Renta de villas vacacionales en Kea-Kythnos

Nuestra estancia fue genial, la casa y sus espacios de ocio eran increíbles. María la anfitriona siempre atenta y responsable por nosotros. Éramos un grupo grande y diverso y todos hemos quedado muy satisfechos con nuestra estancia en Kea. La isla es fantástica, corre el aire con lo cual en verano es óptima sin necesidad de encender el AC. Tiene playas fantásticas y senderos para caminar para todos los gustos. A un tiro de Atenas en ferry desde el puerto de Lavrios.

La maison se trouve sur un grand terrain arboré par des arbres fruitiers à quelques pas de la plage. La maison est bien équipée et très bien équipée et très propre avec de la climatisation, ce qui était très agréable vu la chaleur estivale lors de notre séjour. Fanni nous a très bien accueilli avec un superbe plateau de fruits et quelques cadeaux, spécialité de l’île. Nous avons passé un moment très agréable dans cette propriété très calme. Nous reviendrons.

Wat een heerlijk verblijf! Alles was tot in de puntjes geregeld en zo verzorgd en schoon! Van begin tot eind was de communicatie met Natassa perfect! Zoveel ruimte en een heerlijke tuin met zwembad. Met een huurauto waren we overal waar we moesten en wilden zijn! Echt een heel fijn verblijf en we willen zeker terugkomen!

We could not have loved this villa more! After a busy 2 weeks in Italy, we were looking for a place to unwind and enjoy the beauty of the Athens coast. The owner met us at the villa and to our surprise presented us with a fully stocked refrigerator and pantry which was much appreciated. Vas was very helpful and responsive. We enjoyed the restaurants and shopping in the nearby village of Palea Fokea. We took advantage of the outdoor kitchen and grilled fresh fish that we got from a nearby market. Taxi and tour operator had no issue finding the property. We stayed a week and spent more on this airbnb than we usually do but it was worth every penny when we got to experience the amazing sunset views from this villa.

Our expectations of this house were exceeded. The pictures on this website are beautiful, but to see it in person was so much more. The pool was perfect for the kids to play in and they never wanted to get out of it! The house is a new build, so it has all the modern functionalities, however, it still has the charm of an old local building with its white walls and floors. The house has a wrap-around deck, which allows you to follow the sun through the day, or to escape to the shade. The location was perfect. It has amazing views of the port area, with the ferries coming and going. It is equidistant to walk to the port or to the most popular beach (Gialiskari Beach), and the restaurants of Vourkari. There is one steep road to the house, but it's a very quick walk and very manageable. Our host was very responsive to our questions while there and he also gave us great suggestions. We would have no hesitation in staying here again and hope we can do so in the future.

C'est la 4ème fois que nous retournons sur l'île de Kea... La villa d'Anna est la meilleure et la plus belle des villas que nous avons louées sur l'île. Cette villa offre un spot incroyable et une vue sur le coucher du soleil. Un jardin fleuri très bien entretenu avec des coins très sympas pour prendre l'apéritif et surtout pour faire la sieste tous les jours à l'ombre. En terme d'équipements, tout était parfait ! nous n'avons manqué de rien. Les meubles de jardin sont de très bonne qualité qui offrent un vrai confort pour se prélasser au bord de la piscine qui est très bien entretenu. La piscine est top ! La villa est située sur les hauteurs de Kea (au dessus de Loulida) En scooter : 5 mn de Loulida, 15 mn du port, 30 mn de Koundouros etc... Anna est un "super host". Une personne très sympathique. Elle nous a accueillis au port et a eu la gentillesse de nous accompagner à la villa. Nous recommandons très fortement la villa. MAGNIFIQUE SEJOUR !!! Merci Anna

We had a wonderful time in Iasonas’ house in Otzias. The villa is beautiful, with a superb masterbedroom and comfortable shower. The kitchen is well furnished to cook great meals. The second bedroom has only a small window but there is an aircon unit and a fan. The third bathroom in the separate building is very convenient to take a shower when you return from the beach. The two terraces, overlooking the small church, are really fantastic. We spent a lot of time out there, enjoying the sea, sheltered by the trees. Early in the morning, we were the only ones walking and bathing at the beautiful beach nearby. Iasonis is a very nice host, gentle and generous. He was extremely flexible regarding check-out. Kea is such a great destination for leisure and culture. We enjoyed our visit at the stone lion, the magnificent Chora and its interesting Neolithic museum, Kastriani monastery, the walk to the lighthouse… We would love to return to Villa Mitch. We had a fantastic experience at this rental property. Unfortunately, we can only stay for one day, but it was well worth it. Except exceptional facility that left nothing to need great communication with the hosts and what an amazing view accompanied with a super comfortable bed. The next time we travel to Greece, we will definitely stay here again. Make sure to say hi to the kitties for us, and don’t forget to view the sunset.

Locations très spacieuse divisée en 3 'appartements', parfaite pour plusieurs familles! L'emplacement est très calme avec une vue magnifique et situé à proximité de la ville de Lavrio, qui est très animé. La location est parfaitement équipée, très propre et le ménage y est fait de façon régulière. La piscine et tout l'espace extérieur sont exclusivement pour cette maison et sont aussi très spacieux et très bien entretenu. Pour finir les hôtes ont été très accueillant et extrêmement réactifs.

We had a wonderful family holiday! We felt immediately welcome and fell in love with the house and its views within seconds! We planned out our adventures visiting many local, magnificent and ancient sites and used the very clear recommendations made by Salome and Spiridon in the house book! The pool was lovely and the proximity to the sea was great! The homemade jams and the well equipped kitchen made us very happy! Thank you so much for allowing us to enjoy this very special place. I loved the antiques and the art, the thought in the design of the house and the totally gorgeous position. A holiday to treasure.

After 3 glorious days we could extend for 3 more and fully enjoyed the house the pool and the beach. Some windy days made more cozy times inside. The kitchen is fully stocked and the living rooms are bright and comfie with wonderful art and sweet details that give a warm welcome feeling. The Posideon temple the villages and fabulous restaurants around makes for an ideal visit close to Athens and the airport with the feel of the islands.

Wunderschönes Haus, sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet mit herrlicher Aussicht und ausgestattet mit modernsten elektronischen Geräten. Toller Pool, perfekte Terrasse und großartiges Beleuchtungskonzept. Die Kommunikation mit George, check-inn und check-out liefen angenehm und unkompliziert. George hatte uns zur Ankunft netterweise einige Lebensmittel eingekauft. Wir haben uns besonders wohlgefühlt und wären sehr gerne länger geblieben.

Vistelsen i detta boende var tio av tio, fint hus, otrolig utsikt och värden var alltid hjälpsam, svarade snabbt och hjälpte oss med allt som behövdes. Det enda "sämre" är läget, platsen och utsikten är magisk men för vår smak så var det lite för off, inte så mycket möjligheter för träning, aktivitet eller restauranger i närheten men värt att notera är att vi inte hade en bil. Rekommendation är att ha bil om du ska bo här!

Position is perfect and the view from the infinity pool is magnificent specially when sunset. Despite we were there during 15th August which is the peak of the season was very quiet and there are 3 organisés beaches on walking distance I suggest for family looking to relax also place has a big bbq and fully equipped kitchen. U need a car to visit rest of the island and shopping. Ideal for charging batteries

Excellent séjour à Vourkari. Maison très agréable, accès à pieds au port, et à une petite plage. Très jolie vue depuis la terrasse de la maison. Nikos est un hôte très réactif et très efficace. Mona nous a très bien accueillis, et est elle aussi très réactive.

This place is undersold. We‘re Struck by the beauty of the bay. Sure the kitchen and bathrooms have a 70’s look, but it’s functional and clean. It works perfectly. The pool area is great. The fact that it’s a saltwater pool makes it even better. The family had great gatherings outside and inside the house. The WiFi worked fine. All in all A perfect vacation. We’re coming back if we are allowed:)

Μείναμε για ένα βράδυ 4 άτομα. Το σπίτι ήταν πολύ πιο όμορφο από κοντά, καθαρό, δεν υπήρχε κατι που να λείπει, η επικοινωνία με τον κύριο Άρη άψογη και εύκολο check in. Σίγουρα το προτείνουμε και σίγουρα θα το προτιμήσουμε ξανά!

I would absolutely recommend this villa to my friends and family. The host went above and beyond for us. The Pool and outside area are amazing and was what initially attracted us to stay at the villa, however the villa itself has everything you could need. Very well equipped kitchen and we were also treated to some supplies for breakfast which was really appreciated as we arrived late on Saturday night. Definitely the best villa I have stayed in.

Great hospitality. The house is simply great, perfect for two families. The view is fantastic and the house includes everything one could wish for whether it is inside or in the rest areas outdoor. The location is close to great beaches although it is a tough call to leave the cool house and pool.

Semaine magique passée dans une villa élégante et authentique, à quelques mètres seulement de la mer et dans un environnement enchanteur. Le plus ? L’immense gentillesse des propriétaires qui nous ont magnifiquement accueillis et se sont montrés très disponibles tout au long du séjour, pour quelque sujet que ce soit. Médaille d’or !

Nous avons passé 2 semaines très agréables dans un environnement exceptionnel ; la maison 4 façades se trouve au milieu d’une grande propriété entretenue par le propriétaire lui-même. La maison est spacieuse, et contient tout ce dont vous avez besoin lors de votre séjour. La piscine est immense - encore mieux que sur les photos - et avec une profondeur de 3 m , vous pourrez vraiment vous amuser à plonger. L’accueil des hôtes était très chaleureux ; Niki nous a expliqué en détails tout le fonctionnement de la maison, et nous a conseillé beaucoup de choses aux alentours (restaurants, activités, etc.) ; Thanasis vient de temps en temps entretenir la propriété , et est d’une gentillesse et d’une discrétion incroyable. En 25 ans de voyage , ceci est mon top 1 dans les réservations de logement. Je recommande vivement.

Irini’s place is a real gem, a paradise on earth! If you are looking for peace of mind and relaxation this is the place to be! The house is very well equipped and only 5 minutes from Kea’s town where you can find anything you need. It’s definitely a 5* recommendation!

Superbe maison, impeccable pour accueillir notre famille et nos amis. Plusieurs espaces pour notre groupe de 5 adultes et 4 enfants, piscines, espace ombragé en extérieur, bel oliveraie, grand salon, salon extérieur, cuisine,... De beaux souvenirs ! Merci beaucoup !
