It is perfectly located for exploring the Suffolk Coast, historic sites like Framlingham and Orford Castles, Sutton Hoo and Snape Maltings and is a great area for walkers, cyclists and nature lovers, with the magnificent Minsmere RSPB reserve just 8 miles away. Our place is a short walk to all local amenities, e.g. Tesco's, Waitrose, good restaurant and takeaway options and a lovely wine bar. The room is self contained with a basic kitchenette, bathroom and private entrance. The private patio as well as being a place to unwind and relax, is big enough to hold bikes if you want to explore the area on 2 wheels. We are a 5 minute walk from Saxmundham train station. Close to lots of lovely places to visit, and only 15 minutes to the closest beach.
