Renta de alojamientos vacacionales frente a la playa en Kea

Très bon séjour dans ce très beau lieu, calme, paisible, sur la plage de Liparo, très peu fréquentée. Maison convenablement équipée, agréable à vivre, avec une très belle vue sur la mer. Petit bémol : la piste un peu difficile pour y accéder (SUV conseillé). Hôte agréable et discret. Bref, un séjour mémorable, à recommander !

Ήταν εύκολο να το βρούμε, ένα μικρό αλλά πολύ cute και καθαρό σπίτι. Είναι υπέροχο αν θες να απομονωθεις και να ηρεμήσεις. Εμείς το επισκεφθηκαμε τον Σεπτέμβριο οπότε όλα ήταν ειδυλλιακά! Έχει πολύ ωραία θέα και βρίσκεται πολύ κοντά σε λιμάνι και παραλία.

L’appartamento, il contesto e il mare accessibile dalla casa ci hanno regalato una pace ed una bellezza che ha superato le aspettative. Tutto quello che poteva servirci era lì. La signora Zeta inoltre ci ha coccolato preparandoci spesso da mangiare piatti buonissimi. Abbiamo lasciato a malincuore l’appartamento dopo 10 giorni di pace, con la promessa di tornare.

We enjoyed our stay very much, the house was spacious, clean and the terrace was just fantastic. Nicholas provided us with clear instructions, and Katie was there to greet us on the day and was very helpful. We hope to come back another time.

Maison magnifique et très agréable. A 5 minutes à pied de la plage. Endroit de l’île très sympa, a 10 minutes du port de Vourakis et 20 minutes de Ioulida. Hôtes très accueillants et réactifs.

Nontas's (the host's) home in Koundouros was simply outstanding and transcended any prior stays I've had with AirBnb hosts. Evi was incredibly prompt with her messages and made sure all arrangements were in place. Upon arriving to the home, I was met by the charismatic Nontas, who enlivened my stay and made my first impression of the place unforgettable. The impression lasted through the trip: I was accommodated with fresh marmalade and honey, a fresh load of bread, traditional Greek wheat crackers ("friganies"), both Greek and American coffee grounds/machine upon my early morning arrival - making the perfect first breakfast in Kéa. Nontas's hospitality did not end there: he further drove me to grocery stores and made sure I had enough food for myself, and whatever I wanted. The kitchen had everything you could need for cooking and serving foods, and I was very happy with the setting. The home itself sits on a mountain face very near to ocean, with soft Agean breezes blowing every day, making wonderful natural A/C in the Greek temperate climate. The front balcony of the home is arguably the highlight of the home: opening the pastel orange curtains each morning to a bright and shimmering blue Aegean sea is just the start of it. Enjoying a book or sipping a coffee on the lounge sofas outside in the evening gives you a perfect view of the sunset off in the distance. During the day, Nontas revealed to me a small pebble beach that can be considered the gem of Koundouros. Not many people go there, and it is the perfect place for a morning and afternoon swim, with very little salinity and very high clarity of the water. The house's location allows one to take such beach trips with ease and timeliness, since the home is so nearby. The bathroom, shower, and bedroom were all very clean with ample shower toiletries incase you forget anything and clean sheets on the king-sized bed, which was also a nice refuge after a day of exploring the island of Kéa. Moreover, Nontas was extremely accommodating in suggesting places to visit during my stay. From ancient sites such as Karthea to a traditional Greek festival right on the port of Pisses, Kéa is an island replete with fascinating locations, people, and history. I cannot endorse Nontas enough as the island's most knowledgable resident and hospitable Greek man. No history book is needed on your trip to Kéa, simply stay at Nontas's ideal home in Koundouros, spend some time exploring the island and swimming during the day, and enjoy a dinner with Nonta who will share with you the island's intriguing history and lore. I could not have asked for a more perfect and safe stay there, and I am already looking forward to planning my next trip in Kéa again at this same home!

Emma’s house offre tout l’espace et le confort souhaités pour un séjour relaxant à quelques pas d’une plage magnifique. La vaste terrasse et le jardin qui entoure la piscine sont de toute beauté et offrent un cadre privé très agréable. Très rapidement l’impression d’être chez soi, à la maison, s’impose. Le jardin, la piscine et le ménage sont entretenus avec soin, en toute discrétion. De plus, Thodoris, notre hôte, est très disponible et de très bon conseil. Il veille au bon déroulement de votre séjour de la réservation jusqu’à votre départ d’Emma’s house. Une très belle expérience et une forte envie d’y revenir!!

Incredible views, beautiful house and a big, deep pool. So peaceful. While there are lovely things to do on the island, we spent most of our time in/by the pool, looking out over the bay! The photos don’t do it justice. Fantastic and friendly communication from Nikos including lots of recommended places to visit. Great beach with gorgeous bar/restaurant within walking distance and good water sports in the next bay along. A non-touristy island where you feel you are seeing the true Greece.

Elissavet is a wonderful host, very responsive and responsible. Unfortunately we did not receive the exact gps coordinates prior to trying to get to her place, so we struggled finding it, but she instantly solved this, when she realised we did not have the exact location. We took our family and our dog to the house and we had such a wonderful time. The house is nice to fit 6 people. The outside is perfect, the view, the various places to sit and relax, the outside dining area. I think we were the first visitors of the season. All the pillows had brand new covers. The kitchen was lacking a few appliances (4 table knives for 6 people), but that probably had to do with the start of the season. We really loved our stay and the helpful host.

Siamo stati soddisfatti al 100% del nostro soggiorno, tanto che ci piacerebbe tornare un giorno. Host super disponibile e gentile. La casa è piccola ma perfetta per due persone, molto pulita, c’è tutto l’occorrente per cucinare ed è stupendo mangiare fuori vista mare. Rapporto qualità-prezzo adeguato. Spiaggia molto tranquilla e con facile accesso. La zona si raggiunge molto facilmente. Consiglierei a tutti di soggiornare qua!

The apartment is really nice, very well equipped and positioned

This is the first time a house is even better in reality than on AirBnb! Efthymios’ place is perfect. The location is magnificent, with a view on the port and on the chora on the other side. Despite there being no a/c, the house is always fresh due to its location. The outside is stunning, with many different corners where to eat and relax. The interior is equally nice, very well curated and with everything that’s needed to spend a great time in Kea. We’re very sad to have to leave the house, and hope io be able to come back really soon. Thank you Efthymios!

Our stay in Athanasios' and Maria's haven of peace was the best Airbnb experience we ever had, so much so that it's diffiuclt to sum it up. The terrace has an unbelievable view, nothing that the pictures can actually convey. The house was also extremely clean, comfortable and well organized, with everything you need to enjoy the full greek experience. There are hammocks, a barbecue, multiple chilling spots, even a telescope to admire the wonderful night sky. But most of all, the hosts are incredibly kind and caring. Communication with Athanasios was extremely fluid and we were given the best tips to enjoy the wonderful island of Kea. You'd definitely be lucky to stay here!

Great location with amazing view

We had a wonderful time in Iasonas’ house in Otzias. The villa is beautiful, with a superb masterbedroom and comfortable shower. The kitchen is well furnished to cook great meals. The second bedroom has only a small window but there is an aircon unit and a fan. The third bathroom in the separate building is very convenient to take a shower when you return from the beach. The two terraces, overlooking the small church, are really fantastic. We spent a lot of time out there, enjoying the sea, sheltered by the trees. Early in the morning, we were the only ones walking and bathing at the beautiful beach nearby. Iasonis is a very nice host, gentle and generous. He was extremely flexible regarding check-out. Kea is such a great destination for leisure and culture. We enjoyed our visit at the stone lion, the magnificent Chora and its interesting Neolithic museum, Kastriani monastery, the walk to the lighthouse… We would love to return to Villa Mitch.
