pub. Hosts were responsive and instructions were good! We had the most amazing stay to celebrate our Honeymoon. The cottage was beyond our expectations - felt like we were living in a fairytale. Martin had left lots of useful information about the local area which we used to plan our days and get the most out of our time in the Cotswolds. The cottage itself had everything you could possibly need for the most relaxing, peaceful stay. A trip we will never forget! Thank you for letting us experience a little cottage life with such breathtaking views all around! We cannot wait to visit again!
