Everyone comes to Cappadocia for a main reason and that is the Hot Air Balloon Experience. For me I like to experience other stuff excluding the norm (although I did the hot air too), I like to have a peaceful place, able to walk around without any issues, see daily stuff that the locals do, the life they live, the houses they call home. So basically Oguz’s home is actually his birthplace that he has revamped beyond expectations to accommodate the evolving tourism industry. His home is only 10km (a 15 mins bus ride from city centre) to Goreme (the main town of Cappadocia). Goreme to me is too busy and packed for my liking, things are also more expensive for sure. His home has everything you need, cleanliness, hospitality, service, daily bfast(served by them), tour advice, probably more stuff I didn’t ask. It’s a perfect place to stay at, you won’t regret it. Look out for his mom, she is super nice! I will definitely stay at his place if I ever get another chance.

Aydin was a great host! Very welcoming, responsive and friendly. His accommodations are exactly as described and we really enjoyed sitting on the terrace and the quiet, beautiful view. The town is very convenient without being touristy. If you want to do tours, balloon rides, etc., I would recommend asking Aydin for guidance.

This place was truly special, if you’re looking for a place with a deep and historical connection to the land in Cappadocia, this is the place for you as the space has been a real home for generations. Fatma is one of the sweetest people I have ever met, she was motherly, warm and kind, always responsive but treated us like family. The morning breakfasts are excellent and whilst there are many options for accommodation, Fatma’s kindness makes this place so special and a place we are sure to visit. The town of Ortahisar feels like a small town, with many different characters but all lovely and caring. If you wish to have a calm and peaceful stay away from the bustle of Goreme, this is the place for you. Fatma also has great deals on hot air balloon rides, so be sure to ask her about it. James’s place is nestled at the foot of the castle. His restaurant and activity tips make staying here a pleasure. WE We had great meals on his restaurant recommendations (family run places with integrity not out to rip you off). As a host he is the kindest I’ve met on my many travels - super attentive and kind. If you like a beautiful village off the main tourist map with authentic experiences, a beautiful and cozy 1 bed apartment carved into living stone and a great host, this is it.

es un hotel precioso , muy tranquilo el sitio. muy cerca del castillo mirador y de lavander panorama , Metmet fue muy amable con todo lo que se pidio. te ayudan a conseguir Tours y son muy amplios. el desayuno delicioso el chef muy amable y amagable. lo unico es que estan remodelando pero aun asi el sonido no es tanto y la gente es muy amable . por otro lado para los que se quejan porque el hotel esta sucio la verdad no es asi. hay migajas de tirrra en el piso pero es normal son cuevas si tocas lax paredes migajas caen. el lugar es perfecto te hace sentir en la epoca del imperio Otomano. nosotros extendimos nuestra estadia 2 dias mas

Daha önce bu kadar evimde hissettim bir yerde konaklamamıştım. Ev sahibine ve değerli ailesine kucak dolusu sevgiler. Samimi sohbetleri ve misafirperverlikleri çok değerliydi. Her şey fotoğraflarda görüldüğü gibiydi. Sabahları sundukları ev yapımı reçeller ve diğer ürünlerle kahvaltı çok keyifliydi. Bir akrabamıza ziyarete gitmişiz gibi bizi misafir ettiler. Sonsuz teşekkürler ♥️

The host was very thoughtful, providing us with water and fresh fruit, which made us feel truly welcomed and cared for. He was warm and attentive to guests, making our stay comfortable and pleasant. We are very grateful for his hospitality!
