Der Ausblick auf die Bucht ist wunderschön. Bei starkem Wind kann man am Nachmittag windgeschützt auf dem hinteren Balkon sitzen. Der Weg zum Strand ist so kurz, dass wir täglich im Wasser waren, herrlich. Der nächste Ort ist in 5 Min mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Dort gibt es viele Restaurants, Lebensmittelgeschäfte und Leckereien bei den Bäckern und Patisserien. Die Kommunikation mit George war unkompliziert und freundlich. Heleni and Kostos were very kind and friendly hosts (communicate only in Greek!). The house was exactly as depicted on the pictures, spotless, calm and well kept. Had everything we could need and more! A perfect place for a quick getaway, close to gorgeous beaches, will happily book again!

Unlike most other houses in Ioulis Dimitris' house is close to the parking of the town. The view is stunning and every day there is a wonderful sunset you can enjoy from te balcony. The bed is comfortable. There's a bakery/cafenion close by with a nice balcony for another beautiful few and a very nice restaurant at the same small square I particularly liked. All run by the friendly people of Ioulis and Kea. The busstop is also close to the apartment and it connects with the ferry. Dimitri is a quick responder, a problem with the washing machine was fixed in hours. Ioulis is a beautiful town with barely any cars since the streets are to narrow. Kea is very peaceful, I left to early and should have stayed longer, it's a place to return to. Jan

Our stay was excellent! the host was very friendly and discreet, the place very clean with all the amenities as discribed. Highlight the big garden where the kids played all day!

Wir haben ganz kurzfristig bei Maria angefragt und konnten glücklicher Weise schon am nächsten Tag einziehen. Die kleine Anlage ist sehr schön am Hang gelegen und hat einen sehr schönen Gemeinschaftspool, der ebenfalls in den Hang gebaut ist und daher ein bisschen Infinity-Charakter hat. Wir waren in Appartment 1, das uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Die Einrichtung mit den teilweise gemauerten Möbeln (großes Bett. Sofa) fanden wir sehr griechisch und trotzdem modern. Wir hatten einen ganz tollen Aufenthalt und würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Einzig die Auffahrt zu unserem Appartment 1 hat uns etwas vor Probleme gestellt: Sie ist sehr steil und speziell geschwungen; das sollte man sich vorher genau anschauen, bevor man hochfährt.

Casa vacanze stupenda. Visuale da sogno.. posizione collinare con veduta sulle varie spiagge!! Appartamento attrezzatissimo e pulito.. zona piscina con cucina e barbecue ottima e soprattutto i proprietari disponibili attenti e cordiali … ottimo direi.. consigliatissimo.!!!

Πολύ περιποιημένο διαμέρισμα με πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, άνετο μπάνιο και όμορφο μπαλκόνι. Διαθέτει ό,τι χρειαστείς για καθαριότητα. Σίγουρα θα το ξαναεπισκεφτούμε! Ευχαριστούμε πολύ για τη φιλοξενία!

Lovely location with amazing views including beautiful sunrises. Excellent communication and a lovely welcome from the host’s family. Cute neighbourhood cat that brought us lots a joy. A nice retreat after a busy stay in Athens.

Our stay at this Airbnb was truly unforgettable! The photos simply do not do justice to how beautiful the house and the view are in reality. The house was impeccably clean and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Voula, the host, is a delightful person who is always ready to help. We were treated with so much love and care, making us feel right at home. Just 3 meters away, there is a wonderful tavern that serves delicious food. The beach right below the house is stunning, perfect for children with baby seats, loungers, and all the amenities you could ask for. It was such a pleasure to have everything so close and convenient. We will definitely be coming back! Thank you, Voula, for making this the best Airbnb experience we’ve ever had. Highly recommended!

Το σπίτι ήταν καλύτερο από ότι περιμέναμε . Η θέα από την πισίνα κάτι παραπάνω από μοναδική !!!Το σπίτι υπέρ άνετο και πολύ λειτουργικό !!Ο Παναγιώτης ήταν εκεί ! Για ότι θέλαμε !! Πολύ φιλικός και με άφθονη θετική ενέργεια Παναγιώτη σίγουρα θα σας επισκεφτούμε ξανά!!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement magnifiquement rénové avec beaucoup de goût. Sa situation en bord de plage et sa proximité des commodités, à seulement 40 minutes d’Athènes, en font un lieu de vacances idéal. L’espace est lumineux et confortable, parfait pour se détendre tout en profitant de la vue sur la mer. Cependant, il est important de noter quelques points. L’appartement manque de certains équipements de cuisine tels qu’un couteau de cuisine, un micro-ondes, des dessous de plats et quelques accessoires complémentaires qui auraient été appréciés pour rendre le séjour encore plus pratique. De plus, pour les familles, cet appartement peut ne pas être le plus adapté et Il n’y a pas non plus de jeux ou de livres à disposition pour les petits. Malgré ces détails, notre séjour a été très agréable et je recommande cet appartement à ceux qui recherchent un cadre de détente moderne et bien situé.

The location of the apartment is perfect. It is a few steps from the main street where there are plenty restaurants and cafe as well as the port. The closest beach is only less 10 minutes by walking and there is also another beach (more beautiful) around 15-20 minutes by walking. There is a nice terrace with a jacuzzi and a table. Manolis has been responsive and her mother was very kind with us. I recommend this place and Kythnos.
