NEW BUILD 2023 - Architect-designed summerhouse close to the beach - with sauna! Quiet, spacious and secluded in a large, enclosed garden, this is the perfect place for a relaxing vacation near Copenhagen and the amazing Tisvildeleje, with many restaurants and cafes. The stairway to the beach is only about 200 meters from the house and leads to a private beach where only the homeowners (and you!) have the key, so you’ll have plenty of opportunity to enjoy the coast in peaceful surroundings.

Enjoy an evening in front of the fireplace, read a book in the cosy nook or watch a movie on the big flat screen. Recharge in the new queen size bed in the tranquille ocean blue bedroom. From your bed you can open the door to the new wooden deck and hear the birds chirp and start your day with a dive in the crystal clear pool water. (Pool opens 1 may).

For vores familie er det mere end bare et hus. Det er et varmt, kærligt og afslappet kram. Et frirum fra dagligdagen og bylivets fart. Her kan vi slå ud med armene, mærke sandet mellem tæerne, høre bølgeskvulp i ørene døgnet rundt, tage på badeture og gåture ved stranden og i skoven. Det giver ro til at skrive, læse, lege, nyde og reflektere. Vi har haft huset siden 2016, og i 2023 byggede vi et helt nyt arkitekttegnet hus på grunden. Vi håber, I vil nyde det lige så meget som os.

New house / cottage - located right next to denmark's cleanest lake -Buresø. The house is a modern architectural gem that still contains the classic holiday idyll. The house contains 3bedrooms, kitchen, living room with fireplace. Miscellaneous boats exist on its own jetty.The house is located only 35 km from Copenhagen on completely undisturbed ground. Bed linen and towels are not provided but there are pillows and duvets. Linen and towels can be supplied against a fee.

Dejligt sommerhus i første række med fri udsigt over kattegat og danmarks flotteste solnedgang direkte fra terassen. Huset er fuldt møbleret med fuldt funktionelt køkken inkl opvasker, og der er står en grill på terassen. Der er 4 soveplader, og derudover er der en køjeseng der kun er egnet til mindre børn. Huset kommer med både sengelinned og håndklæder. Huset ligger direkte til en skrænt, så man skal gå 5 min for at komme til stranden, som er meget børnevenlig.

Buss in till Limhamn 10 min, Malmö city 30 min, Hyllie station 10 min.

Modern Danish house in quiet neighborhood. With all you need, incl. fireplace & BBQ. We have 1 bedroom with 3 beds and 1 bed in the kids play room. You will look after our friendly cat and chickens during your stay! The beach is 1 km away. To get here from the airport: Metro to ‘Femøren Station’ (runs every 4-6 min.) 550 meters walk to the house (approx. 6 min. walk) The metro takes you to down-town CPH in 10 minutes.

The house is situated in a very nice quiet area close to the city centre of Copenhagen. Perfect for families, couples or business travellers. Also close to a small lake, beaches, local small supermarkets and some nice cafés and restaurants. Easy acces to the city centre by public transport or bicycle. Large terrace facing West looking out to the garden - perfect for a glas of wine in the summer.

Ideelt til vandre- og løbeture samt golf. Plads til 4 voksne, eget bad og te-køkken med køleskab/elkedel (ingen kogeplader). Ikke egnet til børn under 10 år.
