The location of the house is great. It is situated on the hill overlooking the vast sea. Easily accessible. The house is fully equipped with anything you need. It’s super clean and beautiful. The view from the terrace is breathtaking. During the daytime you can see many nearby island and during the night you can watch million of stars. Perfect place for relaxation. The host is very warm, welcoming and helpful. We totally enjoyed ourselves and definitely would love to come again.

Ειχαμε μια υπεροχη διαμονη στο καταλυμα του κ. Επαμεινωντα! Το σπιτι ηταν ακριβως οπως στις φωτογραφιες και φαινοταν οτι ηταν φτιαγμενο με πολλη πολλη αγαπη! Πεντακαθαρος ο χωρος και ειχε ολα τα απαραιτητα. Η θεα ειναι μοναδικη απ το σπιτι! Η τοποθεσια εξαιρετικη και πολυ κοντα στις παραλιες. Ο κ. Επαμεινωντας ειναι απο τους πιο ευγενικους ιδιοκτητες καταλυματος, που εχουμε συναντησει, με ολη την καλη διαθεση να κανει τη διαμονη μας οσο πιο ομορφη, ανετη και χαλαρη γινοταν, και τον ευχαριστουμε πολυ γι αυτο! Οταν επισκεφτουμε ξανα το ομορφο νησι της Κεας, σιγουρα θα επιλεξουμε το ιδιο καταλυμα! Σας ευχαριστουμε!

Un très beau séjour à Vourkari chez Crissa. Crissa est très à l’écoute et nous a gentiment donné des petites adresses à Kea pour rendre notre séjour agréable. Je recommande cette maison si vous voulez passer un moment calme sur l’île de Kea qui n’est pas très animé pour les soirées mais à de très belles plages.

Το σπίτι ειναι άνετο με 3 επίπεδα, στο πάνω έχει ένα κρεβάτι κι ένα καναπέ, στο μεσαίο ένα κρεβάτι και μια κουκέτα και στο κάτω επίπεδο άλλο ένα κρεβάτι. Η διαμονή μας ήταν εν μέσω ακραίου καύσωνα, στο κάτω και στο μεσαίο επίπεδο τα κρεβάτια ήταν δροσερά παρά τη ζέστη, στο πάνω επίπεδο η αλήθεια είναι ότι ζεσταθηκαμε αρκετά. Προς τιμήν της η Σοφία προσφέρθηκε να μας αγοράσει και δεύτερο ανεμιστήρα όταν το ζητήσαμε. Η επικοινωνία ήταν άμεση. Το σπίτι έχει όλα τα απαραίτητα . Στο παρκινγκ υπάρχει μια γενική δυσκολία καθώς υπάρχει μόνο ένας μικρός χώρος στην είσοδο της Χώρας και όλοι οι υπόλοιποι παρκάρουν στο δρόμο. Από την είσοδο της χώρας μέχρι το σπίτι χρειάζεται περπάτημα γύρω στα 7 λεπτά. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ για τη διαμονή!

We enjoyed our stay very much, the house was spacious, clean and the terrace was just fantastic. Nicholas provided us with clear instructions, and Katie was there to greet us on the day and was very helpful. We hope to come back another time.

Το σπιτι εχει μια πολυ διαπεραστικα χαλαρη ενεργεια που σε εμας τουλαχιστον επεδρασε θετικα... Ο Γιωργος θα προτιμουσε θεα στην θαλασσα, ομως φευγοντας μου ειπε οτι δεν του ελειψε...Η μαγεια της ησυχιας ειναι ανεκτιμητη...

Maison magnifique et très agréable. A 5 minutes à pied de la plage. Endroit de l’île très sympa, a 10 minutes du port de Vourakis et 20 minutes de Ioulida. Hôtes très accueillants et réactifs.

Stelio’s place is at a perfect location (2mins walking distance from the beach of Otzias), the house was super clean & spacious and with all required amenities . Stelios was a very kind and responsive host and made sure to make us feel very welcome and provide suggestions for the island.

Nuestra estancia fue genial, la casa y sus espacios de ocio eran increíbles. María la anfitriona siempre atenta y responsable por nosotros. Éramos un grupo grande y diverso y todos hemos quedado muy satisfechos con nuestra estancia en Kea. La isla es fantástica, corre el aire con lo cual en verano es óptima sin necesidad de encender el AC. Tiene playas fantásticas y senderos para caminar para todos los gustos. A un tiro de Atenas en ferry desde el puerto de Lavrios.

Αν μπορούσα θα έβαζα 25 αστέρια. Όλα ήταν καλομελετημένα και εύχρηστα. Πολύ άνετοι χώροι. Οι οικοδεσπότες ευγενέστατοι κι εξυπηρετικοί. Δεν μας έλλειψε τίποτα και πέρασαμε ξεκούραστες διακοπές!

Le logement d’Anna est un paradis ! Nous avons passé sept jours entre piscine et excursions dans les belles plages aux alentours et dans petites villes grecques typique. L’espace est parfait car chacun a sa petite maison privée, avec salle de bain. Et l’espace commun devant la piscine est juste incroyable. La cuisine est super bien équipé, idéal pour cuisiner et faire des plats à déguster sur la terrasse. Il y a plein de petits endroits cachés où pouvoir lire un livre, dessiner ou juste se reposer. Les couchers de soleil sont incroyables, tout est fait et penser pour passer des vacances merveilleuses. Anna a toujours été Disponible, et ça a été un vrai plaisir de la rencontrer. La seule chose à savoir, et qu’il faut être un bon conducteur pour faire la montée en voiture, mais cette montée vaut le détour!

We loved our stay and are so grateful for Vassilia for her wonderful home. It made for the perfect getaway from the busy life of Athens and other parts of our busy vacation!

The house was beautiful, even better than the pictures! The inside felt cozy and homely, with beautiful furniture. The kitchen was very well stocked with basic ingredients and cooking utensils. There was a good supply of coffee and tea as well which was a nice touch, and some little sweet treats provided by the host! The house is only accessible by car from the port. The cleaner picked us up from the nearest shop to show us the best roads to take to get to the house. At night it was sometimes hard to remember the best route so I would recommend noting this down when you are first shown as it's slightly different to the GPS route. There is a great supermarket 30mins drive from the house, and a mini market with all the essentials about 15min drive. The nearest beach is accessible by foot, car or bike, and the water around this part of the island was warm in September and crystal clear, with great food at the beach bars. The house had everything you needed, we would love to return!

Το κατάλυμα ήταν ακριβώς αυτό που περιμέναμε και μείναμε πολύ ευχαριστημένοι από τη διαμονή μας.

Amazing experience. We definitely come back soon. Apartment was super clean and had a nice view. The housekeeper couple was really nice and always helpful with recommendations etc. and even picked us up close to the port. Love that place and the people! Thank you for having us.

We were two families visiting the place together. It was just perfect for the kids and us adults alike. Very clean and cosy place. Go for it without concerns!

Η κυρία Ειρήνη διαμάντι δεν έχω λόγια απλα υπέροχη. Ο χώρος σαν παραδοσιακό σπίτι ένιωσα σαν να μένω στο χωριό μου. Η τοποθεσία του υπέροχη μες στην Χώρα σε πολύ κεντρικό σημείο. Σίγουρα εάν τύχει θα ξαναπεράσω!

Ο Ηλίας ήταν πολυ ευγενικός και εξυπηρετικός. Από την πρώτη στιγμή μας επικοινωνούσε άμεσα και μας έδωσε σαφείς οδηγίες για το κατάλυμα. Το διαμέρισμα είναι πολύ καλό, ακριβώς δίπλα στη χώρα και σε 3 λεπτά με τα πόδια είσαι στο κέντρο της. Βολική περιοχή μιας και το πάρκινγκ είναι αρκετά κοντά. Δε μας έλειψε τίποτα από το σπίτι και επίσης ο Ηλίας ήταν πολύ ελαστικός και με την ώρα αποχώρησης μας! Ευχαριστούμε πάρα πολύ, προτείνεται ανεπιφύλακτα!

Ήταν εύκολο να το βρούμε, ένα μικρό αλλά πολύ cute και καθαρό σπίτι. Είναι υπέροχο αν θες να απομονωθεις και να ηρεμήσεις. Εμείς το επισκεφθηκαμε τον Σεπτέμβριο οπότε όλα ήταν ειδυλλιακά! Έχει πολύ ωραία θέα και βρίσκεται πολύ κοντά σε λιμάνι και παραλία.

Hlias' is a very nice house, well designed and maintained, with attention to details. It has a wonderful view and Hlias was very effective in communication. We thoroughly enjoyed it.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa splendida villa per due settimane. La location è davvero spettacolare, lontana (ma non troppo) dalla zona più frequentata dell'isola, con un bellissimo panorama sulla baia di Psili da dove si vedeva anche l'isola di Andros. La villa è davvero bella, ben arredata, con ampi spazi esterni dove ci si può rilassare su apposite sedie a sdraio e divani a muro con comodi cuscini. Le camere erano spaziose così come i bagni, bella anche la zona soggiorno con la annessa cucina dotata di tutto l'occorrente per cucinare. La cosa impagabile che ha reso la vacanza super rilassante, è la vicina spiaggetta che si raggiunge attraverso un piccolo percorso che dura circa 5 minuti a piedi. Non c'è quasi mai nessuno e pertanto si gode di una assoluta pace tanto da non desiderare di andare alla ricerca di altre spiagge (comunque belle, ma più affollate). Un ringraziamento và a Robert e Sophia per tutti i consigli preziosi su ristoranti ed altro. Ci rivedremo presto :-))

Περάσαμε υπέροχα ευχαριστούμε για όλα! Ο Γεράσιμος είναι πολύ φιλικός οικοδεσπότης και η επικοινωνία μας ήτανε άψογη!

We had a wonderful time in Iasonas’ house in Otzias. The villa is beautiful, with a superb masterbedroom and comfortable shower. The kitchen is well furnished to cook great meals. The second bedroom has only a small window but there is an aircon unit and a fan. The third bathroom in the separate building is very convenient to take a shower when you return from the beach. The two terraces, overlooking the small church, are really fantastic. We spent a lot of time out there, enjoying the sea, sheltered by the trees. Early in the morning, we were the only ones walking and bathing at the beautiful beach nearby. Iasonis is a very nice host, gentle and generous. He was extremely flexible regarding check-out. Kea is such a great destination for leisure and culture. We enjoyed our visit at the stone lion, the magnificent Chora and its interesting Neolithic museum, Kastriani monastery, the walk to the lighthouse… We would love to return to Villa Mitch. We loved our stay in Ioannis and Marriana's place. Lovely old house, rustic and decorated with artwork and objects that speak to the owners' love of the island. It was also equipped with everything that we needed.
