We stayed here for a month and had a great time. The beach view was great and we had live music from the beach bars and fireworks each night (for more than 4 weeks). Maybe that had to do with Chinese New Year, but it actually went on after CNY as well. Communication was excellent, there was a helpful representative who was almost always nearby and ready to assist with some very small issues we had. The security guys were very friendly to our kids and would accept packages that were delivered for us when we were out. The only significant point of improvement I see is that a bit more attention should be paid to the cleaning.

This apartment is long and narrow and only has one source of light, which is a large window in the bedroom that looks out to the sea in the distance. There is a washer/dryer and a water filter in the kitchen which are great assets for long-term travelers. It is one of the more expensive places that we stayed at in Malaysia, but that's Penang for you. There is a bus stop right in front of the Island Plaza that takes you anywhere on the island for cheap, so it is extremely easy to get around from here. Overall, we recommend it.

The location is SUPER convenient. It is clean and comfy and my family had a great time there. Will definitely stay here or recommend friends if I’m going Penang again. Host Soon Lye is very responsive too which I appreciate. Thank you! 🙏

Highly recommend!! Clear and fluid communication throughout the entire stay. Hosts were friendly and accommodating - they met all our needs and requests in a timely manner. We put the kitchen to full use for an entire week and it was easy to walk or Grab to get groceries or visit the beach. The complex was safe, quiet and, of course, the view was magnificent! We had a relaxed, effortless and beautiful stay in Batu Ferrenghi. Can't wait to return!

Very nice clean, spacious, comfortable apartment. The host was friendly, responsive and super helpful - he even arranged a delivery on our behalf when we were not able to do it without a Malaysian phone number. We enjoyed the large windows and watching wildlife from the living room - not the most natural environment but we saw many water monitors in the small river/drainage below the window, and kingfishers, egrets, an oriole, sea eagles. Many restaurants walkable - our favourite was Andrew's Kampung - and the Sugo supermarket was well stocked and convenient for preparing meals in the kitchen. The apartment had everything we needed for a lovely 10-night stay - I'd recommend it.

Looks exactly like the pictures. We appreciated the ensuite bathrooms in all rooms, aircond in all rooms and common areas, the washer-dryer and the tasteful decor. The TV and surround sound system is definitely premium. Private, seemingly upscale location, 15 mins from Amanjaya Walk. We had a little issue with finding switches for the living room aircond (behind the curtain), and a little bit of water supply issue on the ground floor, which the host solved promptly within hours. For families with babies, note that this property does not have a hot/cold water dispenser.

Absolutely kind and friendly host. Instructions to check in were clear. The place was cosy, clean and comfortable with a lot of amenities right down stairs. Idle spot for a short vacation. Thank you for having me.

It was about 10-15mins from everywhere we needed to go, so location was great! It’s by the beach and it was pretty near some convenience stores, so overall it was great!

The place is good to stay if you don't count the surroundings but we had a bad experience of airconditioner not working properly the locality around is dingy and low class gentry is staying around the place skipping this out this place had all the facilities one would require on a trip the owner is very supportive

I had a wonderful stay at this house! The location was incredibly peaceful, offering beautiful sunset and a stunning sea view that made every day special. The house itself was charming, and I especially enjoyed the fish pond, which added a tranquil touch to the atmosphere. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to relax and enjoy nature. Casey was a wonderful host! The place is identical to the photos and a great place to base yourself to explore Georgetown. Walkable to some amazing food courts and easy grab to many night markets. Wonderful views from both the condo and swimming pool.

Stays for 5 days with my family for raya. Not that spacious but we got everything that we need. The place is walkable to lotus, mosque, mini mart and many more. One thing that the host might need to updated, which is the grill color that mismatch with the photo provided. Also the bathroom floor a bit sticky so it left a black thing on your sole. But that’s not a big deal. We enjoy our stays and it’s worth it. Definitely recommended. Thanks for being a great host!

We enjoyed our 6 nights at Weyky's apartment. Comfortable beds and large bedrooms. The ability to cook for ourselves was a bonus. great views from the apartment too.

The place is lovely. Great for a vacation. Beach is nice, night market is... well, night market-y, the pool is LOVELY, and the gym is great. Mostly quiet - watch out for holiday nights though, the traffic is a nightmare! The space is great, nice kitchen. Gary is very helpful! Grab works to get all your food delivered. So I would LOVE to live there forever... just a bit expensive once you know Penang prices for long term stay. So it is perfect for a vacation!
